The one and two-story Spanish Hacienda-style villas, with sloping red-tiled roofs hanging over whitewashed plaster walls are luxuriously furnished in early California decor, and boast 10ft. wood-beamed ceilings and 1700 square feet of space, providing the getaway seeker plenty of room to stretch out for a day, a week or a month. Soaking tubs, Wall-mounted flat screen T.V., Kohler fixtures, maple wood cabinetry, dream-sleep mattresses, designer sheets and towels, granite counters and stone tile floors all add to the opulent spa-like ambiance. The fully amenitized chef's kitchen and open floor plan are perfect for entertaining groups, and all balconies and patios feature private electric grills and patio tables to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors. Other things to Note Main Renter booking the Villa is responsible for their group, must be 21 or older, and must be occupying the property booked for the entire stay. For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival. Interaction with Guests Guests have complete access to our home. This is the second villa we have rented at Legacy and we were very pleased again. The unit was clean, well stocked with kitchen implements, had great outdoor spaces and was very quiet. We will be back for sure. Guarded security gate is another plus.

Our only regret is that we planned so many activities in the area that we didn’t spend enough time just lounging in and around the property. Something was wrong with the hot tub, which was disappointing. It wasn’t even as warm as a bath and there was no employee to be found to address the issue. Other than that, a great experience and we would certainly return again.

Nice villas, Good location, comfortable. But, not enough toilet paper, cleaning supplies such as dish detergent, laundry soap, very tiny bath soap, no hand soap. There was a dust pan but no broom to sweep the floor. Recycling bin was far from the unit. On checkout day, it was annoying & stressful getting early text (6:29 & 8:52 AM) giving setting instructions on dish washer and to text them if we checkout earlier than 11 AM when all instructions was already e-mailed and in the guide book.

This was a lovely way to vacation with family during these COVID times. The only suggestion we had as a family was if there are going to be rules about pool access due to the pandemic, it would be great if security was available to make sure guests were following the rules. It is difficult as a guest to walk into the assigned pool area and it becomes our responsibility to let other guests know that it is our approved time. It is uncomfortable and discouraging.

Our visit was wonderful. The villa was very clean and up to date with all the amenities necessary. We went in June during the gap in the first and second waves of Covid 19 and it was seamless. The staff and security were very much aware of policies in place to keep guests safe. There was plenty of pool access even on Sat when we had to register for a pool time. I will definitely return to Legacy Villas. The only thing I would suggest for the unit I was in is that they may want to think of getting a Kurig.

We booked through Airbnb. The complex is great! There are multiple pools through complex. The architecture makes you feel like you are at a Santa Barbara Villa. It's a great place! Definitely will return!!!!

The three bedroom unit was exactly as advertised and photographed. Clean and very comfortable. Located toward the rear of the complex which made it quiet. Great view of the mountains. Highly recommend but don't want to give it too much praise for fear of not being able to rent for myself in the future!

The pictures do not do this villa justice. The villa was very well stocked. Very clean. I loved the many pools that legacy villas has to offer. Awesome workout room. We were 2 families traveling with children and had plenty of room. The location is great. Close to theaters, restaurants and spas. Great customer service from Dan . We would definitely rent this villa again

We loved the size and amenities of the villa. Great location, lots of space on the property and so many pools. The Villa was very large and offered room for the 4 of us to spread out. It was so clean, felt like it was brand new. Can't wait to return!
