The location was perfect for visiting Cinque Terre and close to train station and restaurants.
The stairs up to the apartment, do if you have a suitcase forget it!

Great experience!

The location is right on the main street on Riomaggiore. The hotel arranged parking as well.
The air con didn’t work and it was extremely hot and impossible to sleep. We reported it straight away after arriving but it was never fixed.

Great location, large bathroom and shower, hair dryer.
It was difficult to find the hotel's office, as it turned out later, it is only the headquarters. After checking in, we had to wait 20 minutes in the heat (after a whole day of traveling) for a gentleman who took us to a room that turned out to be in a different place. Cleanliness in the room was not maintained throughout the stay, the rooms were cleaned daily, towels were changed, but the garbage was not taken out throughout the stay!!! Floors not cleaned throughout the stay. What's more - we had an unpleasant situation - we lost the headphones from the room, they lay unused throughout the stay on the shelf, the day before leaving they disappeared. It wasn't a valuable thing, but the disgust remained. We also had problems with the AC, it didn't work properly, it was impossible to control the air conditioner properly, without AC in July it was hard to sleep. I do not recommend.

We traveled by car and the location of the rooms was very convenient for Riomaggiore, on the main street, not too for from the entrance in the village and close to the Riomaggiore castle, restaurants and shops.
For the late check in they provided the keys and very good instructions in an envelope at the reception (reception is 50 mt away of the rooms)
Rooms are very small (but all the rooms are like this in the area) but very clean, recently renovated, not to much furniture but nicely arranged. The bathroom is very clean with a big shower.
They have a parking lot in the public parking, with a better price than the public parking
As the most rooms in the Cinque Terre area are located in an old building with a long and narrow hallway with stairs, for those with big luggages will be a bit difficult to reach in the room

Central location
Carrying cases up steep marble steps.
Modern shower room but no slip mat or soap holder in shower.

Fantastic location in the heart of Riomaggiore.

The room exceeded our expectations. I was a bit worried because of the past reviews about this place but after all the renovations it had it is absolutely amazing!
Perhaps only that the stairs leading to the rooms are very steep, that being said, if you're young people coming you shouldn't have much problem

Location was right at the center of Riomanggiore
There is no elevator and the stairs are very steep. They do not have anyone to assist with luggage which makes it very difficult. I would only stay there if you are traveling with a backpack that is easy to carry up two flight of stairs. Also the towels are paper thin more like a thin piece of cloth. And the room seemed clean until you look up. Around the bed on the Bannister, the lights and the vents are filled with dust. You can tell they only do a quick clean and thats it which makes me wonder if they change the beds.

The hotel style room was newly renovated and clean.

The place is perfectly situated and close to everything. Everything was clean and nothing to complain about the room.
It's not really that I didn't like but if you have a big luggage or trouble with steep stairs, this might be hard for you.

the property was very clean and in a good location in the city.

We will give props to the friendly staff that accommodated our late arrival (about an hour beyond the check in time) by leaving us an envelope with details instructions.
We didn’t like pretty much everything else. The bed was incredibly firm and uncomfortable. The a/c was incredibly noisy and unclean, and there was noise in the hallway throughout the night.

- the room is really nicely organized, spacious, and has all amenities, including a small fridge
- the staff was nice and accommodating
- although the village is small, the location is very good
- internet was not part of deal, but the property provided it; and all was fine

You are right in the center near all the restaurants, shops, near the train station, which is great because you can get by train to all cinque terre villages and other cities in the region. We did not use the car because this was much more faster and easier and there is a little bit problem with parking. The room was clean, had a good wifi and air conditioning. What I missed was a wardrobe. Good windows - even on the main street you couldnt hear the noise. It was definately worth themoney in this arrea!
No wardrobe in the room.

The staff was incredibly nice towards us, and the room was perfect and really well located in the center of Riomaggiore. I would return there without hesitation! :)

Location
Dirt, a lot of dirt. Mostly on the floor but also a bit on the bed. Bonus: an hair inside the sheets and marks of fingerprints in the lavatory. Maybe it was an exception, but i was disaponted because i chosed the place because it was written extra clean on booking.
The city is super expensive, so hard to say if the price was reasonable, but i would say no.

Great location in Cinque Terre, in the middle of the old city where all the restaurants are.
The room was clean, good size and very new and modern. To not let you hold back when you see the pictures, the headboards of the bed are indeed over the top but for the rest it is really nice.
Riomaggiore was actually quieter and more peaceful in the evening than Levanto where we stayed before. It is highly recommended if you hike to Cinque Terre in 2 days to also spend a night in one of the towns and Zia Rita is for sure a place to recommend.
No breakfast is offered but there is a tiny supermarket nearby so we purchased bread, cheese and ham and you can make coffee and tea in the room so in that way it also worked.
