Situated in Islands, this lovely villa for $1,569 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Our property is by the sea of Argosaronikos with an amazing view of the islands of Hydra and Dokos, with its own private beach, large wonderful garden and newly built swimming pool. Our place is ideal for family vacations, group bookings, event hosting, corporate bookings, yoga groups etc. Idyllic for families with children, nature lovers and people who want to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Greece away from crowded beaches and places. All these combined with a large variety of activities: - Water activities such as: swimming, kayaking, snorkeling and sea bicycle. We also have inflatable ribs which you could daily rent and explore the islands nearby or go fishing. - Sports such as: Enjoy our private tennis/basketball court along with other activities such as trampoline, jogging on the beach, hiking etc. - Other: Food & drinking (there is a wide selection of nice restaurants around where you can taste local Greek food). - Excursions: The property is placed in a strategic location, making it an ideal retreat that will serve as a base for short trips around the lush sceneries of the Eastern Peloponnese. You can arrange daily excursions to destinations like: - Hydra island (15min) - Spetses island (40min) - Poros island (35min) - Hermioni (15min) or to historical sites such as: -Micynae and Argos(1.45h) -Epidavros (50min) -Nafplion and Tirynth (1.30h) The residence is comprised of three separate houses (one beachfront house of 185 sq.m., one house on 3 levels, of 500 sq.m. and one guesthouse) with 3 living rooms (2+1), 2 indoor dining areas and 2 fully equipped kitchens. The first villa (185 sq.m.) is beachfront and only has a ground floor. On this house there are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The first one has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds. There is also a fully equipped, open plan kitchen and two living rooms, one of which has a fireplace. In addition, there is a large dining room and a guest W.C. The largest villa (500 sq.m), in the middle of the plot, consists of 3 levels. On the ground floor, there is a dining room a kitchenette and a living room with a fireplace, TV. There are also 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and beautiful mountain views. Going up a level, there are 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Two of them offer a mountain view, similar to the previous ones, while the rest gaze upon the gulf emerald waters. Finally, on the basement there is a second larger fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals for many people. The third villa, located at the back of the lot, is practically a guest house. There is a double bed and a bunk bed for 2 more people. There is also a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. In the garden, you will find an outdoor shower, numerous parasols and sunbeds, right in front of the beach and the swimming pool. Moreover, just outside the beachfront house there is an outdoor covered dining area, with a fully equipped BBQ and a wood oven. The swimming pool located in front of the beachfront house has a fantastic view of the sea. It is ideal for kids and asults, its size is 50sq.m with sweet water and its max depth is 2m. Estate's amenities include: Air conditioning in all 9 bedrooms, WiFi internet access, 3 TVs, DVD player, 1 sound systems, CD collection, books, toys, mosquito nets, washing/dryer machine, sea bicycle, two canoes, bicycles, trampoline, parking spaces. The property is also offered for events such as marriages, parties etc. Also more people can be accomodated in seperate guest houses in the complex at an extra fee with maximum guest capacity of 30 people, please contact the owner for more info.

My heritage is Greek. My father was born there but most of my family had never been to Greece. It's a trip I dream of. For my 75th birthday we decided to do it and take all to Greece..We searched hard for a villa to accommodate our immediate family of 4 children in their 40's and 10 grandchildren between the ages of 7 and 17-8 boys and 2 girls. Fortunately we found Aris and his Villa. We rented for 3 weeks and family came and stayed for between 7 and 9 days and left on their schedules. There were several overlaps-at most we had 15 in the 3 houses and there was more than ample space for all to spread out and enjoy. We also invited a family of friends to join us because we had so many beds.The property is well suited to just hang-out and enjoy and also well situated for several great day trips including Hydra and Spetses. Above all Aris is a very attentive 5 star host who has great suggestions on where to eat and what to do ( we went out on a super Catamaran twice and had a chef prepare dinner in the house twice). And he is willing to help in making reservations if you wish. Overall mission more than accomplished-the whole family will never forget their Greek Summer Vacation of 2023. And my dream came true.

If you are looking for a wonderful, unique spot for a gathering of family or friends, you can’t go wrong with Aris’s spot near Thermisia. The beach and its accompanying water bike and kayak lead to endless fun for those who enjoy the shoreside and exploring the neighborhood on the water. For those more inclined to stay shoreside, the pool is a delight with room for many to gather. The assortment of bedrooms offer a wide selection of views and are all warm, welcoming and comfortable. The distribution of bedrooms amongst the various buildings enables you to keep the night owls amongst you grouped together as well as enable those looking for a quieter time to gather. The kitchens are well equipped and access to the property’s herb garden make cooking a fun group activity. We even fired up the pizza oven and created a multitude of Greek inspired pizzas and flat breads. Aris and his staff were always available and were super helpful in answering our questions and in arranging for activities such as a day boating to beaches on neighboring islands. The property is also minutes from the public ferry to Hydra making a day trip as easy option. Waterfront tabernas are within walking distance and the grocery stores and restaurants of Ermioni are 20 minutes away. You will enjoy your stay and if you are like our group, you will be planning your return visit. A five star experience!

Perfect family vacation

Perfect family vacation

This lovely villa complex is perfect for a large family or group. Our group consisted of grandparents, and their three children, spouses and six grandkids ages from 7-11 and accommodated us perfectly. It was immaculately maintained and has a gorgeous view of the ocean and other Greek islands. This complex had plenty of activities for kids while at the same time providing extensive quiet spaces for relaxing. The owners could not have been more helpful from the time we first booked the property to our last good byes. Our host worked tirelessly to help us plan the entire trip from transportation from the airport in Athens to family dinners with menus of our own choosing, tourist trips by boat and van and just being available the whole time to make our stay more enjoyable. This property far exceeded our expectations and we strongly recommend it. DC
