Fantastic hotel, lovely traditional styling. Staff were super efficient and provided quick travel assurance to both breakfast and pool facilities.

No minibar, did have good tea and coffee facilities though.

They do not have a swimming pool but it says so in the listing. To access the pool you have to take a 15 min drive to another hotel. This is false information provided on the hotel details.

Great location right on the Dubai Creek in the middle of Al Seef Souq.

There were a couple of things that didn't work e.g. bedside light, TV remote control which we didn't mind too much but we expected better.

Le côté traditionnel de l'hôtel tout en étant confortable. La disponibilité du personnel et l'emplacement un peu a l'écart. Très bon petit déjeuner

Rezeptionen-Bereich könnte schöner sein

Die Lage des Hotels direkt in Al Seef mit den im historischen Stil erbauten Häusern, gleich neben dem historischen Al Fahidi Viertel war sehr schön, ruhig gelegen direkt am Dubai Creek. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, Müsli,frisches Obst, Porridge, aber auch wahlweise arabische Salate und landestypische Dips sowie warme Gerichte.

Bei der Ankunft dauerte das Einchecken ein wenig, nach langem Flug war das etwas mühsam, aber der Empfang war freundlich und korrekt. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich in unserem Zimmer nur auf eine Stufe einstellen, aber man konnte sie immer wieder abstellen, da es sehr schnell runterkühlte.

L’emplacement est parfait! On se croirait vraiment dans un conte des milles et une nuits! À proximité de boutiques, boutiques artisanales, restaurants et balade en bateaux. Le petit déjeuner est très varié avec une très belle vue, sans oublier l’accès à la piscine avec une vue inoubliable de la ville avec magnifique coucher de soleil. Le personne est absolument parfait sur toute la ligne ! Le petit plus, une petite voiturette pour nous amener à notre chambre et nous récupérer si nous sommes fatigués. La chambre était magnifique, lit ultra confortable avec l’impression de dormir sur un nuage et surtout propreté impeccable.

The room has a perfect balance between heritage and modern. The shower is lovely, but most importantly, the bed! I wish you could send us one of your beds to Abu Dhabi. Where do buy your bedding? It was super comfortable. We have been in UAE since 2015 and this was our favorite stay ever in the UAE. Thanks for your great service and amazing rooms. We would love to come back for another stay.

Cleanliness and the bed was so comfortable

Front desk took ages to respond to my requests. The entrance to the car parking was not straight forward because I had to wait in the car for someone from security to remove the blockers for me so I could enter the room. The room didn't have milk for coffee and breakfast.

O estilo rústico local mas com algumas tecnologias é bem inusitado. Localizado em uma vila turística com muita movimentação, perto do aeroporto. O chuveiro é o ponto máximo, maravilhoso.

Quarto úmido, sem ar condicionado e ventilação, mas o cheiro de poeira e madeira é o que mais incomodou. O teto derruba poeira por tudo, até na cama. Móveis com bolor devido a madeira úmida. Tomadas funcionando muito mal e no estilo plug antigo, mas conseguimos carregar celulares. Bem distante do local do café da manhã. Tarifa do dólar para pagar em dinheiro é absurdamente baixo, com grande vantagem para o estabelecimento. Arquitetura muito interessante que proporciona experiência diferenciada. Mas não voltaria, aliás, se pudesse teria ido para outro hotel na hora.

Eigentlich eine gute Idee, Hotelzimmer in einer alten Wohn-/Bauform anzubieten, durchaus ein Erlebnis für 1 Nacht.

Zimmer sind isoliert in mehreren Häusern, zum Frühstück und zur Rezeption sind es teilweise lange Wege. Zimmer war sehr dunkel und klamm.

The amount of cups / saucers / water bottles / milk is all very less. Same spoon cannot be used for the following day and so on.. very darkly lit. Can get a headache, too dark for my liking, even in olden days people lived in bright lit areas

Amazing location with a comfortable and cool room. Loved the balcony and shower especially, along with one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in.

It is a very busy hotel so staff are always preoccupied with large tour groups, we were definitely last priority and sometimes felt like we were in the way!

The old world charm and location on the creek

We just loved everything about the hotel. The attention to detail in every corner and bridge throughout the hotel, was exceptional. The breakfast was absolutely amazing.

The only thing that was a bad experience was the check-in. The customer in front of us took very long to decide and choose his rooms and we had to wait at least 30 minutes to be helped. If that system can be improved, that would be appreciated.

We loved it! Super comfortable beds, huge bathroom with good amenities, and we loved that it’s located in an area were we could go out for a walk every night and it was so nice, less crowded than other places in Dubai and good restaurants and shops to go out to. It’s still close enough to other places of interest, but we liked the relaxed atmosphere here! Recommended!

Very efficient and very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Nice and spacious rooms and convenient location close to the historical inner-city districts. The Al See areas the different buildings of the hotel are located in, is not historical, but rebuilt based on the architectonic principles of historic souks, but very touristy and as such rather artificial), but it is just a few minutes to walk to the Al Tahiti district and to the Creek, from where abras can be taken to cross to Deira. Next metro station is also within walking distance. Really convenient location for anyone interested in walking a bit along the Creek. We really enjoyed the charming atmosphere of the hotel and the extremely friendly staff. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Sehr freundliches Personal, schöner Poolbereich beim Nachbarhotel. Es war immer eine Liege für uns frei. Frühstücksbuffet war 1A, das beste unserer Reise. Die Lage ist super.

Unser Zimmer zum Creek raus war leider Abends sehr laut. Selten so nervige Trommelmusik gehört - und wir hören eigentlich gerne Musik. Jeden Abend derselbe Krach bis nach 23 Uhr - kaum auszuhalten.

A great location away from the downtown area right in the middle of a Souk on the Dubai creek. Plenty of cafes & restaurants on your doorstep step. Great selection of food at the breakfast buffet with the chef doing fresh omelettes & fried eggs. Staff very friendly & helpful. 20 minutes drive to the airport, water taxi station close by & Metro stop 15 minutes walk.

Hôtel de charme, très typique dont les chambres sont dispersées dans le souk. Déco dans les détails très réussie: sobriété authentique. En contraste complet avec les hôtels impersonnels des buildings. Oreillers très moelleux, literie confortable, propreté générale. Le petit déjeuner excellent avec grand choix. Gentillesse du personnel.

Le bruit des avions, la musique du restaurant voisin en soirée et le matin, quelques moustiques. Le manque d’indication pour trouver son chemin vers le restaurant le premier jour.

Room tired. Noisy from the tourist street and disappointed it was not easy to get to the gym or pool.
