Comfortable large room with a view of the pool, super clean and excellent facilities. It’s not my first here and won’t be my last!

Comfortable bed / great bathroom
Close to lots of restaurants. Very easy to walk around from to site see Perth city
Breakfast was yummy.
Nothing really. One thing was the foyer had a weird smell a couple of times when walking through.

Super quiet, nice high room (13th out of 15) and very comfortable beds. Lovely heated pool for a morning dip. Great location 10 mins walk from St George’s Terrace
No hotel bar, just restaurant. I arrived at 10pm, would have been nice to have a nightcap in the hotel

I enjoyed the delicious breakfast, the comfortable bedroom, and the excellent service the cleaners and receptionists provided.
During breakfast, if you go to the buffet to get more food, when you return to your table, the waitress has already removed all your plates and glasses, leaving the table free for the next customer. However, you had not finished your breakfast. I found it very uncomfortable. The swimming pool never gets sunlight. The gym equipment is old and not good-looking. There is a pool bar, but they never put music, and there is never anyone there to order a drink or collect used glasses. The bedroom price are doblo price if you want a king bed!

Staff friendly, very welcoming. Thought arrival drink was a special nice touch. Room was lovely had everything you need.
Only down side was noise from nightclub.

We got a special birthday surprise for my friend who celebrated her 60s, everything clean in the room
but little bit strange odour when we entered our king suite the first time and also the toilet on the ground floor next to the lifts was dirty

Convenient location and good staff. Love the warm cookies on arrival. Good view from the higher floors. Enjoy the shower - multiple settings to choose from.
The pillows were quite soft and had to double them up. Our room had one section of the floor that sank under our feet and made some strange noises when stepped on - didn't feel solid. Wish the amenities didn't have lavender - migraine trigger - so bought our own.

2nd time staying here so we knew what to expect. Rooms clean and comfortable and very helpful staff.
Location is great for train station just around the corner. Area can be lively but that’s either a good or bad thing depending what you’re after. For us it was fine.
Delayed flight resulted in us asking for late check out which was arranged. Gave us time to make use of the pool. Lovely area, open air pool with loungers and seating around it and pool towels available.
Nothing really. As mentioned, it can be a bit noisy due to the lively area but ear plugs sort that out.

I've stayed twice at this property and I love it. Its location is perfect. Rooms are spacious and clean. All staff are very lovely, always greeting you with a smile, and making you feel very welcome.
It was also good to see, this time around, that their breakfast buffet has improved since the previous time I stayed there.
Same as most hotels around the CBD, there's no carpark, and they validate the ticket to a public carpark, located 100 meters down the road - not the end of the world, but not overly convenient either.

Loved the shower, nice and big with two different shower heads, both with multiple pressure settings. There was also a curtain that went up so that you could see the room, not sure it's exact purpose but I've got a fair idea lol
This obviously won't apply for everyone but if you suffer with a neurodivergent disorder or are traveling with some one who has a neurodivergent disorder, then you might want to choose another location or don't go outside at night on the weekends. The only reason I say this, is because: it's on the main drag of Northbridge, the weekend night life may have a slight effect on those who don't necessarily like loud drunken crowds

We received a complimentary upgrade which was appreciated. The rooms were clean and comfortable . Bathroom was good with a spacious shower. Location is great for the train station just around the corner . Staff were very helpful and allowed us to store luggage between 2 visits as we explored a different area.
Wasn’t too keen on the blind in the bathroom that could be raised to make the shower/toilet area visible to the room but was satisfied that when it was down there was complete privacy.

Staff were good - Most noticeably was the restaurant food. Room service was the same as the dinning room which was great. VERY well done to the chef for sending up quality in my room instead of poor quality in other hotels for room service. Food at breakfast as well had variety and a little difference. I would come back again due to the kitchen serving up GREAT food. This goes a long way in me coming back. Well done!! Pumpkin filled pasta was top restaurant quality and delicious.
Could not watch a movie unless I purchased it for $20. Too expensive and Netflix or Cable should have been offered free.
Also this particular location is in the heart of the night club district so don't get a lower floor if you're there for quiet.

Great location for the reason we went away. Reception staff and hospitality workers were amazing!
Room wasn’t in the greatest condition and cleanliness was average.
Part of the flooring in-front of the wardrobe/next to bed had sunken in and the carpet was lifting around the edges of this area. Apparently some Hotel Staff and Managers were aware of this. The issue hadn’t been fixed due to a resources issue however still continued to have the room available for customers when this clearly isn’t acceptable when considering the pricing of the room.

The location, facilities, easy checking in, breakfast, clean and modern room
The excessive noise outside. There must have been a concert or some festivities going on all night till 5am. We were on the 7th floor and could hear it all. Kept us up all night. Might need better sound proofing windows

Bed very comfortable, excellent location to bars and restaurants, friendly staff, immaculately clean.
Dirty crockery in the pool bar, still there 24 hours later, no one present to serve, pile of dirty towels also there. Pool itself was nice and good for sunbathing.

Zimmer sehr klein und unpraktisch. Z.B. Kein Platz für eine Yogamatte.
Kein Platz für Koffer oder Reisetaschen und keine ausreichenden Schränke für Reiseutensielen. Man musste aus dem Koffer leben.

Excellent room with super comfy bed and pillows as expected at Hilton hotels.
Shower was pretty good with a moveable head. Pressure could have been stronger but plenty of hot water.
Good sized room and bathroom.
Good breakfast with lots of choice. Bottles of water available.
Good gym (not used on this occasion) with aircon.
Pool was in the shade come the afternoon and combined with a strong breeze meant we didn't swim.
Not much more not to like.
Be aware that Northbridge is not the most salubrious of locations. Busy street with nightclubs and similar which could have been noisy for those on the lower floors facing the road. High level rooms no problem with noise though.
Panoramic room not really panoramic. Looking out on to office roofs but not a hardship.
