From the rear garden there are pleasant views to the sea and there are two beaches immediately available only a 5 minute walk away. The rear garden is decked at several levels and provides a quiet spot to sit and enjoy the views and perhaps a barbecue. Parking is available for one car in a private car park 25 yards from the cottage. Rosemary Cottage is a perfect base for a Cornish holiday close to the sea. The town of Looe can be reached in about twenty minutes via the coastal footpath or in five minutes by car. The property has been renovated with real flair retaining the best of the old whilst introducing modern touches and up to date amenities.
