About this house rental
Located on beautiful Lake Keowee in Seneca, South Carolina. This peaceful relaxing home is your ideal vacation getaway and just 30 feet from the water. Gentle sloping walk makes your trips to the waters edge easy. If you choose to bring or rent (nearby) a boat or jet ski can easily tie up at our (private) Covered Dock and/or Beach Area, both great for swimming. Grill out on the covered porch and dine comfortably there, or down at the picnic table under shady trees while enjoying the emerald green waters of Lake Keowee. Voted one of the cleanest lakes in the southeast. Several Golf courses in the area as well as nice restaurants, cinemas and of course Clemson Tiger Football! Located just a short drive to breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The kitchen and dining room area are designed with an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped and designed with convenience in mind and flows ever so easy into the living room area allowing all the family to be able to converse with each other whether you are in the dining room, kitchen or living room. You will find the Large Covered Porch with Gas Grill, Table (seats 6), plus additional Chairs and side tables is a great place for family to hang out, play games and make wonderful memories while enjoying the lake. Lake Keowee offers 18,500 acres of emerald green waters, and beautiful waterfalls. The most convenient boat ramp to load your boat is only a couple of miles from our home at High Falls County Park. New for 2021: freshly re-painted interior of the entire house, new dishwasher, new washing machine & new cookware. The home features 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Laundry Room, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Large Porch overlooking our Covered Dock and the Lake. We have Internet, WiFi, Spectrum Cable, 4 Smart TV's. NO SMOKING! NO PETS! There is a 3% Credit Card fee that will be deducted from deposit at end of rental before deposit returned.

Tranquil property, beautiful lake views. The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy a long weekend stay. Close enough to Clemson and Greenville. would love to take advantage of the dock in warmer months.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and fully stocked with everything that you could possibly need. The star of the show was the property with its scenic views and proximity to Lake Keowee. Perfect spot for a long weekend with the family. We would stay again!

We enjoyed it very much. A year ago we sold our house at the Cliffs of Keowee Vinyards so we love Lake Keowee. Your house is about 45 minutes from the golf club so now my husband is thinking about buying on the lake in the Seneca area which is closer to Atlanta and Joe can go to the Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards to play golf.

House was clean and kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Lake access if a gentle slope and has a nice beach area. There was a lot of parking which was nice, the only thing that I would say is the terrain in the front is on a slight hill and it is very loose gravel. But would definitely rent again!

We had a wonderful time at Lake Keowee. Robby was a great host. He was easy to communicate with, and went the extra mile for us. I will highly recommend his property to my friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It is central to so many activities that we enjoyed including hiking and boating. We loved having our own quiet place to come back to and relax right on the lake. The living room is bigger than the pictures and had plenty of seating. All of the bedrooms were nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable.

We all had a blast....the area we are familiar with but the property was new to us and we all had a blast. 2 of our guests had never been and were blown away. Great communication with property owner. We will rent again for sure!

Love the location of the house , beach area is great and house is clean and has everything you need to have a wonderful stay! * no lights in the covered dock so brings lantern or flashlight. Would definitely stay again here and the owner is nice.

If you are looking for a peaceful place get away, this is definitely the place to stay. Fully stocked kitchen, bed linens, a king sized bed that is actually a KING sized bed! Bath towels, etc...the only thing I would advise anyone staying there in the future, make sure you have flashlights or battery powered lanterns for fishing off the dock.

Great location on the lake, nice dock and small beach area. Easy walk down. House had everything we needed. Location is opposite of most traffic leaving football game, worked out perfect. Owner appears to be making additional improvements. Porch view with sunsets.

Stayed here for a Clemson game - was great. Place was clean and actually much bigger than we thought it would be! Bit off the beaten path (gravel road and driveway) so definitely recommend to drive an SUV if you have one. Was perfect for the weekend, and definitely would stay here again!

This was a nice place for a reasonable price. It was the perfect getaway for me, my husband, and two young kids. The house was comfortable and clean. It was exactly as advertised. We especially enjoyed the dock and swam in the rain : ) We also went into Clemson to show the kids and to the grocery store towards Seneca, which was convenient. Our trip included a visit to Aunt Sue’s shops for ice cream right by Table Rock about 45 min away. It was a nice long weekend and we hope to return. I would definitely rent this house again.

We loved this lake house, such a lovely and inviting home. We felt so at home here, the house has a warm and welcoming feel to it. Everything was clean, and had everything we needed for our daughters 18th bday dinner. The beds are so comfortable, the kitchen an dining room were the perfect size for our family, the back deck is gorgeous! We really enjoyed having coffee looking out over the lake, we spent more time on the deck than anywhere else. The little beach area is so nice. I would love to stay here again! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Home has everything you need to relax in and around the lake and is a great homebase while taking in the regional sites. Unfortunately we were there after a pet had been on the property so we had a few cleanliness issues to deal with, but most of the place was very clean. Nice, deep water right off the dock for swimming!

This is one of our favorite VRBO’s that we have stayed in. We had the perfect long weekend. The house was meticulously clean and well stocked. We spent 3 glorious days floating in the water by the dock and paddling around the lake. We never left the property. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. We can’t wait to schedule a return trip.

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We can’t wait to go back there. The owner was there very nice and responsive. I would recommend this house to 3 couples or a small family. It also has small beach area for swimming and a dock for our boat.

we loved the huge deck looking over the water. it was great for coffee in the morning and eating dinner on the table at dinner! The dock is great and the fun beach. The property is SO CLEAN!

I spent four days here over the Fourth of July and had a blast. The home is very clean and has a very well appointed kitchen!
The back deck is huge has a nice sized grill with two propane tanks, games and floaty’s for the lake. Private dock is just a few yards away from the house and even has a private beach for the kids to swim!
We’ll definitely come back!!

This lake house was perfect! Well kept up, and everything you could possibly need inside. It was great sitting on the porch watching the lake and all the ducks and birds. The owner was friendly and easy to contact. This is a place we would definitely stay at again. Best vacation ever!
