Great location and a very comfortable apartment.

Nothing - our stay was very pleasant.

We did not have the breakfast option, however Mary did have extras available for us which made it special. Cheese, blueberries, Tim Tams and crackers which not all BnB's do. It was very clean and had good utensils and facilities - if a longer stay we could have used the BBQ etc. Very, very quiet and Mary was a lovely host. She had a lot of information for guests to access as well - which was about the surrounding areas and where to visit. Uber access to Lilydale for dinner was great and relatively cheap too. Recommend EnTHAIced. Great Thai food.

The sloping driveway was a bit tricky for my partner to access due to her mobility but other than that - nothing that we did not like. It was small - suited our needs but for a small family (with multiple children) not suitable. Perfect for couples though.
