Nestled in Pattaya City, this lovely villa for $324 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Close to the center of Pattaya, 6 bedroom villa with private pool, just minutes from the Beach / City and Walking Street. The villa is tastefully decorated and has a large L-shaped living room; with modern furniture and a spacious kitchen, equipped with a big refrigerator, ice machine, freezer, cooker, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven and washing machine. The house is fully air-conditioned and has FREE High speed WIFI and Netflix. The gardens are set around the fabulous private pool with its crystal clear water warmed by Pattaya's great weather with all year tropical sunshine. Our large outside dining area offers plenty of shaded seating, perfect for those BBQ evenings, at the Villa is a BBQ and coals are provided. On arrival we will welcome you at the villa and give you information about Pattaya and surroundings. The beds will be made and 4 towels will be provided on each Bedroom. The refrigerator will be filled when you arrive with 24 bottles drinking water. We have a FREE daily cleaning service; our cleaning girls will come and clean the house every day for you max. 2 hours and after 6 nights we will provide clean sheets on the beds and change the towels. Electricity is excluded from the rental price, the meter will be taken on arrival, cost are 8 Baht a kWh, water is free of charge by normal usage. You have access to the complete villa and the private swimming pool. • On arrival the beds will be made, we provide 4 towels on each bedroom. • FREE shampoo and soap on arrival. • FREE 24 bottles of water on arrival. • Free Netflix and 150 TV channels. • High speed Fiber Internet 1.000 / 700 Mbps. • Daily cleaning service and after 6 nights clean sheets and towels. • BBQ will be ready include charcoal, just light it up.

This family saved our holiday. After traveling through Asia for almost one month we booked a hotel in Pattaya for the last part of our trip When we arrived at the hotel is was horrible, hotel management didn't do anything about it so at 2 o'clock at night we decided to find ourself a new place to spend the last week of our holiday. We found Hans and his house and send him an email asking if he could help us out and could have us ASAP. Hans replied within the hour and said that the other guests just left and that we need to give him some time to clean the house and then we were most then welcome, 3 hrs later we arrived in a clean house with a beautiful pool. Very spacious house, big bedrooms. A dazzling ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom. A washing machine (hallelujah for that!!!) Big refrigerator , plenty of 7/11 or family marts for purchasing soft drinks, beer and all you need. Athe the nearby local market you can buy groceries, fresh fish and meat should you want to cook yourself, but we had great meals at Murphy's pub just opposite the compound, very good kitchen there not expensive great service Hans and his wife are very helpful. Speak their languages so communication is no problem. We had the best end of our holiday in this house. It was the topping on the cake after a months of traveling through asia
