This is a stunning vacation rental home with 3,120 sq ft, 3 car garages, 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, granite kitchen counters, eating bar in the kitchen, breakfast nook with seating for 6, another black tie dining room with seating for 8, a large loft with queen sleeper sofa and 50 inch LCD TV, large traditional family room, large living/entertainment room with a beautiful Spencer Marsten pool table, games, excellent audio/video system with sound surround, four large full HD TVs, video games and Playstation, free Wi-Fi and YouTubeTV streaming, beautiful heated pool and spa with color lights and water streams. The large covered patio is furnished with dining table and 6 chairs, a Weber gas grill, 6 high end lounge chairs. This villa is located close to I-10 and Litchfield Rd in the heart of Goodyear, Arizona and it is close to all the exciting activities like Wigwam Golf club and resort, Estrella Mountain Ranch Golf Club, Palm Valley Golf Club, Lifetime Fitness Center, 5 minutes to Goodyear Spring Training Ballpark, 6-7 minutes to Nascar' s Racing Track, 10 minutes to the Superbowl Stadium, the three well known lakes: Lake Pleasant, Canyon Lake and Saguaro Lake, 2.5 hours drive to Sedona, 3.5 hours to Grand Canyon, , great shops and restaurants and 2 min away from the new Market at Estrella Falls mall. The villa was thoughtfully decorated to bring you into a world where you’ll really feel away from home. The furniture, paintings and tapestries throughout the house will take you to a French Café in southern France, the streets of Nice or Cannes with restaurants and shops along the Mediterranean or the crowded lively streets of Florence, Italy. The carved furniture, marble tops and elegant upholstery brings traditional style to the next level.

My husband and I met our adult boys and their wives in Phoenix for a fun extended weekend get away. The Sunland Villa was all that it promised in the VRBO description. It was beautiful, comfortably furnished, spacious and had a lovely backyard pool, hot tub and patio area. We made breakfast each day and sat out back in the evenings. Went to support our Dallas Cowboys : (. Loved the stadium and Cardinal fans were friendly. Not bad weather for late Sept either. 5 star review. .

Initially my friends and I went to see a two day concert. We spent a lot of money and planning for half of our trip to get canceled…. The house was amazing! The house made the whole trip and was definitely a saving grace. With plenty of space and plenty of amenities this house was a little paradise. The pool was a great size big enough for four adults to comfortably swim. The kitchen was huge and there was plenty of elbow room. Also, the kitchen had all the tools you needed to cook including various herbs n spices. The grill was well taken care of and we were able to utilize it to bbq and make up for a drag day. Plenty of options for entertainment, including a very nice pool table with well maintained pool sticks. The only downside is there was no way to play music from the streaming services. There was no Spotify or music apps. The residential area was nice and it’s quite time after 10, I guess this is a law in Arizona for rental properties but it really didn’t put any damper on anything. There is plenty of stores and little shops to check out in the area. The house was about 30 mins from downtown Phoenix. Everything in the rental was super clean and well thought out. Olivia was a great host and went above in beyond. There was a storm that was pretty rough and dirtied up the pool. She came the next morning and started cleaning it out herself. I definitely will be staying there again in the future!

We rented this property for four weeks to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The furnishings were quite elegant, yet comfortable. Our family came two different weeks. Both families consisted of parents and a college age, a high schooler, and a junior higher. Plenty of room for each child to have a room/ space of their own. The pool and hot tub/spa were a hit and used almost daily. A bit chilly to heat the pool each day, but the hot tub heated up quickly. The billiard table was also a hit.Kitchen was convenient and well stocked. Master bedroom bed was so comfy. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. We would recommend this property and hope to return.

Our Group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! Everything was very clean, well stocked with pots, pans, utensils. seasonings, and coffee to have some of our meals at the house. House is very spacious. The Pool and Spa were great. Definitely would go back!!

We were looking to rent a house close to my brother’s home in Goodyear, AZ and this was the perfect place!! This was definitely a five star stay with all the amenities and then some!! The house was immaculate and the beds were so extremely comfortable! The master suite is enormous with a private sitting room right off of it. The backyard is so beautiful and serene and the neighborhood is very quiet with its own little park area. Olivia was amazing to work with and very accommodating!! It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back! Many thanks to Olivia for making us feel right at home!

Fabulous Stay
We were looking to rent a house close to my brother’s home in Goodyear, AZ and this was the perfect place!! This was definitely a five star stay with all the amenities and then some!! The house was immaculate and the beds were so extremely comfortable! The master suite is enormous with a private sitting room right off of it. The backyard is so beautiful and serene and the neighborhood is very quiet with its own little park area. Olivia was amazing to work with and very accommodating!! It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back! Many thanks to Olivia for making us feel right at home!

The house was very clean and smelled so nice. The space is great in the kitchen and living room area and is great being right off the patio area. The house has everything you need for your visit. We were a group of four men and worked great for us, but would also work great for a family trip, it really has everything you would want.

Relaxing reprieve from the cold
We loved the outdoor seating and pool area! The heated pool and hot tub made out stay wonderful. The rooms are spacious and the house is very clean and well stocked with all the appliances and necessary kitchen gear. The house is located in a convenient location to groceries & restaurants. Friends Park nearby was really great as well.

Luxurious and tranquil, a wonderful place to hide from the snow!
Beautiful and spotless home with lots of nice features. Exceptional backyard with an inviting pool and a hot tub that we enjoyed! Large open kitchen and a family room with a pool table and a wide screen TV where we had a great time on Super Bowl Sunday. Quiet neighborhood only about a mile from Interstate 10 so it's easy to get to Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale or wherever you wish in the area. Tons of great restaurants, had a wonderful time there, unfortunately had to come back to the reality of Chicago in winter! If you're looking for a private place to escape the cold and recharge, I highly recommend this charming and comfortable home.

It must be activated by guests and there is a cap on daily usage .The spa and pool heat separately one at a time. Not an issue for us , we only used the spa and it heated quickly. A fabulous property for sure!

Pictures don’t do it justice. Stayed here during my daughters golf tournament. Everything was 5 star from the house to the owner to the amenities like the pool and spa. Huge well kept house. Will definitely stay again! This owner knows how to VRBO.

This house is a vacation unto itself! Comfortable beds, a great pool and fun pool tables means you never have to leave. Olivia is very responsive and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Five Stars!
Olivia has created a wonderful oasis within a neighborhood. I understand the other concerns around the light (white) carpet, though we are accustomed to taking our shoes off and this wasn't an issue. The main areas where we spent majority of our time was tiled or wood flooring. If you enjoy walking/running there were numerous and safe places to exercise around the area. Olivia was readily available when we had questions. The house was well equipped, from the kitchen, the pool area and plenty of towels (for bathing and swimming).

This house is located in a nice neighborhood, close to a grocery store and restaurants. Inside the home, my family enjoyed the number of bedrooms / baths and of course the entertainment room. The pool area offered all day fun for both of my kids, ages 14 and 12. We had a few chilly mornings and the pool heater came in handy and quickly increased the pool temp to a comfortable swimming degree. We even enjoyed a few evenings in the spa. Overall, a great, relaxing place to call home for a week!

We had a great time being together as a family. The advertisement for the home included "heated pool and hot tub", which was a big selling point for renting this property. Not sure if the fine print in the contract stated that we would be charged for "overage" of electricity used to heat the pool and hot tub. We didn't know until we checked in that this was part of the contract. We didn't have any idea if we were going to go over our allotted amount of electricity. Overall, we had a wonderful time being together and the owner was VERY responsive to our communication with her.

Great house in sunny Arizona.
The sunland villa was exactly as described. It's a nice clean house with a great pool. It had everything you would need for a nice weekend. The location was perfect for golf and close to restaurants. Olivia the owner was super accommodating to our needs. I would without a doubt stay at this property again. Thanks for a great weekend.

Couples Retreat
We had 3 couples that stayed. Plenty of space and each couple had their own bathroom. Swam everyday and convenient to stores, shopping and food. This is truly a beautiful home that is really relaxing and comfortable.
