Located in Vincentia, this attractive house for $266 per night is a great option for your next break. Things have been tough financially, for everybody… So we have have reduced our prices to help guests to get away. You deserve a break. Come on down to the South Coast and support the locals and have a great time while doing so! Take a drive to places like Bendalong, Manyana, Sussex Inlet and Ulladulla. Blenheim Beach House is located opposite Blenheim Beach at the leafy end of Vincentia, 5 mins walk to Jervis Bay National Park and through to Hyams Beach, boasting the whitest sand in the world. Perfectly located for a getaway, Vincentia is a 2.5 hour drive from Sydney or Canberra. Whales are heading South now, so a great time to stay with us and go out with Dolphin Watch Cruises and see the majestic whales. Vincentia is a 2.5hr drive south of Sydney. Jervis Bay itself is 15 km long and 10 km wide and is the deepest sheltered harbour in Australia, with more than 30 km of beaches winding the bay. Within Booderee National Park, the Botanical Gardens feature rugged sandstone outcrops, swamplands and wet gullies covering a total of 80 hectares. The park offers numerous walking tracks to suit all abilities. Booderee also boasts some of the nicest beaches and best snorkelling locations and a fantastic sheltered boat ramp at Murrays Beach. Location Location Location Sit back, relax and laze on the front deck while listening to waves of Blenheim Beach rolling in. Take a leisurely stroll over to the beach for a swim or just soak up the sun. The home has a great beachside feel, the perfect place to kick back relax and enjoy your holiday. Covered main deck is equipped with a BBQ and outdoor setting which is ideal for your group to cook up a storm while enjoying the peace and natural bird life. At night a whole other world comes to life as you listen to the possums and sugar gliders as they get busy enjoying the Vincentia nightlife! If your adventurous get the family together, grab a good torch and go for a night bush walk, its really an experience! Ask us for recommendations of where to go. Accommodation (nightly rates are based on 4 guests), additional cost of $40 per person per night after 4 guests (including all linen). Sleeping up to 13, the home consists of 5 bedrooms. Bedding: 2 queen size, 2 double with single bunk above (tri bunks), 1 double and single trundle. 2 Bathrooms each with shower and toilet. Solar Hot Water system with 320L tank. Solar electricity generation. Lovely gardens. Plenty of off street parking on the newly concreted driveway and parking area. Large mostly covered wrap around deck with hooded BBQ. Large dining tables inside and on the deck to accommodate everyone at meal times Games room with table tennis, punching bag and darts. Lovely kitchen with everything you need including the dishwasher Large french door fridge and bottom drawer freezer Bar fridge for drinks. All new bookings after 1 August 2019 we now include linen for all guests. Note: linen includes us making all the beds you require with 2 sheets, 2-4 pillow cases, bath towels, face washes and a hand towels for all. Just don't forget your beach towels. Please provide the make up of your group, that is ages, couples, singles, male or female. This helps us to prepare the home to best suit your group. There is a lot to love about Blenheim Beach House- location close to lovely beaches and bush surroundings. It has a great outdoor living space and plenty of room for our family group of 9. However, one of the reasons I chose the property was the high ratings for cleanliness of the property. Unfortunately, this was not our experience. We had to do some cleaning before we were able to relax and enjoy the property.

Five mature-age ex-workmates found Blenheim Beachhouse the ideal setting for a four-day reunion. The driveway entrance was quite steep but overall the layout of the house, the cleanliness, location and excellent host made for a great experience.

Booked in for a little reunion with some friends at this little beachside shack in the southern tip of Vincentia. Arrival was smooth and easy with the keys easily available. The house was spacious without being too big, and there were ample supplies and linen for our needs. David checked in with us before the stay and provided plenty of recommendations for the surrounding area which were appreciated. The nighttime bushwalking was something else. Would definitely consider booking the same place again.

We stayed here for a triathlon event. It was a nice property, very comfortable with plenty of beds and well equipped. The second bathroom was small and I had difficulty once with hot water - however many had been through before us. Loved the front deck, the BBQ was good and a good sized social dining table and lounge room. It suited our group of 8 ladies well.

Davis was excellent in communicating with me, and was very helpful with any questions we had. The property itself impressed us with its tropical look and plants around the house. The layout was very convenient to all of us, we were 5 adults and 6 kids. Sitting in the front verandah overlooking the forest between us and the beach was indeed very relaxing! We stayed from 24th December-27th December. The owners are very welcoming. David called me straight away to say hello and explain a few things. We all love the coastal vibe of the property. It was very neat and clean, just few minutes away from the famous white sand walk and the beach Kids loved playing table tennis on the rainy day.

We stayed at Blenheim Beach House for a couple of nights passing through Jervis Bay and we’ll definitely come back. Location is fantastic, a walk to the stunning Blenheim Beach. Vincentia shops are 5 mins in the car with everything you need. The house was clean, and big with a beachy vibe. You can hear the waves gently crashing on the nearby beach shore from the gorgeous balcony. Kids loved the bunk beds and the games room. We’re a family of 4, but this house is set up to comfortably host 2-3 families. Thanks David and Sharon :)
