The location was excellent. The room had a nice view of the river. One female member of staff was very friendly and helpful.
The bed was quite uncomfortable. Although it clearly states at the entrance that the restaurant is open till 11 pm, I was refused a drink at 10:30 because ”we took last orders 10 minutes ago.” This was despite me being a hotel guest. The lady I encountered at check-out was extremely disinterested and on the verge of impolite.

The Biergarten is great. Internet without password. Staff very friendly.
Absolutely too hot in the room. It is not hotel's fault that the weather is crazy and Germany is not prepared for that but still, my room faced west and it was hard to take without A/C. I could not really sleep due to heat.
The breakfast is ok. Could have more options in the müsli area.
The place is also not so easy to find. A little more directions and signalization could help.

Very nice clean Hotel located just north of the downtown. easy walking distance to many restaurants and lots of shopping and historic sites.if you don't have a car you may need to take a taxi from the train station if you have lots of luggage.
If you have a car you have to park on the street..
