Please read all Rules and Policies prior to booking this property to make sure it is a good fit for your group. This is a family friendly property, not a party venue!! 3 Bedroom/3 bath, three story townhouse in Point Venture on the North Shore of Lake Travis/Sleeps 10 The main level has a king size bed and full bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room and large outdoor deck with patio table, gas grill and bird feeder. Deck has beautiful lake views and is great for bird and deer watching or enjoying your favorite beverage. The lower bedroom has 2 queen beds, full bathroom and utility room with washer and dryer. This level also has a large covered deck with access to a greenbelt area. The upper bedroom has 2 queen beds full bathroom and sun deck with great lake views. Includes Wi-Fi and cable TV. Our neighborhood has access to a 50+ acre gated park area with boat ramp, covered pavilion, picnic tables, bbq grills, playground, basketball court and is a great place to enjoy evening sunsets. Other amenities include a junior olympic size swimming pool, tennis courts, 9 hole golf course, workout room and library. If you like wildlife our neighborhood has an abundance of deer that love to be fed. The floating restaurant in the neighborhood is Captain Pete’s and is open daily. They have a ship store and sell gas. The Caddie Shack is a sports bar in the neighborhood that is connected to the golf club. They have multiple big screen TV’s, pool, shuffle board and live music from 7-10 on the weekends and it is a kid friendly environment. Great for family get togethers, girls weekends and romantic getaways. Experience why our family loves calling this place our second home.

Our trip to the Lake Travis area was made perfect by the cozy home we stayed in. Our group really enjoyed the property and all the amenities the house had to offer.

The property is beautiful and the Condo was clean and pleanty of room for the 10 of us. Lots to do on the lake, pool, golf, but we flew to TX for a family wedding and weren't able to enjoy everything on the property.
Only downside is the market / coffee was a good 15 min drive away. Also, when booking the property we didn't have the exact location so our drive to the church and reception was 40min away (and that was with minimal traffic). So we did a lot more driving than expected.
Next time we would love to have more time to enjoy the lake, rent a boat and relax.

We absolutely enjoyed everything! We cooked. We visited. We celebrated 4 birthdays. The house was very comfortable, as were the beds. The deck on the main floor was great. Nice table and chairs, a fan, lights. A great grill we used for steaks! Indoor dining around a large table was perfect for family. Just a very nice home to enjoy a family gathering.

Had a wonderful week! I have never seen as many deer!!! The unit was comfortable and everything we needed was provided. Working with the owner was amazing. She was quick to answer any questions and went over and above to help us.

Great location & space
This is the 3rd place we’ve stayed in Oiint Venture. Love them all. Loved the location of this one being right next to tennis courts & short distance to the marina. Teens & adults had a blast! Great for a big parties. Everything you need & very spacious. Love the patios on every floor!

Amazing host and location
This house was absolutely gorgeous and the host went above and beyond to make sure we knew all about the area and the activities available. She was extremely helpful when we had questions and quick to respond. The views are amazing especially from the top balcony and the wildlife is very friendly. Make sure you buy apples and carrots or fruit or vegetables to feed the 20 Plus deer that show up at least twice a day.

Great place to stay!
The condo was the perfect place for our family during our time in Austin. Scenery was awesome and so much wildlife right off your balcony. Extremely clean and has everything you would need during your stay. We are looking forward to the next stay there.

Very nice place, very clean also beautiful views. We ate breakfast on the patio and small deer came out and greeted us. It was quiet and peaceful. Only thing is the pool is under construction, wish i would've known in advance. But there is a park close by where you can swim in the lake. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

The property was exactly what we wanted. In hindsight, I would not have changed anything. 5 stars!

Very good, loved the place and cleanliness .I would suggest the host to replace the non stick cook ware in the kitchen.

The owner was very helpful. She fixed any problems we had right away. The communication was very open . Definitely will be back to book again for our kids summer trip. It was a peaceful vacation for us.!

Second Timers.. always welcoming being back!
Everything went smoothly for check in and we enjoyed our stay as always! This is definitely a comfort factor here for us when we stay here. Love the new extras that have been added since our last stay. We had some disappointment with the pool situation but this was at no fault to the owner. She did allow us to set up an inflatable for the kiddos on her lower deck for them to enjoy. All in all we still had a great time and enjoyed the lake, deer and views from the patio. Thanks again for another great stay!
