The house is very bright and you could have parking for a car in the grounds of the property. We are a mixed couple of multicultural origin: Sharing and conviviality through meetings enrich us and nourish our dreams of escape through also your travels, as we live next door we are available when needed to make your pleasant stay.

Joelle and Michel were fantastic hosts and the property was just as described. Being just a very short walk from the metro station the location is great to explore Lille. Accommodation was clean, airy and comfortable for the two of us. Coupled with secure car park within the property gates it was everything we needed for our short break in Lille. We recently stayed at Lille Sud and were impressed by the cleanliness and location. The metro station is a short distance which made it convenient to reach the city center. The property was extremely clean and the neighborhood very quiet. What we appreciated most was the graciousness of our host and their advice and recommendations. When in the area we would stay again if the property were available.

Pour un séjour touristique : l'accès rapide au centre de Lille par métro et la situation en périphérie pour les autres visites est appréciable. Le logement est plaisant et la possibilité de garer la voiture dans la cour est un confort.

Met een ruime woonkamer, een complete en ruime keuken en een slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed en een eenpersoonsbed biedt deze woning een prettig verblijf voor een stadsbezoek aan Lille. Deze woning ligt op vijf minuten lopen van het metrostation, dat een directe verbinding heeft met het prachtige centrum. De gastvrouw en gastheer wonen naast de woning en staan met raad en daad bij voor adviezen.

We felt very comfortable in Lille. The hosts are extremely friendly and very helpful. The apartment is perfect for three people. A small garden with flowers as well as a bouquet of fresh roses have pleased us very much. We like to come back for a third time.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce bel appartement, avec un très bel accueil lors de notre arrivée. Des hôtes flexibles sur l'horaire d'arrivée (nous sommes arrivés en début de soirée). Sur l'appartement, il est fonctionnel, propre, équipé comme il faut pour être parfaitement autonome. Petit bémol l'espace dans les toilettes et la salle de bain (pour un gabarit d'1m85 comme moi ce n'était pas toujours évident). On peut laisser la voiture en sécurité dans une cour intérieure. La localisation est très bien avec un arrêt de métro à 300m de l'appartement, ce qui permet de se déplacer assez facilement dans Lille. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons cette location. Cordialement, Valentin & Léa

Très bon séjour !

Merveilleux séjour à Lille dans ce super logement, très conforme aux photos. Très bel accueil de la part de Joëlle et de son mari, qui sont d’ailleurs des hôtes expérimentés et attentionnés. La localisation de la maison est agréable, puisqu’elle se trouve à seulement 300m du métro (5 min de métro pour arriver en plein centre de Lille). De plus, si vous souhaitez vous balader à Bruxelles ou Bruges (ce que je vous conseille vivement), l’autoroute n’est vraiment pas loin ce qui facilite le transport et évite les bouchons du centre ville (1h pour Bruges, 1h30 pour Bruxelles). Nous avons appréciée la petite place de parking de la maison, qui permet de laisser la voiture en toute sécurité et se balader en métro (plus pratique car en ville il faut payer les parkings onéreux pour pouvoir stationner). La maison est entièrement équipée (four à micro-ondes, plaques à induction, tv, wifi, sèche cheveux ... ). En bref, rien à redire sur ce logement et sur ces hôtes aux petits soins! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Elsa et Alex.
