Nestled in Wailea, this attractive condo for $671 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Maui Hill 70 is a spacious and contemporary 3-bedroom, 3-bath split-level condo located in the best part of South Kihei, just 2 blocks from Wailea. Beautifully updated condo with one of the largest floor plans of any condo in Kihei. Equipped to host three couples or a large group, with everything you need for your ultimate Maui adventure home base. Located across the street from the ocean. Two spacious en-suite bedrooms, one upstairs and one down, along with a third downstairs bedroom and sleeper sofa -- sleeps 8 comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen, washer-dryer in unit, free wi-fi and deluxe cable, and beach gear included. The Maui Hill is a sprawling, low-density condo property known for its beautifully tended tropical grounds, which showcases much of Maui's brilliant flora. The property features a large pool and Jacuzzi, tennis courts, and putting green, and there is plenty of free parking for multiple cars. Meticulously maintained by one of the top on-island vacation management companies, this deluxe unit showcases a bit of an ocean view from living room and upstairs bedroom. All three bedrooms have their own decks, which overlook wonderful gardens. The layout of the unit is such that each of the bedrooms are afforded maximum privacy. Maui Hill Resort is located in the heart of Kihei's sun-drenched beach culture, walking distance to a dozen great restaurants, plenty of shopping, and of course Maui's amazing beaches. A half block to the south awaits incredible Keawakapu Beach with two miles of soft, golden sand, a vibrant snorkeling reef right off the shore, and warm swimming waters. We've been here 18 years, and this is our favorite beach on Maui by far! You can walk this beach all the way past the Wailea resorts. The beach photos in this listing are of this beach, and it's less than a 5 minute walk from the condo. This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

Very well stocked condo. Only thing missing were boogie boards. The lanais are amazing. We watched whales every morning while drinking coffee. The grounds are immaculate and everyone is super friendly. Pretty quite complex. There were days where we had the pool/hot tub to ourselves. Would definitely recommend this unit to others.

Great rental! Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Balcony at every bedroom which was lovely. They had everything we needed there for the beach. Very well kept. You can tell the owners take great care of this condo. And the beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever had on vacation. Everyone mentioned the comfy beds. Defiantly recommend this rental to others. We will be back!

The experience was good except for the toilet downstairs. Upon arrival we found the washer on one of the bolts that connects the toilet seat to the bowl was broken, and over time using the toilet the other one broke, this needs to be repaired before renting to someone else.

Our stay was good. Since we are all seniors, taking our luggage up on the stairs was little difficult for us. The dishwasher was not working but was replaced with a new one with in a day or two. Ice maker does not work and I am sure the owner will or should take care of it. Other than that we were fine and enjoyed our stay.

This was our 5th time in Maui and first at Maui Hill. What a place! The unit was spacious and perfect for our family of 6. The amenities were fantastic and really felt more like a Hotel / Resort than an individual rental (Maitai's and music Wednesday evenings were a highlight). Extremely walkable to the beach, pier, and shops / restaurants. Will more than likely only come back to Maui Hill from now on.

This place was excellent for families. The area was fantastic, close to beaches , shopping and locations around Maui. The Condo was spotless and it served our family well. They had beach chairs and toys came in helpful. We will highly recommend this condo to anyone with a family. Thank you for the best vacation ever! We had a great stay! The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and big enough for 6 adults & a toddler. Three bathrooms was a real plus. The location was excellent with easy access to a number of beaches & restaurants. There was plenty of parking. There were lots of beach towels, chairs & toys.

This was a great stay for our group of six, one couple and one family of 4. The set up was super for everyone to have privacy or mingle as desired. The condo is showing a bit of wear and tear but is in good shape overall and location is excellent. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, there are plenty of towels for bath and beach as well as beach chairs and toys. The lanai was wonderful in the mornings - it is a quiet property, so it was relaxing to sit out there with a cup of coffee and listen to birds and enjoy the view. Easy check-in and amenities are great - the pool and hot tub are nice, and although we didn't use it there is a tennis court and other garden games available. There are grills located around the property, which allowed us to have a couple of steak dinners at "home". There is a nice beach less than 10 minutes walking distance and several more beaches, parks and places to eat within a short driving distance. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

This was a great space for us -5 adults and 1 infant. The group was very easy to communicate with and responsive to needs that came up during the stay. Location is perfect ! Walkable to our fav spots and beautiful beaches are a very quick drive. You can see the ocean and sunset from the patio. Really great spot !

This is a great place to stay with 6-8 people. It is close to everything necessary as beaches, night life, and the roads that bring you to all the great sites in Maui. I can highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely try to get it again, when visiting Maui with this amount of people again.

Overall a very pleasant experience. The condo is definitely spacious in terms of main living area and bedrooms, and worked well for the 5 adults (2 couples plus 1). The kitchen is a bit small but we didn't do a lot of cooking and it worked for the little bit that we did. The fans and air conditioning kept the condo comfortable especially considering we are from the Pacific NW! Be aware that the front door lock is on a timer and you won't be able to get in early even if housekeeping appears to be done. That being said, I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the stay was fine. Location was good. Property was showing its age and needed some repairs while we were staying (management was responsive). Wasn’t as clean as I’d like on entry - towels were still wet for example. Overall it was ok but felt expensive for what we got.

My family of 6 adults enjoyed our stay a lot. The location was great and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was on the smaller side but we didn’t do a lot of cooking. The shower pressure was great, the pool was very nice, and the view from the main balcony was lovely. My only complaint is the mattress in the upstairs bedroom was kind of lumpy.
