Very nice house of 65m2 with 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs, and covered terrace of 20 m2 with large removable bay windows (= veranda in closed position), large wooden terrace of 50m2 all around, breathtaking view of the pine forest and cork oaks, very quiet, access to the village (800m) by a rolling track (mountain bike) through the forest bypassing a magnificent fishing pond, or to the beach (10 'max) by the cycle track through the golf course Moliets (9 and 18 holes). Moliets-et-Maa is a very pretty green resort which offers two immense fine sandy beaches and superb walks in the heart of the forest thanks to the numerous cycle paths. The Courant du Huchet nature reserve, which starts from the lake of LEON and comes to flow into the ocean on the North beach of Moliets, is world famous and has a great wealth of fauna and flora (visit possible in boat from LEON lake by reservation). Golf enthusiasts can have fun on the 9-hole or on the 18-hole (national training golf course), with in particular 3/4 beautiful holes on the edge of the beach. Horse lovers can take trips to the forest and the beach. It is also the ideal region for safe bike rides.
