This newly renovated, upscale home with outdoor hot tub, outdoor tv and private heated pool is your beach oasis! Just steps to the beach and rare coastal dune lake, the home features a coveted reverse floor plan with the expansive living and kitchen area on the top floor, open to an abundance of natural sunlight. This large, spacious 5 bedroom / 4.5 bath home is professionally decorated with high end furnishings in a classic coastal elegance design. The upstairs beckons with a bright, airy and open great room and full kitchen, perfect for dinner parties or family gatherings. Enjoy ocean breezes and the sounds of waves crashing on the sugar white sand from the large covered balcony located just off the great room and facing the sunset. After a day at the community’s private, secluded beach, take a refreshing dip in the home’s private, heated pool and hot tub! The home sleeps 12 in beds with two master king bedrooms on the top floor with en suite bathrooms, two additional king bedrooms on the first floor with a shared bathroom, and one bunk room on the first floor with en suite bathroom that sleeps four. Includes a full kitchen with stainless appliances and quartz counter tops, flat-screen smart TVs in every room, wireless hi-speed internet, gas grill, washer and dryer, and parking for four cars. The home is nestled in a private neighborhood on a loop road where families can enjoy walks and safe bike rides. In addition to close access to the secluded private beach, guests can enjoy the sunset on the neighborhood dock overlooking the rare and beautiful coastal dune lake. The home is less than a mile from the shops and dining at The Big Chill (4 min bike ride), and less than 2 miles from Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach (8 min bike ride). Five bikes included!

Stayed in early January with 6 adults and 2 children. House was large enough for us all to have our own space and all the bedrooms were very comfortable. Kids loved the heated pool which was warm enough even with the cooler temps during our stay! Host was easy to get ahold of and even checked in on us after a storm came through one night. Fantastic home with great beach access and would definitely stay at again!

This home was the perfect place for my family's Thanksgiving. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions and we had wonderful week! The very close beach access and bikes were a big plus.

The house was great for our group of 4 friends- we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The family room furniture and balcony furniture were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to hang out and talk. The kitchen is fully stocked, the house is so close to the beach - which was completely deserted during our stay. Loved the access to their bikes. Ryan was very responsive to and patient with my many questions. Would definitely recommend and go back again!

We had a wonderful time traveling with family and friends for fall break. This house is set up perfectly, with comfortable beds, room for the kids to stay, and a good sized common area. The pool with the TV and hot tub outside was awesome! It is a very short walk to the beach. The best part of that is that the beach is private! We practically had the place to ourselves. It is also a short walk to camp creek lake, where we were able to fish and kayak. It’s a 1 mile walk or bike ride to the big chill, where we were able to eat, watch, movies or football, and let the kids run around. This was a fantastic stay, and we’ve saved this house as our favorites, so that we can come back again next time.

Second time to stay here. Perfect for a family. We had a one year old this year and the baby gate was great. We noticed several updates since our time 2 years ago. Nice to see owners who keep up with maintenance issues and refresh furniture for their guests. So sorry this week was already booked for 2024.

This place was overly accommodating! If there was any issue, the host was in top of it! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, bikes, lake for our kayaks, and the beach was not crowded and an easy stroll. The living space was spacious and we never felt crowded. Hope to go back!

Everything was perfect. We only had one issue and that was the coffee maker was horrible. Took forever to make coffee whether you were making a pot or a cup. Recommend upgrading that and your good to go!!

This was a perfect home for a friend vacation with two toddlers. Very close to the beach which we felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. The private path from the pool to the beach was very well kept and made for easy back for forth to the house.
The house came with everything we needed. There was not any bathtubs for easy toddler cleaning but we managed fine, just a heads up for future families with littles!
The pool was cleaned twice while we were there and everything was well kept on the property.

Overall, we really liked everything about this property! The main issue with cleanliness was that there were ROACHES! Because of this issue, we had to go through everything when we got home before we brought things inside. We found three roaches that had traveled back with us!!! I hope you will take care of that problem for future renters.

We loved the house, location, pool, and ability to bring our four legged family members. We had everything we could have needed in the kitchen, beds were cozy, master shower was amazing! Having a pool and hot tub to unwind in after a day at the beach was a bonus.

This house has a great set up and location. The kitchen is full of appliances and utensils for meals. Plenty of seating. Short walk to the beach and the lakeside dock, where you can see a beautiful sunset. The upper deck has a comfy area with a nice breeze and you can hear the ocean. Lots of beach chairs to use too.

This property fits our family well. There wasn't beach towels so we had to buy some. The kitchen needs more pans and there were only two small bath towels per room. Otherwise everything was great.

We had an AMAZING time at this property, worth every penny! We travel to Florida 2/3 times a year and this has by far been our favorite stay. We had an age range of 5 months- 42 and it was perfect for everyone. We had plenty of space to spread out if needed. The pool and hot tub were the key highlights for everyone. We cooked several times in the kitchen and used the grill as well. The property had every supply/utensils/etc. anyone could possibly need! The community is very quite. We seen a few people riding bikes, running, walking there dogs but that was it. It was so peaceful! The BEACH! I went every single morning with my coffee and there wasn’t a single person on our beach. When I say we have never been to a beach as private as this one, I mean it. We went every day several times a day and the most people we seen where 2/3 other families at a time. We found shells, seen so many fish and dolphins! I can’t say enough nice things about this property! BOOK IT!

We found our perfect vacation spot - something for everyone. Quiet gated community, pool/hot tub that was a favorite with our little ones. Great location for riding bikes to Alys Beach, The Hub and beyond. We really appreciated the beach chairs, toys, 5 bikes & umbrellas-they were all used daily. It's a short walk to a very private beach. The guys spent all day/every day fishing and caught a lot from pompano to sharks. We had a fabulous fish taco night with the fresh catch. The neighbors were very nice too - even loaning us a sand flea rake. Renee, the property manager, along with Ryan & Ashley, the owners were super patient and responsive. Everyone is looking forward to a return next year!
My only suggestion would be a 11am checkout. It's hard to pack up and leave paradise by 10am!

We had a great visit for our spring break. The house was fantastic and just as it was advertised. We spent everyday at the beach and most of the evenings spent in the house cooking or by the pool. The house had everything we needed for a great vacation. We brought our own beach chairs, but there were several already at the house, so if you are visiting this house, leave your beach chairs at home. I had to contact the owner during my stay and he was super responsive and super helpful. All around five star experience.

House had a great vibe, all furniture and amenities were excellent. TV outside by pool and hot tub was great for watching the games. Beds and layout were great. Only negative I can think of is one bike seat was broken. Great communication with owner throughout. Would stay there again for sure!

The property had pretty much everything you'd need. Bikes, chairs, Private beach access, private pool and hot tub in a secure quiet community, and Publix just up the road. Only issue was that noise travels throughout so bring headphones if you have heavy footed people.

Beautiful home, great pool, a yard to play in, and easy beach access describe this home to a tee! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return next year. This house is great for several families and provides beach access that is unmatched for the area at this price. The pool, patio, and grill are the perfect setting for family meals. Enjoy all the area has to offer with convenient restaurants, shopping, etc nearby. This property does not disappoint.

We Come every year with our friends to the beach and choose a different home. We loved this house and the walk to the beach was really short. The beach too was not crowded at all because it wasn’t near a public entrance. It really made a huge difference and we loved it!
