Lovely modern touches inside the room. Felt very clean and fresh. Owner was very hospitable and welcoming.

There wasn’t much to dislike about the property, however the shower wasn’t the best.

Nice place to stay , clean, modern and cozy near the the beach and many restaurants , people there are so nice and helpful.

The location is amazing. The attention was wonderful. The room and the building is beautiful.

Anastasia is an excellent host! She was very attentive and the communication was always efficient. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped! I definitely recommend this stay!

Absolutely immaculate. So amazingly fresh and clean room. Large room with great fridge and kitchen facilities. Nice outside space too. So close to bars restaurants and the beach. Fabulous value for the quality. We loved it!

All was perfect.

Very friendly and Anastasia was super helpful sorting hire car and airport transfer. Also had lots of ideas for trips etc.. We strolled 2min to the beach for a swim every morning, local bus was a 5min walk and there were dozens of decent bars and restaurants in the area:but far enough away not to disturb us at night. The room service was very good with the room left spotless and fresh linen every day. WiFi was fast. TV worked fine (but we didn't use). There were enough utensils and bits in the kitchen area to prepare a decent meal - when we weren't eating at one of the restaurants.

I suppose it would be nice to have a pool and a bar, but tbh we didn't miss them! Anyway it was so reasonably priced we didn't expect either

Location is great 150 m from the Black Beach which is a beach with fine black sand. Groceries close enough to buy food (we cook ourselves), and also bars and restaurants at the water front if you prefer. Lovely host.

Simpathy and availability of the host that helped us a lot to rent and organize tours of the island. The position was good. The possibility to cook was very useful. Cleanliness.

The shower was a bit uncomfortable. Few shelves for lay our things down.

very old and the water smelled. the shower head couldn’t hang anywhere so you had to hold it while showering.

Villa Konstantinos is perfectly located, in a quiet area, a 2 minutes walk from the beach, half way between Perissa and Perivolos beaches. It is clean, well equipped, with every day cleaning service. The host was great, so much helpful and welcoming, helped us with organizing transfer from/to the airport, renting scooter, booking catamaran cruise. Thank you, Anastasia, we cant wait to come back!

The quadruple studio is spacious, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning works very well (however, keeping in mind that it is located in the second bedroom and does not cool the first room with two beds and kitchenette very well). The room was cleaned properly every day. Mrs. Anastasia is kind and very helpful, she responded quickly to our requests and questions, and helped us a lot (car rental, taxi transfers, recommending restaurants or shops). The kitchenette is equipped with all the accessories needed to prepare hot or cold meals. We were also allowed to leave our luggage after checking out and wait for the transfer. The room has a balcony overlooking the wall of the adjoining building, but very useful for drying swimsuits and towels. The hotel is well located, close to the beach and in a secluded area of Perissa.

The water did not drain well in the shower, the wall at the bottom does not separate the wet area sufficiently from the rest of the bathroom, so everything is flooded with water after showering.

Very spacious room and clean with a small kitchen. Location is great, just a few minutes from the beach front with restaurants. They also have their own parking space. Host was very friendly and welcoming. Big and comfy bed as well, nice and big shower.

Generally everything was great, just the WIFI did not really work in my room (it was the furthest out so signal was very weak).

Great location at the beach away from the busy part of Santorini but it was still super easy to get to all those must-see places. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, especially Anastasia who gave great recommendations and helped us make our time in Santorini unforgettable. The place was clean, new and comfortable, everything you could want in an apartment.

The location was good and the owner's daughter could speak English. She informed us about activities nearby and was generally very helpful. We had a balcony and air conditioning.

The air conditioning could not be regulated properly. It was set to 28 degrees and still it was freezing cold in the bedroom. The owner barely spoke English and didn't really understand us. When we invited friends for dinner, she came directly to our flat and didn't understand that we just wanted to eat together. She thought they also wanted to sleep in our flat, but we explained to her 3 times that they had another flat. In the evening our friends left and we went to sleep. During the night, we woke up because the door we had locked was being opened and then closed and locked again. Where was our privacy? We girls afforded this flat for two in order to feel safe. Unfortunately, we couldn't do that there. Actually, we wanted to have breakfast together with our friends at our place, but then we got scared, since the owner was unfriendly and therefore we preferred to go to our friends' place and have breakfast together there.

The host was really sweet. She helped in planning our Santorini itinerary and gave really good tips.

You get more then you pay for. Cute little place, not far from the Harbour which provides all kind of shops, restaurants and bars. Best place to stay before leaving or by arrival.
