Хороший отель, в тихом районе. Достаточно большие уютные номера, очень тепло. Отдельная гостиная и отдельная спальня. Уютно и комфортно. Если вы на своей машине то вариант очень хороший. Напротив есть магазин Шок

Недоапартаменты: в номере есть кухня - но нет плиты или свч. также никакой посуды. С учетом того что нет завтраков - это создает проблемы. Мне сказали что свч убрали из-за пандемии (уже год как закончилась). Без плиты или свч кухня бесполезна, поэтому не рассчитывайте не нее. Расположение: рядом есть магазин но выбор там не самый богатый. До ближайшего кафе где поесть - 10 минут пешком, но район очень тихий, вариантов кафе почти нет, поэтому если вы приехали кататься - лучше будет завтракать на горе. Добираться до горы тоже не слишком удобно: на машине придется ехать в сторону города, пробок нет, так что проще жить ближе к центру. Без машины добираться нужно либо на такси (очень дорого) либо на маршрутке (до неё надо ехать на автобусе 15TE 20минут).

The owner is very welcoming and friendly, tries to help every possible way. The room is comfortable and clean, the furniture and bathroom condition is quite good.

Doctor House is located in Kayseri suburb, cosy authentical Talas. There is tram stop in 7-10 minutes walk distance from hotel which takes you to Kayseri city centre within 30 minutes. Supermarket is opposite Doctor House and a lot of restaurants around. Our appartment consisted of bedroom, living room with sofa, kitchen with large balcony and mountain view. And it was enough for family of 3 persons. Appartment was clean, towels were changed . We stayed during winter time with cold and windy weather conditions outside and it was warm and comfortable inside. WiFi is excellent. We 've got full support on our questions from young hotel manager who speaks English, with the old gentleman who work in shift we communicate via translation service. We appreciate Doctor House hospitality in situation with disruption multiply flight cancellation due to heavy snowfall . I would stay in Doctor House hotel again.

I would not say that it is quite critical but living room has strong smoking smell. Floor tiles on the garden near Doctor House, as well as on the appartments balcony is extremely dangerous when it is slippery outside.Be careful when you step on to avoid the fall down.

Stayed second time. I like this place. Good location, quite district.

For skiing, it has a great location. Its a family owned clean hotel with suites. We had a nice experience, wanted to be close to Erciyes and it worked out. It has kitchenette where you can fix simple meals. I’d recommend if you end up there for skiing. Its 15-20 mins away from the mountain and 15 mins away from the hot spots of Kayseri. The old town Talas which was 2 mins away was amazing, great history there with old Armenian and Rum houses. I’d def recommend this place.

My only issue was having only one kind of pillow which was too hard and high for my neck but its too personal. It wouldn’t hurt to add softer pillows in the rooms though.

It’s a new building and everything was clean! The restaurant nearby was seen to be the only one or two but was super nice! The best we had in Turkey! Only 160tl almost half price we had in Turkey and the service was 5* level!

It’s winter season the tile in front of the entrance was frozen and super slippery. We were not warned and my wife slipped badly and bruised her chin badly! The staff doesn’t speak good English so some requests are very hard to explain! But they still try to do their best
