With it's spectacular soaring mountains, championship golf course, unbeatable mountain biking, and the best powder around, there is adventure awaiting you around every corner! If you just want to take it easy and unwind, this condo also offers tranquility and all the comforts of home. Our vacation retreat is a beautiful, spacious, newly-remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo! This condo has it all! It is one of the biggest condos in Angel Fire, is situated at ground-level with 3 small stairs to parking, and is located just steps from the Chile Express. There is no need to even start your vehicle in the morning, you will already be closer than the parking lots! The condo includes plenty of room for individual families or large groups with sleeping for 8-10, free WIFI, smart T.V.s with streaming capabilities, 2 mesmerizing fireplaces, and 2 charming balconies. Our condo has 2 bedrooms on the main floor as well as a loft upstairs with 2 sets of bunk beds. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a gorgeous wood-burning fireplace, a smart TV, a master bath and a balcony with views of the slopes. The 2nd bedroom is spacious with a queen bed, a smart TV, and a bathroom just steps away. Upstairs, is a loft with double bunk beds (2 twin and 2 full), a smart T.V., and a full bathroom. The rest of the condo includes everything you will need for your relaxing mountain get away! The living room has a flat screen TV, a DVD player, and a small collection of family-friendly movies. Look up toward the skies and you will find a beautiful sky light that brings in additional sunshine. The living area also boasts a charming wood-burning fire place for those cold nights when you just want to get cozy and relax. We have a fully-equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee pot, as well as cookware, dishes, etc. There are 2 separate balconies with incredible views of the lifts and other sights of Angel Fire. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. We have tried to think of everything to make your stay luxurious and comfortable. This property was truly close to the slopes! It is the very last unit of the property closest to the slopes. It was quaint and roomy for all of us (9). The kitchen is fully stocked and has a variety of dishes, pots and pans. The front door is located on ground level to make it easier while walking up with your ski equipment. The main downfall to the property is the comfort of the beds. They are extremely hard (but I’ve spoken to many people who were with us staying at different properties and they all had the same experience with the beds being uncomfortable). The tv in the living room never worked for us. It would never stay connected to the internet in order to stream (there is only streaming capability).

First in line for the bike park lift, and it is opening in four minutes, but I forgot my pads. Since I can see the condo from the line I am down to the condo and back in time to make the first lift of the day. Place is super convenient. We had two adult males in the two downstairs bedrooms, and I was upstairs in the loft. Everyone had their own bathroom, and for all practical purposes their own bedroom. Mattresses were great, with no complaints from anyone on the beds. Some of the cabinets and tops were likely original, but someone who cares manages this place and I could not find any deferred maintenance anywhere so who cares. Parking was adjacent the front door, as a bonus. We will mark this one down for a return trip.

Everything was as advertised, no problems with showers or beds. Even did laundry with no issues. Easy walk to the lifts as well, which was important for my mom and young son. Would definitely stay again!!

Property was really nice. Close enough to walk to the Chile lift. I would suggest a wagon to carry your skis and boots down to the lift if you have younger kids or you are older. I mentioned this because my son noticed someone doing this.

This has been the best vacation experience for my family! The condo was perfect! Clean, spacious, filled with everything you might need! We definitely want to do this again next year. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Great views & a perfect proximity to the lift.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were very kind and responsive. They quickly delivered trash bags that were missing and were very reasonable and understanding when a big snow storm delayed our check out a bit.
The cabin was clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils, dishes, crockpot, etc. Also, had a full size washer and dryer.
The only improvement I’d suggest is new mattress or foam toppers. The beds were a bit hard.
It’s about a 5 min walk downhill to the Chille Express and Village area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were very kind and responsive. They quickly delivered trash bags that were missing and were very reasonable and understanding when a big snow storm delayed our check out a bit.
The cabin was clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils, dishes, crockpot, etc. Also, had a full size washer and dryer.

We had five adults in the condo for six nights. There were three meals a day cooked in the kitchen and there were plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, etc. We walked to the lift each morning, came in for lunch each day and walked back in at the end of the day. The location is incredibly convenient. We did not experience a HWH issue. In fact, it appeared to be brand new. All five of us showered while the dishwasher was running one night and we never ran out of hot water. We had a few small issues upon arrival, (missing washcloths/hand towels) but the management team responded quickly and took care of the issues. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this to anyone headed to the area.

I didn't hear any complaints from the kids about the other beds. If the owners invested in a new comfortable mattress for the master bedroom, we would definitely stay here again!

It is as close as it gets to the slopes—about a 2 minute walk to the ticket office/base area. Usually there is a trade off between space and proximity to the slopes, but not with this one. Front row parking and just a couple steps up to the front door. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for our family of 5. The living room was comfortable and great for movie watching or games at the end of a ski day. Super fast wifi (averaging over 100 mbps)!The bunk room upstairs was perfect for all the kids, and even has a full bathroom. Speaking of which—3 full baths? Incredible for a family needing showers after skiing. Two decks with mountain views...although probably a little more pleasant in summer!Found our new favorite place to stay at AF!

Great location. First thing when you check in drain the hot water heater. Turn hot water on in each bathtub - has terrible sulfur smell. I would definitely recommend taking your own pots and pans not sure they need to be used pretty nasty. Beds don't expect much comfort need to update. We had a great time anyways.

Such a pleasant stay!
We absolutely loved staying at this property! It was the best location and had plenty of room for all us to be comfortable. We will definitely stay here again and I will refer friends, family, and clients!

Nice little place, great location.
Older condo complex right across from resort, short walk to lifts. Location hard to beat. No parking issues. Nice layout for our family. 3 baths was nice. We had 5 adults, but would be good for large family or even two small families with king room, queen room, and two sets of bunks in loft. Showing some age and wear, but well maintained. Top level condo with another unit below. First unit on left as you enter, between parking and street. First floor pretty much at parking lot level. Just a few steps up. Small dining and living area were big enough for 5 of us. Not a bad view from patios and dining window. Beds not particularly comfortable but not too bad. No real issues with anything, except internet went out for a couple of days, but owner was very responsive and it got taken care of. Could hear neighbors below, but overall it was pretty quiet. Could hear street noise, but traffic was light. Would recommend and Consider staying again. Not fancy or luxurious but comfortable, clean and cozy.

Great Location
You can't beat the location of this condo. It is an easy walk to the slopes. There are racks to hang your skis on the balcony off the family room so if you rent a bucket to leave your boots at the ski shop going back and forth is easy. There were 9 people in our party and we had plenty of hot water. Having Directv and Netflix was also nice. We had an issue at the beginning of our stay but the owner responded very quickly and took care of it.

Right at the lift
Very nice, clean property. You can walk or ride your bike to the lift in just a couple minutes.
However, the hot water has a strong sulfur smell, but fades after your first shower if you can manage to empty the tank. Also, we have 2 young kids and there is a very steep flight of stairs to the loft/bunk room. Also, the bunk room has an open wall looking down on the living room, so we weren't comfortable letting the kids sleep in there.
If you're not traveling with little clumsy kids, though, this place is great. It is much nicer than some of the other condos in the area.

EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED; NO UNPLEASANT SURPRISES
We easily located the property and unlocked the door with the code provided.
The condo was spotlessly clean, so no funky smells or other weirdness. We found it to be exactly as described and pictured--nicely decorated and spacious
We loved the location-- within walking distance of the chair lifts. Parking just outside the front door, we had a very short distance to carry items to and from the condo. Although there are some steps to climb, we didn't find it excessive.
We enjoyed plenty of room and plenty of bathroom space. Satellite TV, WIFI, Netflix, etc., worked perfectly.
We did not use the fireplaces, as our visit was July/August. We were skeptical about "no A/C" but didn't need it. Stand fans were provided if we needed them.
We found the kitchen fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, linens, dish soap, etc. We did not eat out at all, but enjoyed cooking our own food.
We found Angel Fire grocery prices to be about the same as at home. We shopped Lowe's, Dollar General and the Sunday Farmer's Market for groceries and produce. There are no fast food restaurants in Angel Fire.
The full-size washer and dryer were more than adequate for our needs. Nice fluffy towels were provided.
Beds, except upstairs bunk beds, were very comfortable.
The owners are friendly and communicate regularly.
Our deposit was refunded a week after check-out with no hassles.
To summarize, we loved it and would recommend it to others.

Great Family Retreat
This is the second time our family has stayed in this condo in Angel Fire, and again we had a wonderful time. We had everything we needed and the couple of minor issues we reported were resolved quickly by the owner. We love the floor plan and use of space. We look forward to staying here again next year!

very nice condo, walking distance to the slopes!
my two oldest boys decided to take another last minute trip to Angel Fire this year because the snow was so good, last time we stayed at the lifts. One thing I love about this condo is the lack of stairs compared and while it is a walk up to the slopes after a long day it is a walk down to "home" which is the opposite of the lifts. One day my 9 year old was done early, it was great just letting him walk home. We had no problem with parking and cars were sparse during our trip. with only three of us we used the first bedroom for our gear, my boys loved TV's in each room! Everything was nicely appointed and very comfortable! Thank you for sharing your fabulous condo with us!
