Beautifully decorated. This is our third time staying at Summer Village and this cottage has been my favorite.

Five of us, including our son, daughter-in-law, and grandson had a fabulous week! The weather was perfect and the accommodations provided everything we needed for a wonderful week. We enjoyed the pools, tennis courts, biking, and Saturday night entertainment.

This nice, clean, and comfortable cottage was perfect for our family with young kids. The cottage had everything we needed and was more spacious than we anticipated! Our kids loved the pools and the playground, which was only about a 5 minute walk from the cottage. The loop was perfect for going for a run or a walk as a family and very safe as cars drive slowly. We also loved that it was centrally located to many different destinations. We would definitely recommend!

This cozy cottage was at the top of our list when searching for a quaint, coastal, New England town where we could escape the Texas heat and our twins could roam safely. The cottage was well equipped with all the necessary amenities + games and puzzles that we tucked into after full days exploring Cape Elizabeth, Kennebunks, Wells, Ogunquit, York, Cape Neddick and Portsmouth. Our host, Moriah, was kind and communicative throughout the process and was gracious is adjusting our reservation when our arrival flights were cancelled and we were delayed a day. Everyone in the family voted this a fantastic vacation! And, as our Austin temps reach 102 today, we are already wishing we were back in Maine.

Stayed at this property as part of our coastal NE road-trip. It was clean, easy to find and overall very nice. There is only one AC unit for the entire residence, so be warned if you run hot you may get warm at night in the main bedroom. Other than that zero issues - it was a quick trip to all the local town areas and beaches and a really nice stay.

Decorated cute, super clean and modern, and had everything you could need- grill, beach chairs, pool noodles and much more! When I booked I didn't realize it was a whole village. It was so cute! The entire property was so clean and well taken care of, we felt like we were in Pleasantville. Owners were great and responsive in everything. We enjoyed the pool, bocce ball, and the beach was a couple miles away. The onsite staff was very friendly and helpful! Thanks so much!

Lovely little place. Very clean, comfortable queen bed. The only thing is pool far away, and trolley didn't run . Seen the trolley once. AC unit only in main living area. , fan in master bed room and keeping door open was very comfortable. Overall. A very comfortable place abd extremely well maintained. I woukd highly recommend this cottage.

Absolutely love this delightful beach cottage. It is super clean and cozy. Everything you need is right there for an enjoyable stay.

Thank you Moriah for a wonderful cottage. We loved it! From the cute cottage mugs to have our coffee in to the short walk to the pool everything was exactly what we were hoping for. The decor was modern and beach themed which we loved. I can't believe you even had K Cups for us and condiments! The fact that we didn't have to lug towels and sheets from home this year was a major plus. One of our 8 year old daughters found the backpack beach chairs under the bed and got excited to bring it to use it. The complex has all the amenities a family could ask for: pools, tennis, bocce, shuffle board, parks and a gym with nice treadmills. The complex is an almost two mile loop which was perfect to keep up with our half marathon training. The trolley driver was so friendly and personable. Thank you for the amazing tip on the food trucks at the donut shop up the street. The food was great and the kids loved the hula hoops. See you next year and enjoy the rest of your summer!

Sand pail lane is a charming and delightful cottage. It is light, clean and airy. Everything you need for a wonderfully relaxing vacation is right there. It was a home away from home💚. We look forward to returning.

We loved everything about this place, very nice and clean. Bunkbeds were hit with our kids. They have provided all the necessity we needed like towels, sheets, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, laundry detergent, trash bag, condiments, beach chair etc ... Very well maintained unit. We are looking forward coming back next year!

We totally enjoyed our time and were not ready to leave! From making the reservations to checking out the owner was wonderful and more than helpful with information about the area. You don't have to pack much-this cottage has everything you need. The cottage is very clean and has a big backyard. Our kids enjoyed the trolley rides, pool and playground. Without hesitation we would recommend this cottage and would love to come back! Thank you for sharing your place!

We rented this cottage at Summer Village with our children. The location is ideal, as it is convenient to Route 1 and all the amenities of the Seacoast Area (including Wells and Ogunquit). However, for being located on Route 1, the cottage does not feel at all like there is traffic out there. The entire Village is set back and secluded from the noise of the street, so you have the best of both worlds: you have privacy from the noise and you have convenience. The Village is excellent, and our children enjoyed the pool, the tennis courts, and the trolley! The weekend movie was a big hit as well. The cottage, however, was even better than the location and the Village. The inside is immaculate and the amenities of the cottage were such that it felt like we were at home in many ways. There was a full kitchen (with a dishwasher!), two bedrooms, a wonderful living space, a beautiful bathroom, and my favorite, a lovely three season room. The entire space was air conditioned so it was very comfortable. All in all, we had a wonderful week, we enjoyed everything about the location and the cottage, and we are looking forward to booking another week there sometime in the future!
