We do not accept schoolies or similar groups. A bond of A$750.00 is required at the same time as the balance amount. The bond is a general and cleaning bond which is refundable if premises are left as found. Check out time is 10.00am. Check in time is 2.30pm. Cancellation policy Refund is subject to re-booking of the house or the full amount will be charged. An administration fee of $100 will be charged with any cancellation.
