About this house rental
Located in Inverloch, this attractive house for $162 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. 7 Outrigger Drive is perfectly suited for a family holiday or week-end stay. Plenty of room for 8 and also pet friendly and secure for pets. The surf beach is 500m from the house, only a 5 minute walk or take the push bikes and you will be there in only 3 minutes! Plus there is a great playground for the kids, located at the end of the street. For those who want to go fishing, the inlet is superb. The house has a games room with a table tennis table and a full size snooker/pool table. There is a wonderful sun-room for those who wish to relax and enjoy a good book. The open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area is huge. There are 4 bedrooms, three with king/queen size beds and the fourth with two single beds. The main bedroom is en-suite, and there is a second bathroom with shower and bath. Plus a separate laundry room including washing machine. The yard has space for the kids and the dogs too. We welcome you to 7 Outrigger Drive, a place for all to relax and enjoy.

House was great for Christmas day, the facilities were great for our family. Greg was very easy to deal with. Wifi should be available for the price paid for the accommodation.

We really enjoyed staying at this pet friendly house. Spacious, clean and with a very well equipped kitchen. Lovely quiet area where you can still hear the ocean. The only downside to this place was the the master bed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in, hard as a rock. Could do with a new mattress or even a mattress topper.
Otherwise we really loved our time here and would confidently recommend this place to others.

House is amazingly spacious, clean and bed is very comfortable. On saturday we had our kids and grandkids with us all day and we watched the footy together and it didn't feel crowded at all.
Property manager was very kind to let us have a late checkout and we have enjoyed our stay in this beautiful homeđźŹ

Property is huge (there were just two of us). Heaps of space for families and nice big garden that my little pup enjoyed exploring.
Kitchen is well stocked and split heating in the lounge is really powerful and didn’t take long to warm up the room.
Neighbours entertaining area was right next to lounge area and they had a loud party the first night of our stay but nobody can control that. Just something to keep in mind if you’re wanting a switch off from noise. Second night was peaceful though.
We’d stay again. Great location and close to all amenities and townships for exploring.

The house has everything you need (except WiFi for teenagers). Very clean, good amenities, great location with lots of walks options to go to the beach and the village.
The garden is big enough for kids and dog and includes a BBQ.
The bonus: the ping pong table for rainy days is great.
We had a lovely stay and enjoyed everyday. 15 mn to the surf beach by foot is really appreciated. Thanks.

The owner Greg was very responsive to communication and helpful. The house was well set up and clean. Our only suggestion would be to have the second air con in working order to help cool the master bedroom. We would definitely book a stay again.

Enjoyable stay, was impressed with the cleanliness. Photos do not do it justice. One suggestion for improvement would be side tables and lamps beside every bed.

The house was well kept. It lacked in a couple of areas, a decent grater and the heating in the pool room didn’t work. We did enjoy our stay. Thank you.

We were very pleased with the property. We stayed in the cold of winter so I would suggest maybe a air con in main bedroom however plug in heaters were supplied. Loved our stay. We recommend it. Thanks

Communication with Greg was excellent from booking to departure- a couple of minor issues were promptly attended to and fixed where possible. Proximity to surf beach is excellent and relaxed and easy walk to both beach and town. Just enough undercover area for dogs in the wet. Secure back yard. There are a few comments in guest book about no wifi or smart TV - did not bother us at all but our adult sons asked when they arrived - and I had not considered this when booking. Would definitely stay here again :)

The beach was a relatively short walk of 15 min away. However, dogs were not permitted on this beach during Easter. To get to the dog beach it is better to drive to the centre of Inverloch and then walk to the off lead beach east of the boat ramp. The yard is a good size and is completely enclosed. Be careful as an excited jumpy dog can open the latch on the gate and escape. We placed a rubbish bin in front of the gate to fix this problem. There are no dog doors so you need to be ready to let them in and out at night. Otherwise a good stay thank you.

The house was clean and very large, with a great undercover outdoor area and garden. We were very happy with being able to have our golden retrievers stay with us and the house and backyard was perfect for them as we could contain them to either 1 area indoors or out in the backyard while we were gone.
The pool tabe was a great hit, although the aircon did not seem to work in that room.
Distance to beach and esplanade was good, and overall we had a very enjoyable stay and are very likely to return. Greg was also wonderful to deal with, and was very responsive to all of our queries.

We’ve stayed at this big beautiful home several times and this year did not disappoint. Plenty of space and activities for the family and our dog to spread out. After a hiccup with a malfunctioning appliance, the owner was quick to rectify so our holiday could continue trouble free. It’s in a lovely quiet estate close to the surf beach.
