peaceful, beautiful views, great service, nice accommodation.

Nice view and facilities. Bedrooms and batrooms were nice and convenient

It smelt from being closed up too long and there was a lot of dust on the furniture ect. Cupboards in kitchen are feeling the effects of the ocean wet air.

Unforgettable!!!

Amazing!!! We literally just needed to take food. Couldn't explain just how lovely this mansion really is.We had a great holiday.

Stairs to beach is quite steep, maybe some rails would be great there.

Breathtaking views and spacious

In desperate need of maintenance, not enough blankets, white fridge in kitchen was leaking and smelt funny, the place overall also did not smell nice, not enough hot water, daily cleaning should be included in the price

Overall a comfortable stay in a great location, the house just requires a bit of maintenance work.

Great location off the beach with amazing views. The pool was well kept and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful! No load shedding in the area.

The property requires maintenance work - boards on first floor deck are coming loose. - Aircon units are extremely old and the external condensers are very rusted (1 x downstairs AC did not work). - Light switches at entrance to house and upstairs bathroom off kitchen would shock you if you were not wearing shoes. The property is a 14 sleeper yet there were not enough drinking glasses and the table is an 8 seater so it was a tight squeeze to have large family meals.

Best exp ever, never been to Durban this was my 1st time

Joseph was a sweet heart, he's very helpful. All problems we encountered he was hust a call away

The house key pads are mostly rusted that need to be changed

The ocean view and sunrise was the best

They should check their cleaning staff. The dust to ceiling, furniture and headboards.

It was okay, the stove and fridge not working was very inconvenient however. No external braai light

The stove was not in a very workable condition, very inconvenient when you have to prepare food for 12 people. The bar fridge in the main entertainment area is not working which is very inconvenient Some of the beds need upgrading No sharp knifes Overall, the property needs maintenance No external braai light

Pleasant

The beach that is so close

Not sufficient kitchen appliances. Knifes were extremely blunt and some broken. No steak knifes. Not enough serving dishes for the amount of people the house accommodates.

This was the second time we stayed at this house but the management of it this time was horrible.

We generally like the space and the fact that there was no interaction with anyone except us.

-The house is not cleaned properly. We had to do the sanitizing ourselves. -Not enough toilet tissues for the number of people booked. -Two people to clean a 7 bedroom house with no mask on during Covid crisis. -We had no electricity the night we came and almost the whole day on Saturday. We couldn't cook or even boil water. A mere gas stove would have helped. One cannot run a hospitality business in South Africa and not have a plan for power outages. -The host does not keep time and generally doesn't seem to know what to do to assist guests. -There's nothing worse than being ignored. The company simply does not even have the decency to apologise. They just ignore your messages as if your complaints are unreasonable.
