Charming and Cozy 3 bedroom, (2) queen (1) full, 1 bath. Fully furnished and equipped with everything you would need for your weekend getaway. It sets on 1.5 acres with a quite private back patio with outdoor seating to enjoy your evenings. The circular drive makes prefect access to bring your water toys to enjoy Pickwick Lake. It is minutes from the Pickwick State Park , boat ramps, local stores and restaurants. This property is non-smoking and pet friendly. We know how important it is to bring your four legged family members with you. However a $65.00 pet fee is required at the time of booking. (Please Note) If a Pet is on the premises without prior notification and fee paid will result in vacating the property without a refund. Fully furnished with Wi-Fi and cable.

It was perfect. We saw so much wildlife walk right by the front door. It’s what we needed. A very cozy home and loved the themes of each room. Had everything we needed!

Stayed multiple nights for a two day bass tournament out of the state park. House was great and met all of our needs. Plenty of parking for truck and boat with electric to charge the batteries. Very good hostess and hope to get to stay there again.

We came down due to our son fishing the College Bassmaster National Championship on Pickwick lake. The house was in a perfect location, we had everything we needed. We will be back if we are ever down that way again.

A friend of ours was celebrating a 50th birthday. So we had a long weekend with days full of boating at Pickwick and evenings with friends and family celebrating! We have stayed at this property before and loved the home so it was an easy decision on where to return.

We loved having a location to hold our family and pets and it being close enough to the lake. The host were very helpful with all our needs and made our stay easy and relaxing. Highly recommend this location for a weekend getaway to Pickwick.

We came to visit the Shilo National park and was able to see it all. The home was very clean and well stocked kitchen. We loved the area and will recommend to all my friends.

Great location convenient to boat ramp, gas and groceries. Bed was comfortable and communication was excellent with property owners. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

We enjoyed our stay here. Close to Shiloh and Pickwick area was neat as well. The property was clean, and well maintained. We enjoyed using the grill and sitting out back sitting out back just relaxing. It's a beautiful area.

The house was perfect for us. It was truly like being at home. It had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. It was close to everything, the boat ramp, Freddy T’s, and the supermarket. We would love to stay here again.

Circle driveway, great patio spot for relaxing in the afternoon or evening, and a very well stocked kitchen! (For cooking) There was plenty of room, but still cozy. 💜
Patricia was a perfect host and made herself available for any request, but there was no need for any.
There is a washer and dryer conveniently located in the extra large bathroom!
Everything was great, and I would definitely book this property again.

Reserved this for a fishing tournament and highly recommend. Great place for a boat and truck. The house was cozy and we slept great. It is super close to the state park for boat launch. Communication with the host was exceptional. Will definitely stay here again!

Pickwick lake house
This was the perfect house for location to Pickwick state park, food, gas, etc. There is plenty of room for boat parking and the house is very well kept and lots of extras to accommodate your stay.

Very Enjoyable Stay
The house and property were very clean and neat. The house was well equipped for a three night stay including "extras" such as a good charcoal grill, interesting wall decorations, and a standard coffee maker with filters and coffee grounds. The circular driveway was very convenient for coming and going with a pickup towing a trailer and boat. The location is close enough to the Pickwick State Park Marina and the Aqua Marina just below the state line in Mississippi.

We met the friendly owner as we pulled up to this nice single story home with a good yard for my dog. We were here to visit Shiloh and Corinth visitor centers and Civil War battlefields. It was a convenient place to stay for these tours. There were multiple restaurants near by, if you decide not to cook.

Very clean, fully stocked with all the necessities of home! Great area out back for grilling. Host was super nice and friendly. Would definitely stay again. Just like home away from home!!❤
