Wonderful stay would come back here :)

The property was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy and we felt very safe in the area. Great parking right below the apartment. Central island location if you have a vehicle.

Underwhelming stay: a decent place at a poor location

The room was as described, spacious and well-decorated. Cleaning services were good, with fresh towels every day. Donia at reception is always very welcoming, friendly and with a smile on her face. A very welcome exception and a breath of hospitality in a rather inhospitable place.

The entire combo (of four rooms-suites) is built in front of the main road leading to Fira and is therefore very busy with traffic all day. Even during the night, the traffic was heavy and often quite loud, making our sleep rather uncomfortable. The sunset from the balcony is equally underwhelming both due to the traffic noice and the electricity cables and pillars which obstruct your field of view. The place is also rather far away from everywhere if you don’t have a car. It is impossible to go anywhere from here on foot and quite unsafe as well. Breakfast was also rather underwhelming; while it is served literally to your front door and it is not bad, it is the same assortment of mainly bread and a couple of pastries every day with just slight variations (swapping one item over another); it quickly becomes rather boring.

Convenient and stylish stay. Nice and friendly staff.

Not far from Fira but a car is needed anyway to move around the island. Beautiful view and great interior design. Lidl is close by and a nice cafe / bakery. Dounia was very helpful and accommodating. Cleanliness was excellent and the cleaner very nice and discreet.

Breakfast could do with less bread options and add fresh fruits, yogurt, musli / oats etc. But overall breakfast was decent and well presented.

Well taken photos' hotel so look carefully for room amenities if traveling with a toddler

Spacious room with a large terrace overlooking the ocean. Friendly and helpful staff who helped us for many sudden and unplanned requests like renting an ATV or car. Ideal if you have a rental vehicle.

It'll be nice to have a basic kitchen and apartment pool. The location isn't close enough to walk to nearby shops, bus stop, or Fira in hot summer with a toddler. Bathroom is great but mind the slippery flooring when wet.

a good view of the caldera sea, nice terrace to hang out in the morning. Donnia was very accommodating and helpful.

quite far from the city which we require to get a car to drive instead of walking but that was the best decision coz we have the opportunity to explore the island more.

Attention received was fabulous, it really made us feel at home. Everything was súper clean and rooms were spacious and bed was súper comfy.

A room with a view and luxury

Everything...the lay out and design,the location,the friendliness of the staff but most of all the opportunity to see the sun rise from the bedroom window and the sunset from the balcony.

Very good

View was spectacular. Outdoor patio and furnishings were very nice.

Location was a little remote. Couldn't drink the water but we were only given one bottle for our 3 day stay. The store was a fair distance away and the roads are very narrow for walking.

Lush room just a shame about the distance

The room was just like the pictures, very spacious and had everything you could need. Donia the host was also super lovely

The property itself is right on a busy road so the balcony area wasn’t as nice as imagined. The apartments are also quite far out so you either need a car or bud as we used to get into town. However the. buses were very hit and miss.

The design of the room was very beautiful and cozy. - The terrace was nice and had a great view. - Good value for money, if you have a car it is the perfect accomodation. - Great host, very helpful

The location is far from Fira and you need a car, because the busses will not stop at all the stations. When comming back from Fira, you need to tell the bus driver to stop at Caldera View. It is a bit noisy from the road in front.

Wonderful suite and host Donia was amazingly helpful in arranging transfers and taxi onto fira, thank you Donia

The design was cool, the bed huge and comfortable, the suite was spacious and well equipped

The road out front is busy and noisy, not a problem inside but would be for someone who planned to relax on the sun-loungers on the terrace (which are very comfortable)

basically a fancy motel on the road

The room was big

the terrace has 0 privacy since people of the other room will walk in front of you the view is great, but between you and the view there's an extremely noisy road that kept us up at night. Thira is approx 35 minutes walking on this road so you'll need if you stay here

Amazing!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at IfestAu.4 Suites. Our room had direct view of the volcano and the sunset, there was parking space available at all times (which was so convenient!), our room was nicely decorated and clean, and staff were friendly and happy to help with anything we needed!!!

The view. We arrived at sunset and man what a place to catch the sunset and lounge outside the room with those spectacular views. Margarita is very kind and was helping us with all our small queries. Travelling with a toddler is hard and it's nice to be in places who are friendly...

Beautiful suite

We had a wonderful time in Santorini, our Suite was comfy, well equipped and the location is super to reach Thira in a few minutes by scooter. A special thanks to Donia, she's been lovely and welcomed us warmly.

A breakfast service would be appreciated, maybe in one of the coffee bars around there.

DO NOT STAY HERE.

Room was decorated cute.

The moment we arrived to our room I noticed ants all over. After bringing this up to the staff, they refused to cancel our reservation and instead offered to have someone come clean the next day. However, they still expected us to stay in the room full of ants that night. After finally getting booking.com involved, we were able to be partially refunded for the stay - not fully. DO NOT stay at this property. The rooms are not clean and the staff was extremely rude. They did not provide rooms up to par with how they advertise.

Not much.... Room is big .... The terrace is big but close to the main road to Fira with unstoppable traffic... Booking picture is well done congratulations to the photographer!

Location, far (4 km) from the city with very expressive transports... Euro 25.00 to go to the city center... 35.00 to intermediate places and 50.00 to see a few places of interest. Better to rent a car (about 65.00 per day).

Cost-effective, but make sure you have transportation.

The views were amazing.

You need a rental car to get around. Also, the Wi-Fi only worked on the first day. Day 2 and 3, it did not work. No one was in the office (ever), and when I texted Nikolas, there was no response.

Very poor

Nothing - misrepresented in their Booking ad.

Location was horrible, above very loud businesses, person checked us in and left the premises. Our Air conditioner did not work, no transportation to town, trash in room, and we could not get hold of anyone gor help.
