Lovely relaxing stay.

The apartment was great and comfortable. Good location. Amazing view.

I wasn't that happy with the check in procedure. There was no one to meet us and instructions were not given prior to arrival for collecting keys.

Great location (if you like Costa del Sol) and friendly host, but apartment requires refurbishment

Excellent location, facing the beach, with many dining/lunch options right in front of the building (most of them typically touristic though). There is also a private parking spot in the garage, which is priceless in this busy location. The host was kind, friendly and easily accessible via whatsapp.

I was actually hesitating to list all the shortcomings, but I hope that a constructive feedback will help the host improve the offer and score better in future reviews. The apartment is generally pretty worn out and requires a general refurbishment. In particular: - air conditioning smelled of sewage - the apartment requires repainting - there are some dowel/screw and old lighting holes in the walls and ceiling that should be patched up - garage is very tight and in case if all spaces are occupied, it's hardly possible to maneuver inside - there was a large SUV parked next to our car and it had to park "diagonally" to fit into the space - toilet and bidet squeezed into a small bathroom so close to the wall that you cannot actually use neither of them - the shower cubicle was leaking and the bathroom floor was constantly wet - we spotted a cockroach in the bathroom and I guess that it's not an isolated case because we found anti-cockroach chemicals in the apartment There are also some small improvements that could be done at vary low cost, but would significantly increase the comfort: - some basic sunbeds or deck chairs on the terrace would make it nicer to sit in the evening and enjoy the view - would be nice to find a beach umbrella and some beach toys in the apartment - the apartment can host up to 7 people, but the dining table is rather for 4 - toilet desk not fixed properly and not fitting the toilet in the main bathroom - shower hose broken and leaking - we bough a new one for 4€ and replaced it ourselves - pay more attention to cleaning - there was a lot of dust under the beds and we had to wash all dishes before use - wardrobes filled with various clutter (boxes, old curtains etc.), some stuff stored in the bedroom and under the bed (probably terrace wind shields?) give a feeling of untidiness

Very noisy from local traffic,flat is in a cul-de-sac with roundabout just below flat, huge palm tree blocking view, how 7 people could stay there I don’t know, plenty of ants nothing to get rid of them.

Gorgeous views, well located, but requires in-person key drop

It was truly a beautiful property and location! Inside we were surprised how many could sleep, but don’t expect a lot of space. However, what you lose in space you beyond make up for with the patio/view and the beach being RIGHT there. The location is great as well, being at the end of the street. Felt like a lot less traffic. The garage door wasn’t working, but it was February so we had an easy time parking outside. Weather was great. 1/2 my family loves being on the beach and 1/2 spent most of the time on the patio, but it was amazing. Quick drive to Malaga or we even walked into Fuengirola (long walk, but worth it!). Would definitely return with a few caveats. It was off season so we had a harder time with restaurants and grocery store hours, but I’m sure during high season there’s lots to choose from. I do recommend a proper grocery store (instead of relying on the near by market) if you plan to cook.

Main issue was lack of communication - we had to wait several hours for an initial response about key pick up then coordinated arrival and still waited a bit. The garage door didn’t work, signage was tricky on the building (construction at the time). Lockbox would be lots easier. The next day we had men come into the apartment due to a water issue with a neighbor and when I texted the host she had known…but didn’t tell us. Had I not spoken Spanish to them it would have been quite alarming. Our last day construction wreaked havoc, we were glad that wasn’t happening while we were there or it would have been a disaster so double check that the construction is done.

We did not have the opportunity to stay in this apartment, we arranged to meet friends but had to cancel due to a family emergency. Our friends reported that they enjoyed the unit and the area. No complaints!

Pet Friendly Apartment right on the beach

The best thing about this apartment is the location, only steps from the beach. There were beach bar type restaurants along the prom although being winter only one was open. There was also a bar serving snacks, sandwiches & breakfasts, a mini market and a garage with a shop attached all within a short walk. Parking was provided free under the apartments, there was also street parking available outside although this might not be available in high season. Pets were allowed for a fee and I paid €30 for a 4 night stay which I thought was reasonable. Within the apartment there was a fully equipped kitchen with a full oven, hob, microwave & washing machine. Plenty of utensils too. The 3 bedrooms all had comfy beds and in the lounge although the sofas were a bit tired they were comfy. The wifi was fast & free.

The apartment could have been cleaner, the TV unit & table were covered in a layer of dust and I swept up a full pan of sand before we had even been near the beach. The property has 2 bathrooms and both are tiny. Another problem was noisy neighbours. Our first night was very peaceful. It was only after the arrival of a family next door in apartment 1A that we realised that the building has little or no soundproofing. The problem was so bad that we had to abandon the master bedroom as it adjoined next doors living space and move into one of the rear bedrooms

We are coming here back.

Loved it! Nice place to stay with family. Carage place for the car was extra nice bonus. Walked every morning and evening at the beach admiring the sunsets and sundowns. Quiet enough for us parents and busy enough for young adult kids to not get bored. Hot water didn’t end even once at shower and the water pressure was always good. Clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. Ate all the meals at the large balcony enjoying the weather.

Would definitely stay again with only small niggles.

Host was VERY accommodating, nothing was too much trouble, thank you. Off street parking very good, excellent location a little out of town but plenty of places to eat within a short walk.

Shower wasn't great and could've been cleaner and toilet seat nearly falling off. Also bathroom lighting could've been better. Storage drawers in wardrobes were a bit rickety.

Beautiful view

Loved the location, the view and being near to the beach. The apartment was comfortable, well equipped and managed. Perfect for a family vacation.

The garage and parking spaces are quite small and the parking space behind us was occupied by a Mercedes Vito, making it extremely difficult to manoeuvre our car.

Good for a night or two max to enjoy the sun & beach, for a longer stay DO NOT BOOK

The View / Location is the one and only great thing about this place; and the WIFI functioned perfectly. Booking's customer service in resolving our discontent was appreciated.

Amenities listed on BOOKING.com aren’t present ie: No oven Heating doesn’t work Zero cleaning products Poor kitchenware Poorly cleaned The patio doors don’t close well so there is cold air that comes in, without functioning heating it gets cold in the apartment. Let alone the grime in the tracks. Cleaning products - found 1/3 bottle of dish soap and dirty used sponges as well as 2 half bottle of hand soap. I bought a swifter, dish soap, hand soap, detergent, Lysol, sponges & garbage bags. Kitchenware is inadequate, I purchased my own set of cooking knives because there are none (only 1x bread knife). There is 1x 4L pot & 1x 1.5L pot, 2 scratched pans, all of which were dirty; 1 dishcloth, no tablecloth. Zero basics for someone just arriving. The shower is dirty, and the glass door (heavy) is broken and falls forward. The toilet seat is barely holding on. A person larger than 70kg should not rent this place as he/she will not fit in the shower nor second bathroom. 1 hand towel, 1 bidet towel for over 2wks??? Don’t have fresh linens, never received an extra set , (I guess I need to wash the ones on the bed & hope they dry in time for bedtime with heating that doesn’t work?); no contact about needing anything since arrival. The wall clock doesn’t even have a working battery. At 132.43€/nights (200$ CAD/ night) for 15 nights, this apartment is not well furnished nor well maintained. We left 4 nights earlier because we couldn't hack it anymore, with no refund on the owners behalf. Did not appreciate whatsoever the dishonesty (lies told) of the owners when i brought the above to Booking's attention.

We had a very nice stay. Fuengirola is close to Malaga. All Sevilla, Granada and Gibraltar are at less than 2-hours drive. The apartment is right in front of the beach. Very pleasant apartment, well appointed with very complete equipment. The sea view from the terrace is just a dream. Although we were there in November, the temperature was mild and we could have breakfast on the terrace watching Sunrise !
