Convenient for late arrivals

Conveniently located near the airport, they allowed me to have a late check-in as my flight arrived at 4 am. Very spacious for one person! Very big supermarket right across the street, balcony overlooking the city. Close to buses to downtown and beaches.

The A/C was in the living room and, even though the bedroom had two fans, I ended up sleeping in the sofa instead.

Warm, friendly hosts who went out of their way to make sure that we felt welcome.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. Location was excellent, close to the airport but in a local, interesting area. Really nice little apartment, with a balcony.

good place in the city.

it was a good location to get about Heraklion and explore Crete. great balcony across the city. Niko and his family very friendly and helpful.

didn’t like might be a bit strong but it was on a main road and the planes were quite loud overhead. but as we’d chosen an apartment fairly near the airport really can’t complain.

We came in the night and Niko waited for is, and there was wine waiting for us in the apartment. The apartment was very spacious, with a big balcony. Everything was clean and beyond our expectations. I would 100% recommend it!!

Superb

Excellent apartment close to the airport (for those travelling with a car). Well equipped and a supermarket across the street. View of the mountains. Easy and friendly check in and out.

Highly recommended

Clean, spacious, comfortable and furnished with all you need. Super nice and welcoming hosts, with water in the fridge and chocolates on the table. We had a great experience. Location is convenient too!

Wonderful stay!

Perfect location! Great apartment, very clean and comfortable. The owner was fantastic! He gave us many suggestions of what to do and where to go, but most of all he was very polite and comprehensive!

Good value for money

Flexibility in the checkin and checkout - the host was OK with coming early and slight delay on leave. Communication via phone and via Whatss up - instructions were very clear. Place was very nice, the nearby store has been convenient. The AC was working pefectly and fan came in handy on hot days. The hosts mother was very kind and we really appreciate the welcome drink and snack.

The close airport is bad for people with light sleep, the planes make a lot of noise. To get anywhere you need to take bus, the place is rather far fron the city center, and the busses are driving rather irregularly.

Apartment outside the city center

Friendly manager Niko helped us with looking for some nice places in or near Iraklion to hike, swim, eat... It was nice to have a well-equiped kitchen to cook, with a supermarket (AB) nextdoor.

Bit of night noise from outside Price/quality (€25/p/n) without breakfast is high enough. Shouldn't be more expensive. Far from the city center (not necessarily bad but you have to take it into account)

A really great apartment, and great value for money. If I was going back I'd definitely stay again.

Niko was a brilliant host! Room had a bottle wine and water waiting for me, which was great as I got in a bit late. I also managed to leave my straighteners behind and Niko kindly helped by sending them via courier to Santorin. Room was clean with a little balcony and was right opposite a large supermarket. Breakfast consisted of fruit and normally something like a croissant. Fridge an freezer was in the kitchen. Area was quiet, and although I got a bit confused with where the bus stops were it was actually only about 20 minute walk into town.

Very good

Close to the port of Heraklion, clean, quite big, clean.

Lot of noise ! Close to the airport, every 10 minutes you can hear a plane flying over the flat. The breakfast is a bit cheap.
