location is very good - near the bus stop from airport a 1 minute to the best beach in San Sebastian. Guesthouse gives you unlimited drinking water and teakettle.

it is classic guesthouse... HUGE price like 5* hotel in Barcelona, but you live in guesthouse! poor breakfast - bread with jam and cereals, 2 yogurts for 1 person, when you want to go to the shower it can be busy and used by someone else from guesthouse.

It was ridiculously expensive for the, so to say, basic facilities that you get.

I didn't liked that the stuff was going inside my room while I wasn't in the hotel. I hung my duvet out of the window, and the stuff told me via what's app that it is not allowed to do so and he entered my room without asking or telling me before. Im a woman and it made me feel really uncomfortable to know a guy is entering my room, without asking or telling me in advance. Besides I dont know if he really entered just bc of the duvet or if it was just an excuse. In my eyes he should have told or ask me if it is OK to enter my room while I'm not at the hotel only. It is disrespectful and a complete no go.

A few things to consider: Personally, I would appreaciate a bin in the room (instead of going to the kitchen/bathroom to throw things each time) and perhaps a mirror. Also, paper towels to dry hands would be great as you would have to take your own towel each time you go to the bathroom.

The host was extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is only 5 minutes away from the beach on foot. I was also able to work without any issues with home office.

Breakfast selection was lovely, everything was very clean and nicely set up for guests’ comfort. Natalia was a fantastic hostess - incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.

The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable but otherwise everything was great!

One night it was a bit loud as guests from the next room got back around 3 am and put loud music. But it happened only once during the entire stay. The rest of the nights were quiet.

Great host. Natalia was very accommodating and made us feel right at home.

There were no toiletries in the shower (like shampoo and soap).

The check-in was super easy and fast. The rooms as well as bathrooms are cozy and clean. It’s very close to the beach and also in walking distance to the city center and old town is (20-30 minutes). Also the host was super nice and flexible and gave us good recommendations for bars and restaurants nearby.

The place was spotlessly clean, Isabelle and her mother were super kind and friendly with us, the location is amazing ( 5 min walk away from the beach) and the breakfast was good 1nd well served!

Everything was excellent just a fan or a small AC would have made a difference for not having to open the windows and have mosquitoes during the night.

The location is great for going to the beach. There is ample space across the house and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help with what is needed.

It's a bit far from the city center and there is no parking. However, parking on the street is safe and very cheap. There was no need to look for day parking.
