Proximité immédiate des remontées et du village. Appartement très bien équipé, local à ski très pratique. Rien à dire tout était parfait

Our apartment was spacious, clean with lovely decor. The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The beds were so comfortable. Pool area was superb and food delivered to the room was delicious. I would definitely love to stay here again and will recommend to family and friends. Laundry facilities and ski lockers were an added bonus. The whole place made our first family ski holiday one to remember.

The fact we had to pay for extra toilet roll!

We stayed during the summer and found the overall experience amazing. The location of Valmorel is stunning. The hotel atmosphere was calm, the wooden exterior beautiful, and it was tastefully decorated. The pool was amazing and the jacuzzi a perfect finish. Nice sauna and the tropical shower was a fun experience. Hamman was closed due to covid. Staff was very kind and helpful. The apartment had all the basic kitchen equipment. The heavy curtains blocked out the light which was perfect for putting out two small kids to bed. Our balcony had a view of the mountains and the evening sun - perfect We really enjoyed our week there.

There was only one washing machine. It was fast, which was positive. However, it was a bit stinky and could use a flush out.

Perfect location, right next to the ski lift and town centre, great views across the valley, staff very helpful, the 2 bedroom duplex we were in was very large with a huge balcony facing west also got the afternoon sun, the sauna and pool area is fantastic. Cannot find a fault...
