Great location, very nicely renovated. There are two terraces, one lounge like and one on the backside towards the forest. We enjoyed both very much. Andrea was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The property is close to restaurants, Premantura itself and to Cape Kamenjak which is a wonderful place to explore with nice beaches. Premantura is small, but has some nice restaurants and a lovely centre.

Well as always in Premantura there were lots of mosquitos, especially during the evening hours. The biggest problem was the heat upstairs, as the a/c was only downstairs, and all the heat stayed in the sleeping rooms upstairs. There is a new cooler now which should improve this for next guests :-)
