The hotel is set in a beautiful location in the picturesque town of Busteni. The host were incredibly helpful and generous. I really enjoyed using the sauna and and hot tub, which is perfect after a long day of skiing.

The cold! There were heating problems...

Very nice location, new building, rooms were large as well as the bathroom. It has a nice terrace and a place for bbq.

Location is nice: not far from the main road or from the mountain.
Air is fresh.
Public kitchen is a plus, but something necessary like salt, coffee is not easy to find.
Not totally four star level.

Only slept here, so didn’t have time to use sauna or explore.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The view was great.
The heat was getting turned off around 2-3 AM which was making the room very cold. We got the room with a fire place but it was not functional.
