Relax and enjoy our wonderful Vacation Pool Home conveniently located on Florida's Gulf Coast with many restaurants, stores, and amenities, only a few minutes away. Our 2400+ sq. ft. home is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. The master bedroom includes a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The master bedroom overlooks the pool area via double sliding glass doors. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms include a queen-size bed with a matching dresser and spacious walk-in closet. This home sleeps six (6) comfortably. Our home also features a large spacious main living room, a second living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook that overlooks the private pool. The main living room overlooks the pool area via triple sliding glass doors. While lounging on the lanai by the heated pool, you will find sun loungers, a seating area for eating, and a gas grill for your comfort and convenience. Our Florida's Gulf Coast Region, also known as the Nature Coast features many local attractions a short drive away. Just to name a few are Weeki Wachee Springs (home of the Mermaids), Buccaneer Bay Water Park, Manatees at Homosassa Springs, and Pine Island Beach, all within approximately 10-15 minutes where you are sure to capture a wonderful sunset or a great day at the beach. If you would like to venture further from Spring Hill you may be interested in attractions such as Disney World or Universal Studios in Orlando, Busch Gardens in Tampa, the beautiful white sands at Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, and the famous Sam’s Hudson Beach Restaurant. Sam's is a fantastic location for watching a beautiful sunset set to live music and good food. Sam's has been an icon since the 1980s. We rent weekly, monthly, and long-term. Our daughter and son-in-law live in Spring Hill about 2 miles away from this property. This was our year to visit them for Christmas. This beautiful property was the perfect location for our visit. It is located close enough for day trips to see manatees and the ocean. We had a lovely walk in the Weekiwachee Nature Preserve. The heated pool was amazing for us Michiganders enjoying the Florida winter. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. We had everything we needed for our stay. We had one small glitch in the beginning that the property manager was able to assist with very promptly. He even dropped by to show us exactly what we needed. We would definitely stay here again if it's available.

This is a nice property but showing age in places and needs some TLC Some white goods need replacing. The villa is large and the pool is of good standard and not overlooked. We found several essential items missing including hairdryer, ironing board, pool towels, clothes airer. More china and glassware are needed. We found that a sheet in one bedroom had a large tear in it. After the first week we changed the sheets in the master bedroom to find that there were bad stains on the mattress protector and mattress. A cleaner was called and she promised to return with a new mattress protector and to clean the mattress. We expected that she would return immediately but it took her 24 hours to return. We had difficulty contacting the owner for the first few days and we thought he was ignoring us but he had covid. We went out and bought pool towels, sheets to replace the ripped one and an ironing board as the local guy said he had never seen an ironing board in the property. When the owner recovered he arranged for a new ironing board cover for the board which was locked in the garage which we did not have access to. The cleaning company eventually replaced the torn sheet so we had to return the items we had bought. The local guy did not know the phone number of the cleaning company.
On our return from dinner on the last night we saw a large cockroach on the kitchen worktop. We found all these difficulties very stressful

It looked just like what you see online 🙂 A lovely home. The pool was wonderful (crystal clear). We'd love to go back. It's close to everything you'd need, yet in a beautiful development. We're very happy we chose Patrick's home for our visit.🤗🤗🤗

Almost better than your own home! Plenty of room, and even though our other intended guests couldn't make it, we still enjoyed our visit. The pool area was lovely, and we enjoyed being able to relax in the evenings there. Everything was very comfortable and well maintained. We've rented quite a few homes throughout the years, however, this is the only one that when we were leaving, I commented on how I was actually going to miss it. The area was very quiet, and we enjoyed being able to watch "our" bunny rabbit in the mornings! Would definitely rent it again! Thank you Guy and Patrick!

Our only comment is it would be beneficial if switches for lights and fans could be labelled.

We have stayed at this property in the past and have not been disappointed. The pool and pool area are the highlight of the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are very comfortable and home is very clean. The layout of the house is great for multiple people as you can all be together but still have your privacy. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again in the future.

We stayed four weeks at Patrick’s beautiful home. Check in was very easy. The home had everything we needed to make for a very relaxing vacation. The beds were very comfortable, everything you need in the kitchen for preparing meals and the house was very clean.
The pool was spectacular and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe.
Having the property manager two doors away was excellent as we did have a few little issues which were addressed within the hour.
I highly recommend Patrick’s house for short or long term stays.
We will definitely consider a return visit.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and close to everything. The kitchen was very well stocked with tons of pots and pans and all the gadgets we needed! Having the bedrooms on opposite sides of the house was nice for privacy. The pool and pool area were AWESOME!!! The water temp was perfect! We were able to enjoy it everyday. Communication with Patrick the manager was great. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back!! Thank you for sharing your Florida home with us!

The home is very spacious for a group or family. Swimming pool area in lanai and covered seating area for those rainy days. You can stay dry or out of the sun on hot or rainy days. We are looking forward to booking again for next year.

We were very impressed with how quiet and peaceful the area was. We spent hours sitting out on the lanai or in the pool and enjoying the solitude. The pool was beautiful and well kept and the water was always above 80 degrees.
The kitchen area was very well lit and very well stocked and the cookware is in good shape. I spend a great deal of time in the kitchen and found it to be roomy and well designed.
The house is laid out nicely with the bedrooms on opposite ends of the house. Each end of the house is your own private space while still having the experience of being together.
There are two nice TVs in the house. Each of them has ONE remote control. This was easy to understand and convenient to use. We have stayed at other places that literally had four. You had to push a button or two on this one, then this button on that one, and then you could use the other one - but don't ever push them in the wrong order! This was certainly a refreshing change of pace! The TVs are large and had good sound and plenty of sound.
We had opportunity to communicate with both Patrick, the owner, and Guy, the manager on several occasions with questions or concerns. They were both very helpful and prompt in their responses.
We hope to be staying here again in the future.

This place is huge! Exactly what we needed for a relaxing family visit. We had absolutely everything we needed for family meals and plenty of room for kiddos to play! Our host, Patrick, responded immediately to my texts. Very clean and well kept home. Pool was beautiful and clean. We had such a nice, relaxing visit. Thank you Patrick!

The house was huge, clean and comfortable in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to plenty of shopping choices. The pool was so refreshing! Lots of different beach options within driving distance. It was everything we needed/wanted for our family vacation!

Beautiful well kept home in a safe, peaceful neighborhood. Everything necessary for a great stay was there, clean and easy to find. We especially enjoyed the stock of family games and the lovely pool. I highly recommend this home for a relaxing visit.

This house is a gem! My parents joined my husband and I and we rented this house for 4 weeks. House had a well stocked kitchen with all the extras other rentals don’t. Our favorite part of the house was the layout. We each had an end of the home complete with our own bathroom which helped with different sleeping patterns. Pool was clean and well kept. Owner and Property Manager are very nice and respond quickly. We had a tv issue but it was quickly handled. I give this property an A-plus!

Wonderful property. Very comfortable. You start out with the kindest message from the owner telling you everything you need to know. Owner was very nice and accommodating in every way. Then the manager was there whenever we needed help with something and he was so nice and didn’t get upset with us asking questions. The only thing I would point out is there aren’t TVs in the bedrooms but there are two large TVs in different living rooms. This was no big deal for us so I would recommend this property to everyone.

The pictures in the listing don’t do this property justice! It’s big and it’s clean! If you don’t mind that mid 90’s vibe, you will be VERY happy here. Neighborhood is amazing. Property is beautiful! Don’t pass this place up, you’ll be missing a gem.

This home was amazing for our week-long vacation while visiting nearby family. The house was very large with an open layout, perfect for the 4 of us. We used the pool every day even though there were frequent rain and thunder storms due to hurricane Elsa approaching. The house was set in a quiet location with all the amenities and a multitude of stores, places to visit and things to do only a few minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would come back again.

Love this house. The pictures online do not do it justice. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. You are in a prime location to make a day by venturing out to see whats around this area. Definitely take a trip down to Tarpon Springs. Love the way the house is set up. Kids had a separate living room space. Hope to book again next year! Thanks!!

Very nice home with awesome pool, perfect for a quiet restful getaway. Bedrooms on opposite ends is great for privacy if company comes. We would recommend replacing the sectional couch, worn and uncomfortable, and replacement of old linens. All furnishings seem pretty dated. Had everything we needed for cooking and grocery stores were nearby.

We had a great time here! The house is spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor space a ton! We were out there all the time. We also appreciated that there were two living spaces. The grill was also great. There were many great nearby parks that we visited while we were which we really enjoyed. We did not have any problems while we were here. It was a great visit and we would come back again!

This home is large and very well furnished for rental. The beds are comfortable, as are the sofas and chairs. The pool/lanai is lovey and we enjoyed our stay here.
