This house had lots of space and amenities to keep everyone in our family happy. Instead of paying thousands for a room at a resort, we were able to sprawl out in this spacious home and save our money for other excursions in the area. We wish we could have stayed longer! Communication and check in was a breeze. We enjoyed the personality of the house too. Location was great and close to the parks.

I booked this property for my Daughter's 16th Birthday weekend celebration. Eight girls total ranging from the ages of 16 to 19 were blown away by the home.
They loved the theme rooms and the biggest hit was the theater. The weather did not allow for us to enjoy the pool area, but between the theater and the games supplied, the girls had a great time indoors.
We did spend one day at Universal, the drive to the park was easy and approximately 20 mins.
The property is not brand new, but well maintained and extremely clean! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and serving items.
Andrienne was very responsive and it was apparent that her goal is for all guests to have a worry free relaxing visit.
I highly recommend this property!

This house was just as promised. Perfect location for magic kingdom, Hollywood studios, and universal. We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of room for all. Kids loved the pool and game room. Communication with owner was very quick. I would recommend this home.

Overall the place and location were nice. There were plenty of bedrooms and places to spread out. The game room with movie theater seats was a big hit. The heated pool was great with plenty of outdoor seating.
Some things to note:
There were small ants all over the house. The property management company was very responsive.
The blue bedroom downstairs smells musty/moldy and the carpet has stains all over it.
The silverware drawer in the kitchen is broken- Probably better to move the silverware to a drawer that works correctly.
The pans are warped and very difficult to cook with.
The hot tub water went down 8 inches when the jets were on.
The cameras outside by the pool were disturbing. We have stayed in many places and have never had cameras at the pool where people (including small children) are not dressed fully.
We had a very nice time there. Overall we would give it 4 out of 5 stars.

We booked this home purely on the reviews. None the family had ever been to this part of Florida for vacation. We were so surprised that everything worked out - this house exceeded our expectations! First, this is a great location if you’re planning to go to Disney and Universal Studios. The neighborhood is amazing and safe. I took a walk in the mornings. The kids loved the game room and pool when we had downtime and some rest. This house has plenty of room - there were 14 ppl total and we didn’t feel on top of one another.
From a hospitality standpoint Adrienne has thought of everything! The house was well-stocked. I appreciated the double washer and dryer that helped with laundry for such a big crowd.
Lastly, Adrienne was very accessible and professional. I highly recommend staying on this property!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Knight Castle. I would definitely recommend it for families wanting to stay near the Disney parks. The home is well equipped for young kids and has many safety features.
Andrienne answered all of our questions promptly. The kids thought the house was wonderful and ran around calling it a mansion! They were very impressed.

Beautiful property. Safe, gated community. Well equipped home. Responsive and sweet owner. Our family really enjoyed the game/movie room and outdoor patio. A wonderful retreat at the end of a long day at the amusement park. Couldnt have asked for a nicer Thanksgiving stay.

This property was located convenient to Disney and Universal. It was beautifully decorated and had fun theme rooms for the kids, and multiple ensuites with king and queen beds. The game room and pool were big hits with the family and even had an outdoor tv! Communication with the property owner and management were easy.

I’ve been to Disney World numerous times however it’s the first time I’ve stayed at a VRBO property. Not just any property but one that had something for everyone with no long lines for the elevator or food. We had 4 families all together with children ranging from 1-14 and all of them truly enjoyed the house & the amazing amenities. The location was convenient to food, all the Disney parks- less than 10 minutes away. Economically the best decision as I tallied the cost of 5 hotel rooms, eating out & parking fees we saved enough for another vacation. #BestDecisionEver.

We stayed for the weekend with our family including kids and a toddler. The property was in a very nice neighborhood. Everything was as described on the listing, it included a crib and highchair which were a plus, there were also complimentary toiletries and slippers. Everyone enjoyed the property with all the amenities that were included. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property (excellent). We really enjoyed our stay.

Andrienne is a great host! She answered all of my questions, responds to emails quickly and answered my call right away. The house was perfect for my family of 9 and it was nice to find a property that allowed me to bring my 18lb Irish Doodle, who we brought to Best Friends Pet Hotel during the day while we were at the parks. The kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and plates/utensils.
The driveway allows for 2 cars to park. We had 3, and the additional parking is alongside the curb. Our neighbors had people over so parking during the day was a tight squeeze, so just be aware if you're going to have more than 3 cars.
You have to go through a vetting process with Superhog which was easy to do, but for some reason they had a problem verifying my info even though the tasks said completed. Andrienne took the extra steps to make sure all of that was taken care of, otherwise we would've had to cancel our reservation.
We watched a movie in the theater room and the seats were really comfortable. The only con was that any time someone moved, the lights would go on because the light switch is a motion sensor. We had to put a wash cloth in front of it to keep it from going off.
The only thing we were disappointed about was the hot tub is considered a spa and not a real jacuzzi, so the jets only blow out tiny bubbles and it doesn't really get hot. It would have been nice to use after spending the day at the parks.
All in all, my family had a great time!

The house was so beautifully designed. It was clean and you can tell that it is well taken cared of. The themed rooms kept the Disney vacation vibes all throughout our stay! There’s enough rooms and bathrooms for a big group. I’ve never been to a rental that has a host as thoughtful as Adrienne! The house has everything you might need from kitchenware (pots, pans, utensils), a Pack n Play, a crib, stroller, umbrellas and even something as simple as feminine products! She was quick to respond whenever I have a question or if I needed something. I also loved that the master room is in the first floor since my wheelchair bound special needs child usually sleeps with me and my husband whenever we go on vacations. That, to us alone is a big plus! Loved the double laundry! Everyday trash pick up was also great! Only two very minor cons for me is that there’s only one towel bar in the bathrooms and also that there were ants. All in all, this house was perfect! I highly recommend it and would definitely love to come back!

The place is spacious and clean- perfect for a large group looking for a home base.
A few things to note, though the place is nice enough to keep the rating. You will have to go through 3rd party screening. It's not difficult or tedious, just another step.
Also the neighborhood is gated and you need to get a pass for each vehicle which costs $20 per vehicle. During the middle of the day on a Saturday it did take a while to get through the line and get a pass. After that it was simple.
Lastly the drive way is on the smaller side to onky feet two smaller vehicles with the rest parking along the street. It's still a worthwhile stay, but just some things to be aware of.

As a family of 6 adults and 3 children we stayed in Knights Castle for 2 weeks.
The property is very well maintained and was immaculately presented on arrival. The advertised photos are a true representation of how the property looks.
The villa has all the equipment and facilities to make it a home away from home.
The kids particularly enjoyed the themed bedrooms and being able to select which one they would sleep in.
The outdoor pool area was very clean and comfortable, ideal to relax in before or after visiting the theme parks.
Emerald Island is in a great location to access Disney and is very well maintained.
Lastly, a special mention to the host, Andrienne. She responds to any requests or queries very quickly and nothing seems to be a bother to her to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
We would definitely stay here again.

Just spent an amazing week at this beautiful house. The house is so spacious that everyone had their own space. The location is great and close to all Orlando attractions plus a large variety of restaurants. The outdoor pool area was our absolute favorite. There were plenty of towels and amenities for everyone. Our group ranged in ages from 11-75 years old and everyone loved the house. We didn’t cook much because it was my vacation too, but when we did we had everything we needed right down to the Mickey Mouse waffle maker. I’ve rented several houses over the years and this one is one of the best! Management communicated extremely well and answered any questions immediately. Highly recommend!

Our family felt right at home on Is La Ct! The movie room, foosball table and that pool/hot tub, so much to love!!! The outdoor space was our favorite place to hang! Young and old enjoyed the putting green, the fully equipped kitchen and all that this home had to offer!

It had good big beds that we’re comfortable and the pool/hot tub/ tiki bar was nice. It cost way more than the stated daily rates once all of the fees and parking fees added. The house manager was very nice and easy to reach!

We rented this property for spring break with another family. The house was beautiful and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kids really utilized the pool and game room and the location was great to Disney and the other parks. Our host was awesome and Any questions we had she answered immediately. This house was everything the listing said and more. We were looking for somewhere to stay together for a birthday celebration. With grandparents and kids plus 3 sets of grandchildren that is a tall order. Having 7 bedrooms made it work perfectly. Every family took 2 rooms and parents shared a bath with their kids. It was a short stay so our plan was to stay at the house. Between the pool, hot tub, ping pong, game room and movies, we were busy all the time.
I was very pleasantly surprised how incredibly well the house was stocked. I've stayed places that say stocked kitchen and they could take a lesson from this home. We cooked all the meals (and were working with several dietary concerns so many variations) and we didn't want for anything. Lots of pots, pans, utensils and more. Great indoor dishes and plastic wear for outside.
The house was super clean and great finishes everywhere. You could see the love that went into selecting all the decor. Definitely no skimping on quality here.
They even had 2 super washer/dryers making it easy to do some quick laundry our last night.
We did have a few questions while we were there and Andrienne responded in minutes. I wasn't surprised as she was super to work with prior to check in. She was also very patient with my questions and the pre-arrival systems. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome gift! Andrienne really treated you like family (and the kind you like!)

This was such a great find for our family! The kids absolutely loved the Disney-themed room and the adults were very comfortable in the space. From the minute you arrive you feel safe. It's a great gated community. Check-in was a breeze, the home was clean, and the pool was warm and ready to go. We had plenty of space to enjoy indoor and outdoor family time together. The location is in a prime place to get everywhere quickly. Andrienne was very quick to respond with questions while we were there and helpful if we needed anything. The staff at the clubhouse was also great and you feel like you have a place to go without leaving the neighborhood. Be sure to get your parking pass set up before you get there, it made checking in after a day of traveling so easy. Everyone will be happy here if you're considering a family getaway with kids ranging from 30-4 years old. We're thankful for our time here!

We loved the home it’s so great for both kids and adults. You can’t beat the location to the parks and the house was extremely clean with great little touches and amenities throughout. Andrienne is a great communicative host as well, there was a power outage in area and she went above and beyond to let us know about it and to check in with us.
Highly recommended the kids loved the movie theatre and games and the adults had a great time relaxing.

Property was nice, clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Host left a nice food basket and a bottle of wine and was a great communicator.
One major drawback were all the mattresses and the bedding were terrible. Super uncomfortable and cheap.

My family and I, party of 9, ranging from 71 to 9 years old stayed, at this beautiful resort home the week before Christmas. It was absolutely perfect for our trip. This was our first time flying to Disney to visit parks but staying offsite. I was worried about necessities (towels, blankets, good pillows, shampoo, etc) but this house had EVERYTHING we needed. Added bonus are the beautifully themed rooms and decor. Comfortable, clean, fun, close ride to parks, around the corner from groceries/restaurants. We will definitely visit again!

This home was exactly as pictured. Very spacious for my family. The amenities are unbelievable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need and then some. Owner was great to communicate with and contacted me upon our arrival to make sure we didn't have any questions or needs. Would definitely recommend staying here and renting from this owner.

We could not have been happier... there were 14 couples that got together... the house is exactly as described. There was enough room for all of us, the pool area was great and we watched football in the entertainment area. Adrienne was an outstanding responsive host. We had one small issue with the hot tub which was answered and taken care of immediately. We would definitely stay here again.
The month before our arrival I was impacted by Hurricane Ian, and missed some necessary correspondence. Adrienne was very understanding and worked to help complete the process, thank you.
