-Spacious Modern Designer Apt -2 Bed / 2 Full Baths - Full Kitchen with Granite countertops - Polished Terrazzo floors - Coffered Ceilings - Original Art - Technology Queen Beds - 800- 1000 Thread count sheets - Smart TV in Living Room Kitchen - Wi Fi - Tv's in Bedrooms *** Please Keep ALL Doors and Windows CLOSED at all time due to salt air destruction of electronics "Shoeless Condo " - Keyless Entry - Coffee Shop / Fishing Pier / Playground / very close to Intercostal / Yoga Studio Within 10 Minute Walk -The Space is part of a two unit Condo -Noise Consideration of other guests of utmost importance / There is a unit above and if heavy walkers or loud guest the noise does transfer that will sometimes bother first floor guests due to original construction of unit / we always ask guests to be mindful of others with noise and be considerate -Guest are not allowed to have food or drink on Scan Design Couch due to ease of staining of type of leather - All linens and bed spreads are of high quality and are expected to be treated accordingly - If guest deems it necessary to wash any linens owner will be contacted prior to cleaning - No harsh chemicals on floor (only dawn liquid soap with water located in unit ) -Guest are expected to remove sheets and place in laundry baskets upon exit - All trash is to be placed in trash cans located on easterly side of parking area behind lower fence -Dishwasher is to be loaded and run upon departure -All lights , interior and exterior are to be turned off along with Tv's upon departure Air conditioning is to be set at 79 degrees -Text owner upon departure -Check in time is 4 pm / Check out time is 11 am - Outdoor Living Space is Common Area with seating for ten people -South American style outdoor space with beautiful custom landscape lighting -Four parking areas in southerly side of property -Guest who under report number of guests will be charged for those guest for full duration of stay State License BNB7406453

Other than some miscommunication around the door code upon check-in, this 2/2 condo was fantastic!
For the price, you can’t beat the location and what the place offers. I would definitely stay here again.

Steve is a wonderful host, very easy to talk with. His home is so immaculate and clean. The beds were great, living area nice and functional. Just walk out the door and across the bridge to Flagler Ave. for breakfast at the Mermaid Cafe. Two full bathrooms, two bedrooms. Perfect for our party of three. Very quiet. We would definitely stay here again if needed in New Smyrna Beach.

We live about an hour away but wanted some place close to a boat ramp and great restaurants. This was it! Plenty of room for the truck and boat/trailer. Walking distance to excellent restaurants: Outriggers, Wake up cafe, and Merk’s. 5 minute drive to canal st or Flagler ave too! Perfect size for me, my husband, and our 5 yr old daughter. Will definitely stay again!

This was a great stay. The space was nice and clean, bed was comfortable, the owner was a great communicator. The location was ideal, close to so many things and nice and quiet, even with it being bike week!

Location was perfect Close to everything, a short walk or bike ride to the beach and Flagler Ave. Close to the Marinas as well

Beautiful and clean; very nice furnishings. Accurately described. Very convenient to Flagler Ave. it was helpful having the handicapped parking and walk-in shower for my mom and dad. The owners were very responsive. We would definitely stay there again and recommend to others. Thank you Steven and Andy!

We loved this apartment while visiting NSB. The Croton 2 had everything we needed. We prepared breakfasts and light lunches in. The kitchen was perfect.
The bedroom and bathrooms worked perfectly. It’s centrally located and convenient to Canal Street shopping, restaurants, beach, Dunes Park, Canaveral National Seashore- all things Volusia County.
Had we brought our bikes, the Croton 2 was central for riding in any direction.
We would love to reserve this 1st floor apartment again in the future.

Very clean and well kept condo. Owner was available and answered questions quickly. Not located in town, but close enough to be there in minutes.

Property was clean and spacious but not beach friendly. Owners did not supply one item for the beach. Other places in NSB I have rented with supplied chairs, coolers, umbrella, even sunscreen. Location is ok but it is a hike to the beach carrying all that stuff or you pay $20 a day for your car on the beach. If you are looking to get on the beach daily this place is not for you.

Above and Beyond
From the immaculate terrace all the way to the custom embroidered towels, this place was very impressive! Steve, the owner, was friendly and on his A game! It was very obvious that a lot of thought in care goes into this property! The location didn’t hurt either fun shops, really cool playground/workout area, the intracoastal and the beach all walking distance!!
Oh and the couch was amazing, so cool!!
Thank you, we have found our new spot when visiting family in New Smyrna Beach!!

The address is a little misleading. The GPS shows it to be on the main road (Causeway) but it is actually separated by a feeder or service road. Slightly confusing when trying to find the place in the dark. Otherwise, nice place and it fit my needs. I'd stay again.

This host and property were both amazing. The house was very clean, the pictures don’t do it justice. The check in and out was quick and easy. I would love to stay again, and highly recommend the host and house. My favorite part of this stay was the outside area which is all fenced in and very private. It was a perfect getaway for us.

The Croton II was very clean and comfortable. It’s located in a nice quiet location. Just a short drive to Flagler Ave where there’s restaurants, shops, etc.

Great Stay and Great Location
We had a great time staying at this beach bungalow. We were close to the beach and the downtown Flagler Ave area. We were able to walk to most places and had a lot of fun. Steven made it easy and we’d definitely stay again.

Elegant place close to everything!
The host, Steven was great and attentive. His home was perfect for our needs. We loved the courtyard and it being enclosed with a fence. The local playground was a favorite for our 6 year old. We enjoyed the local coffee shop and restaurants. A beautiful place!

Beachside Beauty
Steve has gone to great lengths to make this small space look beautiful. It is a great place to take advantage of the nearby beach and drive right on. There are great restaurants within a 10 minute drive and a coffee shop a quick walk away. We also enjoyed the walking trail that is adjacent to the property. Love this place!!

Beautifully Styled, Great Location
Upon arrival, the property has pleasing colors, ample parking, and private courtyard with tropical landscaping and copper night lighting. The interior is masterly crafted with lovely wall art. A quick bike ride to Flagler Ave. and Canal Street.

We loved being minutes away from the Spa at Riverview....so beautiful and relaxing!
The condo was very comfortable and clean! The neighborhood wasn’t quite the beachy neighborhood we were expecting, but we loved being walking distance to a local coffee shop!
