we arrived to a bag of rubbish on the doorstep and the hob saucepan stands on the oven missing (eventually found in the dishwasher!) and two of the beds unmade, with no linen. however this was sorted swiftly by the agents. The house was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed our stay here. it could have been improved by- some basic cleaning materials, a dish cloth and some washing up liquid would have been useful. when you first get to a holiday home you don't want to have to get back in your car to drive to the nearest shop for these. a small supply of dishwasher tablets to get started would have been helpful. instructions for the TV weren't clear. there were no instructions as to how the heating and hot water worked. fortunately there was always plenty of hot water. it took a while to work out the heating controls. the front room would have benefited form an auxiliary heater as this room was colder than the rest of the house. the house remained warm once heated. the decking at the back was quite slippery. All in all the house itself and the facilities there were excellent. it was well located for walks along the coast path, to the Mumbles, beaches and cafes and onwards to the Gower. Our dog enjoyed it too!
