Lovely short break in Split

Located just off the main streets so quieter. A dark side entrance that leads to a super, bright and modern apartment with every comfort you will need for your stay in Split. Our host, Frane, made us feel very welcome and was on hand if we had any questions.

Great location, we had an enjoyable stay and our host was very helpful.

The property was in a very good location with a washing machine in the bathroom. The host was very helpful and assisted us with any questions. Our hairdryer in the apartment started to spark and smell and the host replaced it that day and he also assisted with the washing machine.

We had some confusion with parking, on the day the host advised that we had to pay for parking, we advised that this was included and then it was rectified which we appreciated. The apartment is located in a building that locals live so we did not want to disturb them. There were five flights of stairs to our smaller than expected apartment and with three heavy suitcases this was tough as we were travelling for seven weeks.

New, comfortable and friendly !

The young man was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to fulfill all our requests and finding solutions for every one of our whims. He let us to use the parking place even after our checking out. My son had online meeting and he stayed over the checking time to use the quiet place and internet connection, thankfully our host. Great service, nice man!

Very small and for somebody even stupid idea but: There wasn't a shower mat in the bathroom and water couldn't be limit to go outside the door. It is simple suggestion!

Great apartment for a short stay in the centre of Split.

The location is great, just five minutes from the sea promenade. There is a free parking place just behind the apartment building.

Everything was great, just a note that the apartment is on the top floor of a 4-storey building with no elevator. Guests with mobility challenges should be aware of this.

Excellent in city center

The apartment is fresh and pleasantly decorated in a modern style. The kitchen is provided with all necessary utensils and the bathroom has a washing machine and a hair blower. The host has provided liquid detergent, washing-up liquid, soap and schampoo which is a very nice gesture. The bed is comfortable with fresh linen, pillows and duvets. Our son slept i the sofa bed with no complaints. The apartment has two television sets. On the balcony there conveniently is a foldable drying rack. Effective and well functioning AC. The apartment is excellently situated in city center within a short walking distance from the harbor, Diocletianus palace, an art museum, several beaches and the Airport shuttle bus stop. A number of grocery shops just around the corner. Frane, the host, is friendly, helpful and easy to get in touch with. We very much enjoyed our stay at Capital apartments and rooms in Split. Would recommend or return.

Very good

Location. It's nice and peaceful. Close to supermarkets. Close to the main place.

The shower stall needs fixing the seal. A lot of water falls out of the box.

A «must have», if you plan to visit Split:)

The facility is very modern, has AC, WiFi, and overall went over our expectations. The location is in the middle of where things happen in Split. Tourist attractions, shops, restaurants, you name it, in the reach of a hand. The host was very welcoming, and greeted us with a smile. He was also very helpful, and sent us his best recommendations as to what to do in Split, where to eat and what to see.

Just superb.

Superb location, clean and convenient near supermarket and town centre. Special mention to Frane who was very personable and friendly and made our stay very comfortable.

2nd floor and no lift but again this is not too much of an inconvenience.

Our motorcycle route through Europe

We got to park our motorcycle for free at a safe location. The staff were very accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. The TV was smart, so we could watch Netflix in bed. The location is bang in the middle of Split.

The room is on the 4th floor with no elevator.

Nice apartment with great host

The apartment was very new, stylish and comfortable. Our host Frane welcomed us very friendly and explained everything to us. We even got helpful tips for locations to visit and recommendations for restaurants.

Location was great. Good facilities and great to have kitchen (although it was not used extensively) and a washing machine (which was used).

No lift so had to use stairs with carrying heavy bags.

Apart from the smoke smell, it was very good

Fantastic location. Set up of the apartment was great but the smoke smell was not.

The apartment absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke. I was in a group and the other apartments did not smell. It made me feel sick - left windows and doors open at every opportunity. So disappointed ☹️

In a few minutes walking, you are close to the beach, old town and foodstore.

In some of the kitchens there was missing some equipment as forks and knifes. In some of the showers it was leaking a lot of water out on the floor.

Brilliant stay, would recommend

apartment was very clean and well presented, had all the essentials for our stay in Split - less than 5 minutes walk to the old town / harbour for ferries to islands Ante was beyond understand and accommodating when I mixed up our dates would definitely recommend / stay again

Excellent location

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable.

No lift and as it was on the 3rd floor so it wouldn't be suitable for those with mobility issues.

A modern and clean apartment, close to the old town

The room was clean and modern and in a good location.

There was an issue with the original room that we booked, so we were moved to a different property which was in a better location although there was no balcony, like I had originally wanted. The room was clean and modern, but we did struggle to get hot water at times.

Close to old town with several groceries nearby. Very clean apartment with new lines and towels. Host with great communication and very accommodating (new beach towels were provided upon request). Great value.

5th floor walk up may not be for everyone. For us was not a problem.

Amazing stay ...SPLIT...s

The staff was great looked into our needs , gave us a pick up and drop service from airport. Amazing , we r definitely coming back to u.

We loved the place , the only issue was taking the luggage up and down and also there was no drain in toilet to absorb water spilling out of the cubical. This was the only issues we faced.

Pleasant

We booked a room thinking we had an apartment. This assumption came from. The pics provided when you select a room. Upon arrival we realised we literally had a room. Not cool. However upon arguing our case, the owner upgraded us to the apartment we thought we were getting and it was great. Clean, spacious, great shower (despite blockage in drain) great location air con and laundry facilities. Great booking but be sure what you are booking to avoid confusion.
