I enjoyed the garden with many flowers, the BBQ area and the living with the kitchen. You can find everything you need for the kitchen, including the dishwasher.
Large parking zone. Everything is safe.
We had some issues with the mosquitos.
In the bathroom it is necessary a carpet to avoid getting out from.the shower with water.

There was a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. I spent the entire evening there just watching the scenery.
The lady at the reception didn't speak a word of English which made check-in a bit more complicated but it wasn't a deal breaker.

I like that the room was almost like in the pictures, and the air condition was working properly.
It was a quiet place, and a lot of flowers in the garden.
The sea view was a joke. It was very far away of the sea, and we had a common balcony with other guests.
In plus, even we had a reservation for 3 rooms, when we arrived they told us that one room was canceled, and they request a price almost double because was in the midnight. We felt like they cheat us.

1. The bathroom - needs optimisations. Water gets everywhere, due to the lack of a shower window or drape.
2. Found some dead insects and some live spiders in the room.
3. No toaster in the kitchen.

Nice place to stay if you visit Balchik. Clean, large room and bathroom. The place is very quiet and parking is free. I would choose again this place.

Nice and quiet place, intimate for a few days stay. The place has a beautiful garden, that you can enjoy in the evening at a chat and glass of wine. It is very close to the car parking entrance at the Botanic Gardens and you can walk until there.
The owners are very friendly, do not bother you at all, if you need something, they will be receptive to your need. Rooms are very clean, with A/C and balcony. You have also access to a big kitchen, fully equipped.
3 km from the centre, so you need a car for going to the beach, restaurants or other local interests.

The hosts are very kind, and the location is small and quiet. The pool is ideal for children. Everything is clean and well maintained. We recommend!

Far away aprox 35-40 min from beach/central of town/guest not so friendy i undestand there is a kitchen there, nobody show us the facilities.

Modern, large room and bathroom. You could make draft, so there was no real need for air conditioning in mid-July. Quiet area, nice views, beautiful garden!

The staff was very helpful and kind, the rooms are spaceful and every room has a balcony, there is a kitchen and also a courtyard with tables and chairs, plus there is a barbeque place that you can use if you want
I didn't like that we could not use the pool during our stay (I don't know the reason), I didn't really like the location (it takes a lot to arrive to a beach, around 3 km by foot) and that there were no rules about the "quiet" hours. I woke up at 2 am due to a group that was singing and talking very loud in the courtyard and I had to ask them to be a little respectful towards the other guests, of course they were not pleased about that, but what I didn't like is that the host didn't intervene in any way in this situation.
