Nestled in Cabo San Lucas, this charming condo for $415 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This condo is a large 3 bedroom 2 bathroom corner unit. The condo is located in the HEART of all the action. Friendly environment suited for families, couples, friends or anyone looking for a nice Cabo San Lucas vacation. Our complex, Marina Sol, is a peaceful paradise with beautifully maintained grounds surrounding the largest heated pool in Cabo San Lucas! The Best location in Cabo is one block to Mendano Beach for safe swimming and all beach activities, one block to the Marina for world famous fishing, while downtown is just 1 1/2 blocks to shopping and the exciting night life! You can walk everywhere! Our complex also has a small day spa in the lobby. They provide many different services. Their massages are fantastic! Mini market in lobby of complex. Private wireless in the condo and Wireless by the pool. The Cantina is a pool side restaurant, and the Oasis is at the end of the Hallway that has a dining area and will also deliver your food to your condo! Our complex is just an excellent set up! The condo shown has three large bedrooms, The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a comfortable sofa bed, the second bedroom has a twin beds, that can be made into a king bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can also be made into a king bed. Two bathrooms make accommodations perfect for everyone. We can sleep up to 8 people including children. Maximum of 6 adults at any time the other 2 must be children 8 and under. HOA rules. Please email if you need further clarification. Full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances - easy to cook or just have a snack. Living room has a new smart tv with 250+ channel furnished with two reclining couches for relaxation. We have a washer dryer and a BBQ on the Balcony. The condos is set up to be comfortable for all of our guests. The kitchen is stocked with basic necessities for cooking and all the condos have a supply of sheets and towels. Please bring your own beach towel. **You should expect to bring your own shampoos and conditioners. Soap for showers is provided. Unit is clean on your arrival and cleaned after your departure. Additional maid service is available for a $50 fee and can be arranged by Owner or you can arrange at the time you check in. Price depends on number of nights booked and the time frame requested. As a 3 bedroom $295 a night is a base rate, Holiday periods are $325 - $350 a night. Holiday periods are Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Spring break March/April each year) Holiday time frame has a 6-7 night minimum unless the dates fill in so please check with me. **We do allow 2 night minimum but at a higher nightly rate than posted. Check in fee for a 3 bedroom is $115. The Holiday rates vary so please inquire for the rate. ** We can take Visa, Mastercard or Paypal account ~~~ If you use a Visa, Master Card or Paypal there is a 4.5% surcharge to cover the fees~~~. We can take zelle, Venmo and checks directly. ~~In the event of a cancellation - please contact Lorie. There is a $200 cancellation fee. If dates are re-booked, we can give a refund and if we cannot re-book the dates - we allow you to use the condo at another time - excluding Holidays.

Great property. Super clean and close to everything. Pool area, and pool bar are really nice. We walked from the condo to downtown and some locations nearby. Medano Beach is a block away and downtown is 3 blocks away.

This condo is well equipped with everything you can possibly need. Television in every room, lots of space and floor plan provides plenty of privacy for three couples. Sliding glass door is easy to walk through....be careful.

Lorie is a great host! Answered my multiple questions quickly. The Condo itself is in a great location and within walking distance to the beach, the marina and so many amazing restaurants. We spent two weeks and could have stayed very comfortably longer. Thanks to the washing machine and dryer at the condo that is provided, we had little laundry to do when we returned from our vacay. The staff at Marina Sol are very friendly and helpful. We hope to return next year for a month.

4 adults and 4 kids shared this condo. We had a great time! We visit Cabo every year and this was a wonderful location. 1 block up from the beach and The Office. Plenty of room for everyone. Unit a little bit older, but in good condition. We needed to supply a lot of our own stuff- dish soap, laundry soap, kitchen staples like olive oil and spices. We visited in Feb., so the weather was warm, but not hot. The AC worked ok. could see it being really hot in the summer. Not super loud for the busy location. First level, so only 1 flight of stairs. Pool warm and large for kids! Hot tub WAY TOO HOT! Pool side restaurant was great and easy. Employees very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location to all the great restaurants and beach. Loved the pool and restaurant with bar. Also liked having a code for the door so no worrying about losing keys. Our air conditioning in master bedroom did not cool very well and the extra bathroom sink didn’t put out enough water. They had maintenance look at it but not resolved. Having a washer and dryer was a plus and also having a 5 gallon water dispenser that the condo replenished was also a very nice smnenity. Plenty of beds and our family of 5 had 2 extra beds that we never used. Staff was really nice to work with. Overall great value for the price of the rental.

The condo had everything we needed to feel at home. 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to town and 5 minutes to the marina. The condo is well insulated so you don't hear much outside noise. The bedrooms are nicely spaced a part from each other. If you're sleeping and the rest of your group is awake you can't hear them from the rooms.

Our family of 6 stayed here late July . We loved the location and condo ! The grounds are beautiful, secure and quiet. Being a block from the beach was better than being on the beach - because the beach is so crowded ! The condo was huge and gave us plenty of room ! The front desk was so helpful and the market store was nice ! Easy walk to everything ! We took town busses for 28 pesos to travel to Chllenio beach then rented a car for $38 to drive to costa azul to surf ! Awesome trip ! I would recommend this to anyone ! Great value !

We had an awesome family reunion vacation at the Medano. Condo is in a great location. At walking distance are the stores, restaurants, mall, nightlife and marina. The condo was well equipped with dishes, pans, soap ect. The rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable and pillows. The only complaint I would say; there was construction around early every morning and the water was cut off twice, and even thou they would notice you the same day, the water was not turn on the time specified. The AC in the master was liking water, but was fixed quickly and the master tv control was missing batteries, but as well were replaced quick. Overall this place was amazing and the staff were very happy to help you!!! I would stay here Again! Thank you for the complimentary drinks by the pool!!

The unit was exactly as advertised and it was great. The complex, unit and location was great, literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. Plus, the staff up front and at the cafe were very helpful.

We loved the complex, pools, grounds, clubhouse and restaurant and the proximity to the beach. The condo was spacious and clean, and apart from the pots and pans that were Teflon coated and heavily scraped (not healthy), the place was well appointed. It would have been very helpful to have a few basic cleaning supplies available to keep up with a busy family for a week. The in house laundry was very useful. All in all a positive experience. We will be back!
