The living room , kitchen, and dining room are all open concept. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances and laundry room with a front load washer/dryer. Enjoy your morning breakfast on the balcony. The homes amenities are picnic/BBQ area, rocking chair front porches, private outdoor shower, and covered parking. Kick back and relax as a movie plays on the 65 inch flat-screen cable TV Bedroom 1: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed All bedrooms have an on suite full bathroom attached. You'll sleep better than ever in the comfy beds outfitted with high end luxury linens. THE LOCATION In the center of Carolina Beach, this ideally located property gives you access to all the island has to offer. Just 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block to the boardwalk, where you can enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment in town after a day in the sun. A relaxing Saturday morning can be spent visiting the Carolina Beach Farmers Market followed up with a movie in the park on Sunday or shopping at local boutiques. Have excellent seafood restaurants steps from the home for your delightful vacation days. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a max of 6 people We also do not allow pets or smoking.

It was a great area all around there were parks almost within walking distance, beach access with an arcade right down the street so much for the kids to do but excellent room in the house for some alone time all around 10/10

They are billing us for damages to the house that were already done. They are trying to bill us for standard ware and tare of the house.
The house is wonderful and in a great location. We enjoyed our stay only to have them come back and try to soak us for issues with the house. They suggested that we should have notified them of the conditions as we saw them. This is not part of the rental agreement.

The house was beautiful- exactly what we needed and a great location!! We LOVED eating dinner on the top porch and seeing the ocean behind the ferris wheel. The owners were awesome to work with and we will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful property. The house was clean and well supplied upon arrival. Excellent location making dining a breeze. Owners were helpful, polite and extremely easy to rent from. Would absolutely rent again. 100% recommend. Side note- there are a lot of stairs due to inverted layout (living area upstairs). Outside stairs are covered.

The place was so clean and decorated beautiful. All bedrooms had bathrooms it was stocked with the things you need. The host was very friendly and always available if you needed her. I would stay here again.

This is a very nice newer house a block or 2 from the beach and the boardwalk area. The check in and communication from the owners was great. The house had everything that we needed for our short stay and there was no issues with anything in the house. The house is nicely decorated and the master bedroom that my beautiful wife and I stayed in had a comfortable bed, big walk in closet and a nice sized bathroom, the master bedroom has access to the lower deck, but the upper deck accessible from the upper floor is the best one, you can see the boardwalk and you even have an ocean view. When we return to the Wilmington area, we will be looking at this one again. Thanks for having us!

This is a great property! Very clean and lots of amenities! What I liked a lot about the place was that the beach and boardwalk were close enough to walk to, but far enough away to get away from the crowds and noise at bed time! I highly recommend the property! We were celebrating a lot family events the week we were there!

The yellow house is so nice! Feels like a new house. Appliances, towels, bedding and decor feel brand new. The hosts have put their hearts into this place and it shows!

This home is gorgeous. It is a short 6-8 minute walk to public beach access. It was clean, very modern with a beautifully decorated and well equiped common area on the top floor, 3 spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms inside each on the middle floor, and even an outdoor shower on the bottom floor/parking area. It was perfect for our girls trip. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and even a really nice coffee maker. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We walked to the boardwalk and drove 25-30 minutes to Wilmington for the trolly tour and bowling during our stay and spent two mornings on the beach!

We loved everything about this property. It was a clean open spaced property with beautiful furniture/design and updated appliances. I loved the kitchen flow into the living room which made for a perfect family hangout. Each room was comfortable with a private bath. Our favorite area was the long porch off the living room and the master bedroom. We ate breakfast there in the mornings and my husband and I enjoyed a night cap in the evenings. The house is super close to the boardwalk, beach (pier 17, our favorite), and great eateries yet we felt the privacy of the location. Our kids loved the home. The hosts were great and immediately responsive to our questions. Overall we WILL be coming back. Excellent property.

The house was very nice and well furnished. It was a few blocks in from the beach and close to a bunch of bars and restaurants. We would probably bring a beach cart if we come back, but happy to stay here again.

If I could, I would rate this property 10 Stars. The house was immaculate and beautifully decorated with classic finishes and special touches throughout. The living room furniture was clean and comfortable, with "beachy" colors. The beds were extremely comfortable with high-end linens. The location was a located close to the downtown boardwalk area. We walked to Britt's Donuts every morning. We enjoyed sitting on the upper deck in the evenings. The hosts were accommodating, attentive to detail and responsive to our emails. Check-in and Check-out was flawless. This was an amazing experience and we will most definitely return to this house whenever we have an opportunity. Clearly one of my favorite houses ever!

We absolutely loved our stay in Carolina Beach for our family vacation. The property itself is GORGEOUS! From the beautifully designed interior, updated appliances and the LOCATION! The home was very clean and has gorgeous natural light with many windows on every level. We were just a short walk away from beach access and the boardwalk which was a blast for the kiddos. Jamie and Brian are wonderful hosts. They made the check-in/out process seamless and were readily available to answer any questions. We will definitely be back and look forward to a stay at a few of their other properties as well. 5 stars all around. Highly recommend!

We came down for a wedding. Picked up our daughter at the airport and our son drove in to meet us. Even though house is two blocks from the ocean you do have an ocean view from the living room. You're one block from the boardwalk! Great location. House is large and spacious. Owners were nice and quick to answer our questions.

We took an early beach trip with the family and had a great time. The house was spacious for our 3 kids and was in walking distance to a grocery store and to the boardwalk and beach. We did not have to drive anywhere during our stay which is awesome. The decor and colorful shark hanging was great touch to the nice house at Carolina beach.

We have stayed in this home so many times, I have lost count! It is always immaculate, sparkling clean, smell-free and just consistently perfect. We love staying at Jamie's properties as we know what we will get. The description is exactly right and you will not be disappointed. Just a beautiful home, super big yet cozy, great location, fantastic parking (we bring two cars and a boat each time and kayaks sometimes), lovely decor, etc. We come as often as we can. Jamie and Brian are fabulous hosts and very responsive to your needs. I am highly chemical sensitive and she has always gone the extra mile to make my stay odor-free!! I so appreciate that!! Just an all around great house and hosts!! Thank you both for always giving us such an enjoyable stay. We are grateful!!!

Really a great property with an amazing amount of room. Just a couple of blocks from the Carolina Beach boardwalk - we ended up leaving the car in the carport and walked everywhere we wanted to go (beach, restaurants, etc). Easy check in. Clean as could be. Very comfortable beds with (and this was great) a bathroom for every bedroom.
