The Beach House Resort #1, located at 1000 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach is in a gulf front complex with panoramic beach views. The white, sandy beach stretches for miles in either direction! There are numerous beach side chaise lounges to sit back and enjoy the sunsets or catch up on your reading. It features a large, private spa and spectacular beach views from virtually every room. It's a perfect Anna Maria Island vacation rental property! Unit #1 at Beach House Resort is a ground level unit with a spacious screened lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. From the bedroom there is even a view of the bay! It has a 55" television in the living room as well as a 55" television in the bedroom. It will sleep four with a queen size bed and a sofa bed in the living room. This unit features a private screened porch and onsite coin operated laundry room for your convenience. This complex is perfect for long weekend getaways, beach weddings or for large family reunions. All nine units together will sleep 42. Beach House Resort does require a one week minimum rental during winter months as well as June and July. Three night rentals cannot be accepted prior to 30 days before arrival. Rentals of less than one week will be calculated at a higher daily rate. Parking is limited and restricted to one car per unit.

The beach was well kept and the water is perfect. The condo was nice but a little dated. The master king bed needs a soft overlay foam mattress it was a little hard. Shower heads run very slow so it takes a while to get soap out of your hair. The view was amazing being on top unit and being in the corner. It would be nice if there was an elevator when moving in and out. Would like to go back.

This quaint beachfront unit in Bradenton Beach exceeded our expectations. The room was well cleaned and stocked with everything we needed to make a home away from home for our stay. The views from room #1 are second to none. The beach is just a few steps off of the screened porch which features a ceiling fan and table for 6. Our neighbors were all kind and respectful. Bridge St restaurants and shops are a short stroll and Publix is a few min drive. The beach is well kept, white sand, water is crystal clear. Dolphin and Manatee were easy to soot from waters edge every morning of our stay. We were lucky enough to see a few sea turtle hatchlings as well. Can’t wait to be back next year!

My fiance and I had an amazing week at Beach House Resort 1. The condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed and the beach couldn't have been any closer. Although we cooked most days, we did go out a few nights. Easy walk over to the Wicked Cantina (best grouper tacos) and Gulf Drive Cafe (breakfast and back again that night for dinner/cocktails). Also, take advantage of the free trolley if you don't have a car. We took it down to the Ugly Grouper for cocktails and it was wonderful. Will definitely be back!

We stayed 7 days in Beach House Unit 1. It was nicely equipped and furnished, had pretty much everything we needed. The beachfront location is rare on the Island and we really enjoyed it. The biggest drawback was that the screen porch was only separated from the other units by a screen. So you could see and hear everything your neighbors were doing. This negatively affected the peace of a morning coffee and/or an evening cocktail.

This is a great location for a laid-back beach vacation. You step out of the lanai directly onto the sand. Watch sunsets as you eat dinner. Nicely equipped kitchen. Reserved parking spot is right outside the door. Restaurants and shops are just a few blocks away.

Perfect location walk straight out to the beach not crowded at all. Restaurants are close you can walk to them. Unit was a lil small for us but we made it work it had everything we needed and was clean.

Our extended weekend stay was glorious! I’ve been coming to AMI for 15 years and the location of this property is top notch...directly on the beach and walking distance to beach bars and food. Based on the current rental costs on AMI, this property is probably priced appropriately. I would not call the accommodations high-end (could use a few updates, noise from upstairs, no pool to speak of, a bit of a musty smell), but everything was in working order, nicely decorated, and clean. Overall I would rent again for a long weekend...great location, IVP staff is excellent and helpful, and we love AMI!

Perfect location, right in the beach! Restaurants are close enough to walk, Wicked Cantina is the best!! Beware tho the folks upstairs can be loud I had to contact mgt about that. Otherwise awesome!!! Beach chairs were always available, my bed was SO comfortable!!! We never used the pull out couch. You just can’t go wrong here!

It was great, only problem I ran into was I couldn’t find any check out instructions anywhere. I didn’t figure until after I got home, that I received an email with checkout instructions that went straight to my junk folder.

Definitely coming back to the same unit again, love the convenience of the 1st level. Rental staff were great to talk to, very helpful. Read the directions and follow them. Pack extra toilet paper, 1 roll provided. Chairs available as long as other units don't take more than their share. Unit 10 is upstairs & sleeps 10 people, so, very loud, stomping heard all day & night, but it accommodates the bigger families. Water pressure was phenomenal, good condition apartment overall.

We love the location of the Beach House and the reserved parking in front of the unit. The unit is basic yet adequate. Could use more shelves and hooks to put things. Small dishwasher doesn't work well. Could use better cookware. Living room furniture is not comfortable. Check in and out process is very easy. Having a dumpster available is great. Hard to get into this place due to repeat guests reserving for the following year before it is made available online. This seems common on the island though. We have had an enjoyable extended stay 2 years in a row.

Our condo was in a great location. The water was steps away from the back porch. The condo was very clean and had a good supply of dishes, etc. We did have a problem hooking up to the internet and had to wait a day to get in contact with the office. They were good in responding. The air conditioner worked well but had a constant noise rattle in the bedroom. A queen bed would be nice. The beach was great and chairs were supplied. A restaurant was next door but you never heard noise and it was very quiet. It helped to cut down public access to the beach. The condo on top was being renovated, so I am not sure what the noise level would be with the two bedroom condo above. Overall, we really loved the convenience of the condo and you cannot get any closer to the beach

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. A few minor things (that absolutely would not stop us from coming back!) but might be helpful for others is... having the tiki bar/restaurant next door is very convenient and good food.. but you do smell the food frying most of the day when you’re on the beach. The furniture in the living room is nice it’s just not super comfy/cozy. Lastly the unit above is a three bedroom unit and with that there are lots of footsteps above. Again, none of these things would stop us from coming back to beautiful AMI and staying in this unit!! The beach and water are beautiful. We watched gorgeous sunsets right from the front of the condo! Jason and the team at Island Vacation Properties were very helpful and awesome to work with! Hoping to plan a trip back next year!!!

I was very happy, as we have been in the previous 10 years, with the rental. Location on the beach and near Bradenton Beach proper is great. My greatest and only problem was the neighbor in #2, Loud voice all the time, a puppy 10 months old that constantly barked, and a person who was basically inconsiderate of the other two condos that are connected . Have never complained about a neighbor, but this was an exception. Glad I won't be there next year as she intends to return for 7 weeks. A shame one person can make so many folks uncomfortable.
