It was very nice time spent in Helsinki.

The location and the quality of the apartment. The view was also nice and there was a big terrace/balony.

There was a queue to get the keys and it took some time to understand/find the location of the reception office and the codes to get into the apartment.

Unit falsely advertised

Location

Unit was advertised as having private parking on site however car park was 5 minutes walk from complex. Unit was dirty on arrival and looked like it had not been cleaned from previous guests. Key did not work to front door of complex with no emergency contact number to call. We had to wait for another guest to open the door to gain access. Staff very unhelpful and unfriendly with only contact through messages and they can take half a day to answer

Enjoyable stay.

The location was great. So close to public transport, train station, restaurants, supermarket, main sights, cinema, shopping complex. The apartment was well appointed and a good size. The balcony was a bonus and nice to sit out there in the evening. Value for money.

Great location. Amazing balcony. Roomy and comfortable.

Getting to it through many doors and elevators was a little cumbersome.

The apartment was very spacious and in an amazing location. It was clean and our bed was comfortable.

The apartment was hard to get to. It was like a small maze to get to the front door. No black out curtains, we came in June. Only one toilet even though the description said 1 & 1/2 bathrooms. You only get one key, it's impossible for the family to come and go as desired. A baby cot isn't complimentary, you need to pay for it in advance. Next time we will stay at a hotel where we can at least collect points for our money.

I liked staying in the apartment very much

I loved the sauna and the balkony

a bit confusing how to turn on and off the towel heater and the balkony heater. There seemed to be no lights in balkony, at least I did not find any.

9/10 - with minor improvements could be a 10.

Private sauna in apartment - FYI to 2nd homes team - it's not easy to tell from the advert if the sauna is communal for building or private in the apartment. Apartment was spacious clean and in a perfect location - above the kamppi metro station and mall. 15 min walk from anywhere in central city like market Square.

Nothing major at all. Small niggles below: As mentioned in previous reviews - the sauna controls are falling apart. One of the knobs spins without moving the control and in order to actually get it to turn on after setting the controls you have to push and pull on the timer knob to engage the mechanism, otherwise it doesn't actually heat. Only other negative were reception hours and availability and extensive written directions - you get messaged about 500 words in directions and rules. Also there is a €200 security deposit.

Nice, well located flat

Great location, nice layout, lovely big balcony with table and sofa, well equipped kitchen

The bedroom windows really need blackout curtains, summer nights are bright and sun rises early, so we had trouble sleeping. also, it was warm in the bedrooms as you can’t open the windows.

Excellent place when visiting helsinki.

Everything went very well. Rooms were clean, there are some basic stuff ready (coffee, sugar etc...) Also got late checkout even when we asked very late.

Small thing but: Sauna buttons were broken, we got them working though and informed staff about them.

Clean and comfortable apartment.

The location was fantastic. Easy to get to sightseeing and transportation. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. We were just in town for some quick sightseeing before leaving for the States, and it was incredibly convenient and comfortable. We chose to cook a lot of our meals and the kitchen was well appointed. The sauna was lovely and much needed after walking around all day. The deck was also quite nice and a comfortable place to hang out.

The twin beds pushed together in the second bedroom kept coming apart and one of our party kept falling into the cracks, but that was relatively minor complaint.

The appartment is situated at a nice place in Helsinki. That is the good news. But.... it is heavily used, not updated, not clean. Sloppy.

Bad maintenance, poor equipment, bad hygiene.

The setting was amazing and the apartment was great value for money.

The kitchen, sauna controls could do with updating but overall a fab place to stay.

the property could not have been in a more perfect location. it was clean and comfortable for a family of 5.

there was no toilet paper or washing powder for clothes which we had to buy. a bit of a pain when we arrived at 9:30pm.

On balcony, window so dirty, old staff stays on balcony corner. I got a tiny piece of glass on my foot. Washingmashine water comes on the bathroom floor. Dishwasher water comes to the sink. Cube dont work. One bed was not done. Location very good.
