Located in Ridgedale, this charming condo for $219 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. - The cleaning fee of $85.00 is to be left in the envelope provided upon the guests departure. - no candles (fire) Our beautiful two bedroom two full bath penthouse has queen sized beds plus a queen sized sofa. The cathedral ceiling offers an expansive airy feel. Each bedroom has a large sliding glass door leading to the large, private enclosed screened-in porch. The condo is decorated in a fun European wine country theme. From the condo's entrance door the modern marina is about 150ft. Parking is one flight up and in front of the condo. While you are at the very alluring Emerald Bay community you might consider taking a leisurely walks along the strikingly beautiful rocky shoreline of the crystal clear lake or on Emerald Pointe Drive to view the vast array of single family homes, other condo developments and some of the time shares. The marina is a great place to view the boats as they depart or come ashore. The marina is open seven days a week and has a small store for beer, bread, milk and small items. Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

This was a great place to stay. I would highly recommend this property. We will be staying at this property again. Great communication with the owner. Very clean and nice. It is very upscale, and the amenities are awesome. If you want to be near the lake and close to Big Cedar, this is your place.

The unit was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The owner was very clear in her communication, pleasant and accommodating. The location provides easy access to the whole Branson area, with quick access to the highways. This property provides good value for the money. We would definitely stay in this unit again and would recommend it.

The condo is outside Branson which requires a little extra driving but the reward is quiet and no traffic. It was perfect for us to run into town for a show and dinner and then escape. It is a short drive to a nice paved walking/jogging trail alongside Tablerock Lake at the state park. The condo was very clean and set up perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Andrea was very prompt in responding to all questions.

Condo was very clean. The TV's were a little disappointing. The one in the living room was in an entertainment center with doors on it and you had to watch it from the couch only....not able to kick back in the recliner and view! I would recommend bringing a grill if you like to cook out......an indoor smokeless grill was provided......just not the same.

The place is nice. TVs are a little dated but if your here for TV then your here for the wrong reason. Wifi is terrible. We were not aware at booking that you were not allowed to use wifi for streaming so we had to use our hot spots. If you have data hungry kids this would be a great place to unplug. Communication from the host was great except for one thing. The pictures of the gym dont tell you that it is in a separate building a 1/4 of a mile up the hill. My wife is a fitness buff so having trouble finding the gym was a frustration to her. Over all its a nice place at a nice price. We would stay here again if in the area.

We had really nice experience especially traveling with kids. This is a hidden gem. Property was very well maintained, beautiful paintings and clean all around. Location is perfect with 5 mins drive to state park, 2 mins walk to Marina. Would love to visit again.

What a great, well kept property right next to the lake and dock on Table Rock Lake. A very quaint place that fit our stay perfect. The detail into making everything feel like home is incredible. To the kitchen equipment to the amazing care by the owner, Andrea. I love the porch and would sit out there nightly to enjoy the surrounds. If anyone is looking for a great place to stay while in the Ozarks this place is perfect if you love nature.

Would have liked king bed in one of the bedrooms. And at least one of the TVs should be updated to a flatscreen. Weather did cooperate to allow us to check out the property amenities. Branson close by and we spent most of our time there. Very nice property, hope there will be some updates, and we’ll be back.

Condo was very clean and provided a nice home during our stay in Branson. The location near the Marina was nice for launching the boat and fishing. It was nice to have basic supplies provided, such as paper products, soaps, and kitchen spices. The tv’s and carpet could be updated, but the furniture is very nice quality and the beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great long weekend staying at this unit! Condo was clean, had everything we needed, and we loved that is was so close to the marina! Our little ones really enjoyed the pool and outdoor shuffle board. We would Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely love this place. This condo is located in a great area ,close to Top of Rock and College of The Ozarks. It has a great lay out inside. It is perfect for a family or two couples. It is in a quiet gated community. We will be returning to this condo, very soon.

Couples trip to Branson. We loved the location, close to Top of Rock. easy backroad to Silver Dollar City. Good lay out in the condo. Bedrooms on each side of the living room. Loved the glassed in porch. Clean, comfortable, quiet place to stay.

We had a very nice time. Several good things about the place we stayed, including close to a nice pool, very good facilities, etc... But the best part to me is it was out away from the rest of the Branson traffic. We went to SDC two days and it was a quick 20 minute drive with minimal traffic. Any other events we wanted to get to was simple as well. A great time.
