About this condo rental
Penthouse in the center a few meters from the Casa Pilatos. The apartment has two bedrooms distributed over two floors. The lower floor has a living room with double sofa bed and plasma TV. Bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven-microwave, washing machine, crockery, utensils and utensils. The upper floor has a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower, with direct access to the private terrace fully equipped. The apartment has bed linen and towels, iron and hair dryer. Centralized heating and air conditioning system. Cot upon advance request.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is very well located, remarkably quiet, yet within easy walking distance of the city centre. It is is an old area with a very authentic feel.

Very nice apartment in a great but quiet location. I would definitely recommend to anyone. The Host was very accomodating and gave us tip about what to do and where to eat.

Good stay. Agree with other comments that spiral staircase could be an issue for people with mobility issues. Clean and well taken care of.

The apartment was clean and tidy, the beds were very comfortable. Everything was supplied including washing up liquid and tablets for the machine. The only bad thing there was no wine glasses and shortages of other such items.
The apartment is in a great location close to all the main sights.

Close to most sights yet in a quiet alleyway (Ensenada off Imperial). Only a 5 minute walk to several restaurants and a grocery stores and 8 minutes to the Cathedral and Alcazar. The unit is very comfortable for up to 4 people with 2 bathrooms. The air conditioning worked well and there was plenty of hot water for showers and the beds were comfortable. Note that the upstairs bedroom and terrace are accessed from a small spiral staircase that may prove difficult for some. Daniel is very responsive and lives nearby and very willing to give tips on where to eat and visit. We made simple breakfasts but you'll need to buy any ingredients (no butter, oil, salt, pepper, etc.). However, there are so many restaurants nearby that we didn't feel the need to cook. The only downsides are going up and down the spiral staircase (we moved downstairs to the bedroom with 2 singles) and the small upstairs shower. The walkway to the apartment isn't very attractive with neighboring buildings currently being renovated, but once in the building, there is a nice inner courtyard and peaceful silence. We would stay there again.

Elevator was a big plus. Walking distance to most attractions. Missing basic essentials for cooking. Had issues with bedroom and bathroom doors.. the ones upstairs squeaked and the one downstairs got stuck. Overall would recommend.

The location of the apartment was great, pretty much 10mins from all major attractions. We decided to do a lot of self walking tours, so this suited us perfectly.
The apartment is functional and clean. The upstairs bedroom & bathroom leads to the terrace and seems to be an add-on, and accessed via a small spiral staircase. The room is spacious and clean, however, the water pressure in the shower is very poor and if the downstairs shower is being used at the same time, it is impossible to rinse off and the water turns ice-cold. Installation of a pump would greatly help.
The TV is old and so there is no ability to stream or use Netflix/Prime TV which, after a full day of walking, it would have been nice to chill and watch a film for a bit.
There is only one hairdryer, so we had to share between two floors.
Overall, a great apartment and stay, just a couple of tweaks would be great.

This is a super-central apartment in Santa Catalina neighborhood of Seville. It's within walking distance to all of the historic sites. The property manager is very available and helpful, and check-in was really easy. The unit is fully furnished and has everything you would need for a stay in Seville. The master bedroom is upstairs and has its own bath and a south-facing roof deck. The deck is fairly protected and private. Downstairs in the second bedroom (with 2 single beds) and bath. Kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
The only downside is the 2nd floor is reached by a spiral staircase that is narrow, so those with mobility issues should sleep on the ground floor. Otherwise, the building has an elevator so the unit is easily reached.

We really enjoyed our time in Sevilla. The apartment was clean. It had most everything except a wine opener. The location gave us easy access to restaurants and sightseeing. The host gave us some great eating location and sights to see. He was very helpful.

Lovely apartment, very modern and well located near all the main sights. The terrace had a great view over the city, especially at night, with the Giralda in the distance. The kitchen was poorly equipped, however, and it would have been very difficult to cook but luckily we didn't want to. There was no corkscrew!! I did buy one and leave it there for futeture renters. I would definitely return here.

Lovely apartment, very modern and well located near all the main sights. The terrace had a great view over the city, especially at night, with the Giralda in the distance. The kitchen was poorly equipped, however, and it would have been very difficult to cook but luckily we didn't want to. There was no corkscrew!! I did buy one and leave it there for futeture renters. I would definitely return here.

The location was excellent!
Walked to everything and discovered some incredible neighbourhoods! Our host recommended restaurant was fabulous! A glass of wine on the upstairs patio was a very nice way to end the day. The neighbourhood bar was excellent for a late night Cervaza! The spiral staircase could be a challenge for large pieces of luggage.
One suggestion would be to replace the upstairs shower wand holder.

Walked to everything and discovered some incredible neighbourhoods! Our host recommended restaurant was fabulous! A glass of wine on the upstairs patio was a very nice way to end the day. The neighbourhood bar was excellent for a late night Cervaza! The spiral staircase could be a challenge for large pieces of luggage.
One suggestion would be to replace the upstairs shower wand holder.

Bon accueil. Confort et bien situé sont au rendez vous.
Appartement neuf dont l'équipement "domestique" (vaisselle,cafetière, .....Tire bouchon, un comble au pays du Fino!), est un peu léger tout juste pour 4 personnes. A leur décharge l'équipe de gestion a réagi très vite ,moins d'une demie heure,pour compenser quelques manques.

When the taxi company hung up on us because we didn’t speak Spanish they organized a taxi for us to the train station. The roof top deck was a delightful spot to relax and enjoy a wonderful bottle of wine. Fantastic restaurants just minutes away. Highly recommend this apartment, you won’t be disappointed.

Buen apartamento muy cerca del centro
El apartamento está muy bien, en una zona tranquila y cerca del centro para poder ir por el centro a pie en todo momento
Lo citado en la web se ajusta a lo que es el apartamento y los servicios que tiene salvo que mencionan que tienen aparcamiento y no es así. Me parece un error al definir los servicios del mismo.
Tenía un par de problemas de goteos de grifos, pero es algo en cualquier apartamento que puede ocurrir en cualquier sitio y momento. Lo importante es que luego lo atiendan. Al menos nosotros se lo notificamos.

Functioneel en net appartement
Dit appartement ligt centraal t.o.v. alle bezienswaardigheden in Sevilla. Het is netjes, de 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers zijn knap ingedeeld binnen een toch wel beperkte ruimte. Op het terras is het aangenaam en zeer zonnig zitten. Er zijn zelfs 2 ligbedden voorzien.
Een echte aanrader voor 2 koppels of koppel met kinderen! Het is er erg rustig omwille van de ligging (op het einde van een doodlopend straatje). Met de auto is het er moeilijk en zeer nauw parkeren en bijgevolg niet echt aan te raden.
Wij hebben een gezellige 4-daagse gehad!

Louise and Juan were very friendly and easy to work with. Totally enjoyed the apartment and the city. Definitely will be back. One thing I would recommend is: get one big frying pan to go with the two little ones so you can cook more at a time. Otherwise we had everything we needed. Wish we could have enjoyed the terrace but this time of the year was a little chilly sitting out there would love to come back when it is a little warmer. We did eat pizza out there one night though and enjoyed the evening. We walked everywhere. The location was awesome!

Excellent property in great location
Perfect for two couples or family with two kids. Two en-suite bedrooms and didn't feel cramped as one bedroom upstairs. Lovely terrace too. Very, very quiet but only a short walk from all the sights and loads of bars and restaurants. Perfect.
