Property definitely needs some upkeep (2x4 supporting door opening, extremely soiled curtains on sliding doors, shower faucets that won't turn off all the way without force, bed frame legs "fixed" with heating duct tape- leg fell off during our stay, etc) and organization (the kitchen cupboards are a mess!) but the views are incredible! Plenty of space to gather and to have some privacy as well. Would definitely be nice to have at least some spices, cooking spray, etc in the kitchen as it's just not reasonable to have to buy all of that for a weeks stay- we made due with mostly freezer meals but as someone who loves to cook for her family, this was somewhat of an issue for me. Communication with host was excellent and he was very responsive to our concerns and needs. We would stay again- we will just pack and plan differently next time!

We came for Thanksgiving with family. The unit was very clean when we arrived. We couldn't find the parking passes - so I texted Marshall and he responded immediately to tell us where they were.
The unit is very large for a 4 bedroom - over 2600 square feet, Plenty of room for gathering, and plenty of privacy as well in the bedrooms.
Really liked all the glass and views from the inside. On the warmer days we spent a lot of time on the balcony - very spacious with lots of furniture.
Definitely plan on returning.

This was our sixth or seventh visit to the Rooftop Penthouse over the last 10 years or so. We obviously like it well enough to return! As others have said, Marshall is very responsive to any concerns that arise. The ocean/beach view is great. The unit is spacious: a group can enjoy time together but with lots of available privacy. Although some of the fixtures could benefit from updating, it remains a comfortable place for a beach vacation.

A great gathering place for our family reunion of 14 people. Seven of us stayed at the penthouse while others stayed in other condos in the building but gathered here. Space was perfect for our needs. Very clean. Liked that the 4 bedrooms were private on each corner of the penthouse. Would rent again for family get togethers.

We used to stay in this penthouse when I was a kid so to bring my own children now to stay was awesome! The space is great, especially the deck view and extremely easy access to the beach and pool. Would highly recommend!
We stayed there with 10 people total and it accommodated us all very nicely after blowing up an air mattress for the kids (both 6 years old) in the larger of the 4 bedrooms.
The only issue we ran into was that the elevator that takes you directly to the penthouse room was broken when we got there so we had to lug all of our gear up 1 flight of stairs from the 9th floor to the 10th floor (the other elevator that stops at floor 9 was working). The penthouse elevator was fixed a few days into our stay but proceeded to break 2-3 more times throughout the visit, including on the very last day when we were checking out and had to lug all our gear down the stairs again to the 9th floor to use the other elevator…
I’m assuming this is not normal and just so happen that we had to deal with it but it was definitely a nuisance.

Overall, this is a nice, large space for big families. It has great views, and it's nice having the whole floor to yourself. There is definitely room for modernization and updates. Some things like the water temperature should be checked for safety (it gets very hot). During our stay the elevator (the only one that goes to this floor) only worked the first couple of days we were there. It was still not fixed by the time we left. The host was very responsive to questions we had and kept us updated about the elevator. Taking the stairs down to the next floor and getting on the elevator there was difficult for some of the members of our group. Unfortunately, the elevator situation did take away from our overall experience.

We enjoyed our stay from July 15 - July 22, 2023. The views were beautiful. There was plenty of room for the 6 adults. Marshall was a good host.

The owner Marshall was top notch. He was super responsive to the couple questions I had. We had left a personal item at the condo and he promptly was able to make arrangements to get it back to us!
If your looking for a condo that is not busy where your not flighting over beach space or pool time this is your place! Easy drive to all kinds of restaurants and activities for all ages!
The condo is very open and has lots of space. It is an older condo that could use some updates, but it also gave it the home feeling. The pictures are exactly what you get. Love the stainless steel counters in the kitchen. Love the entree way off the elevator so you keep all your shoes, beach stuff and sand contained to that room not the entire house. Love all the windows and outdoor spaces. I would rent this condo again!! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Loved having all of our family in one large condo, but with private bedrooms to get away from time to time. But our all time favorite had to be the private balcony with the stunning views. We will definitely be booking again!

Overall great communication and location. Property in need of repairs and updating. Would have been nice to have a few basics that we've been used to at rentals...ie soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, pillows definitely need updating, better working AC in some rooms and furniture. I imagine this was gorgeous when new. Marshall was so nice to talk with and great that our 3 generations could stay together with enough room!

We had an amazing time at the Penthouse! The view was absolutely amazing. The property was extremely clean upon our arrival, and check-in was flawless. We were able to start enjoying our time together immediately. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Marshall was a great host, and he responded immediately to a couple of questions we had. He even made a wonderful recommendation for a seafood restaurant that was well worth the lovely drive. There are grocery stores nearby, tons of restaurants, and plenty of things for kiddos to do, and ours ranged from 7-15. The pool was lovely, though it was a bit cold for us to use this year. The weather could have been better, and we wished for a bit more sunshine, but we had such a wonderful time, we look forward to going back next year! As a family, we highly recommend this property!

A wonderful location and the Top Floor penthouse was perfect for our family of 6. The beach front location and very nicely maintained pool area was wonderful. The owner was very responsive. The outside concert deck was super fun to hang out on and have the occasional dance party😊. We will be back!

Stay was overall good.washing machine broke had to go to laundromat last 5 days, not a happy wife considering we paid for that convenience needs some updating but,all in all good.definitely needs a better mtce man…..awesome views!I filled this out once so it may differ a little but showed it wasn’t filled out….

The owner, Marshall Griffin, is very responsive and accommodating to requests; the clean and orderly environment; privacy; the beautiful oceanside setting where the sunrise and moonlight glorify the sky and the water.
The view from the wraparound patio is spectacular! The ocean breeze and sound of the waves are something you have to experience. We had a great week!

This is the second time we have stayed here. This time I also invited the Grandparents. They loved it as well. There were six of us total, and the RTPH never felt crowded! We spent most of the time on the spacious patio, enjoying the amazing view. I will definitely be back.

Excellent property for more than one family. We went with our daughter and son and their families. Had enough room that no one felt like they were stepping on anyone’s toes. They view is amazing, spent a lot of time on the rooftop patio. This part of the beach is wonderful, lots of seashells and when tide is out plenty of room for small children to play in water.

Location was good. We were there for New Years fireworks up and down beach. Unfortunately the weather that night didn’t cooperate (Foggy). Marshall was attentive to any issues we had and check in and out was super easy. We would definitely stay there again.

We would recommend this place. It was wonderful. The deck on the penthouse made our vacation just special. Played all four courses at barefoot golf and they are 3.5 miles away. Great dining in the area. Place is dated but beyond that it was a great place and a bargin. Marshall ,the host ,was fantasticall thru the booking, precheck in to check out.. We had a small issue and he got it handled right away. I would recommend bringing some tp, dish and laundry soap. I'm a geek and the wifi took some time to figure out for everyone but it was fast an reliable once connected. I would love to return the same time next year but it appears sold out.😟

We got there just as hurricane Ian was leaving. Unit is very spacious and spectacular views. Could use a thorough cleaning (vents and fans had caked on dust) and if you walked around barefoot, your feet would be black. Could use some maintenance. Let the owner know and he was very responsive. Having linens and towels provided was helpful so we didn't have to fit all that kind of stuff in the car. Overall a great place with cool roots with the Griffin family.

Our party of five relatives enjoyed the penthouse so much. It was hard to leave after seven nights. The location of the condo on the beach was beautiful. Each day and night the sound of the waves was so relaxing. Also Marshall is a great host!! Thank you!!

This property was amazing. The terrace is HUGE and was my favorite place to be. Watched the sunrise every morning while having my coffee. Very spacious for 7 adults and 3 kids. We never felt crowded. If you have the chance to visit here I definitely recommend the rooftop penthouse.

We had an amazing week at Marshall’s penthouse! Anytime I contacted him, he was super quick to respond. My family of 9 always struggles to find a condo big enough for everyone to stretch out and relax, but this one was perfect! We absolutely plan to stay here again!
