About this house rental
Nestled in Waterville Valley, this charming house for $779 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Our home in Waterville Valley, which was renovated in 2023, is nestled in between three 4000' mountain peaks in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire. A charming town with an active summer community including children's day camps, tennis, golf, swimming, mountain biking, and hiking within walking distance to the house. Close by are kayaking and canoeing options, as well as ziplines, waterparks and other white mountain attractions. Our home has three bedrooms plus one large bunk room and can sleep two-three families comfortably. Large open format kitchen and family room, as well as basement game room. Two-car garage. Modern appliances, wifi and streaming Hulu are provided. Great mountain views from two bedrooms and the family room. Air conditioning in the master suite. Access to the White Mountain Athletic Club with indoor and outdoor pools on a fee per use basis.

My family and I stayed in beautiful 3 floor house in Waterville Valley. It was about a mile from the village square
The house was exactly what we need for our annual Thanksgiving get away. There was plenty of room for our large group, yet it still had a cozy feeling.
We would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family.

This property was very clean and well appointed. There were a few problems with getting the heat started, and the televisions working. We ended up signing in our own Netflix account because owner's accounts appeared to be locked. Would definitely rent again, but would hope for sunshine instead of three days of rain. No hiking this trip. Enjoyed reading the Waterville Valley Guide book that was left in the living room. It highlighted the amazing history of Waterville Valley and the surrounding area.

The property was perfect for our family with a range of ages from 3 to 72! The house is gorgeous with great living space, a large kitchen, dining area and sunroom that accomodated all of us at meals. The children enjoyed the TV and game room. The locations was terrific and close to everything and all activities in Waterville Valley. We will certainly plan to return next year!

This home was spectacular. Exceedingly clean and well designed for a family. The owners were very cordial and available and extremely helpful. Best communications we ever had with VRBO. Exceptional is an inadequate descriptor.

We enjoyed this property. It had lots of space, was fully equipped with everything we needed including any paper products and soaps and shampoo. We loved the deck and had a fire in the fire pit every night and the kids toasted marshmallows. We loved the location and the 6 and 8 year old could ride their bikes up and down the street. We brought corn hole with us but there was already one there. The only negative I could say is that we had to pay to use the pool. But the pool, splash pad and hot tubs were worth it I would definitely return to this property.

Great house and location
What a fantastic girls weekend at this beautiful home. We were in Waterville Valley for an Adult Tennis Camp. We had everything we needed, from lots of beds and bathrooms for each of the 4 ladies, towels, clean linens, a very well appointed kitchen and a fun game room. We had quite the ping pong tournament. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful Waterville Home
Our family has owned and rented homes in and around Waterville Valley for years, and this is one of the best stays we’ve ever had!!! Gorgeous house with easy access to all that Waterville has to offer. The kids loved riding their bikes on the quiet street and playing ping-pong and air hockey in the basement on rainy days.
The home is well-appointed and has everything you need for cooking/grilling, etc.
We'd definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Property = Memorable Weekend
This property played host to a memorable spring skiing weekend in Waterville Valley. Jenn's home is well appointed and was perfect for two families. When we tore ourselves off the mountain and landed back at the house, the kids (and adults) were had a blast playing games - including foosball and ping pong - and watching movies. It is also a short walk to the pool and Town Square.
Jenn replied to all communication promptly and thoroughly. We would stay here again in the future without hesitation.

Great Family Getaway
We were so happy with the house. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and privacy. There is also plenty of gathering areas for dinners, games and relaxing. The location was great and we were able to explore and find some beautiful waterfalls. We would love to come back!

Nobody wanted to leave!
We arrived on a Sunday evening for a three-week stay. By late Monday morning, we felt like we were right at home, albeit a nicer home in a nicer place than any of our actual homes. I'm not kidding. The house itself is clean, spacious, comfortable, well-appointed--everything one needs. The location is fabulous--secluded and private at the dead-end of a street, but still close enough to walk to everything. The days were slow and peaceful, but filled with so many things that the grandkids enjoyed--riding on the shuttle, two playgrounds, swimming in the pond, walking and playing along a number of streams, ice cream at Frosty Scoops in Plymouth, that kind of thing. Great kids stuff. In the evening, when the kids were settled, we sat on the front porch chatting and watching the weather roll over Mt Tecumseh until it fell dark and got cool. Even saw a bear meander by twice, minding his own business and disappearing into the woods. For a nice family getaway, I can't imagine a better place. And I should mention that Jenn was very gracious and easy to work with.

What a great house & location for our family vacation. House is spacious & clean. Owners were great & very responsive to any questions. Close to all Waterville Valley has to offer. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!
