This three story villa is in the heart of beautiful Rincon, Puerto Rico. Steps away from sandy beach and some of the best beaches in Rincon. This unit is very spacious and located right in front of the complex pool. It has a large roof top terrace that over looks the ocean. The complex has a backup generator and water so outages are not a problem. Comes equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen, A/C, dining room, BBQ, washer, dryer, linens, television, ihome, wireless internet. Sleeps 8 (1 king, 1 queen, 2 bunk beds). 2 full baths, 2 half baths. Recently installed a small home office for those who need to work from home during the day. Go out to some of the best restaurants in Rincon, including the famous Tamboo Bar & Grill, Kahuna burger, jakes java and many more. Or stay home and enjoy dinner on the roof top terrace then sleep it off on the roof top terrace hammock while enjoying the afternoon trade winds. Very quiet at night as the night life of Puntas Rincon is down the road far enough to get away from it but close enough that in 10 minutes you can easily walk to many bars and restaurants. Bring your surf boards and beach towels because this unit is steps from the some of the best surfing beaches in the Caribbean. A short drive to downtown, horseback riding and other great outdoor activities.

We really enjoyed our week in Rincon. The location of this condo was great!! We enjoyed the upstairs deck daily with beautiful views of sandy beach and the ocean, we used the pool every day and always had it to ourselves, the walk to Sandy Beach took less than 5 minutes and we were able to walk to Casa Islana for dinner (which was also great), short drive to lots of great area beaches and restaurants. Highly recommend this condo!! Check in process was great (our flight was delayed and we got in late but property manager recommended a great place to grab a late dinner and the keys were ready and waiting for us after.

Property was in a great location! Very quiet area. The beach was a very short walk from the house. The house was very spacious and had plenty of room for all of us (there was 7 of us plus a baby). The rooftop terrace was one of our favorite areas to hangout at night, the bugs were not bad ata ll, like they typically can be in warmer climate areas. Lots of beach chairs and most necessities needed were provided which was also great. We would stay here again!

The condo was in a great location easy access to the beach and it had everything I needed. The management lady Iris was very friendly and helped us out with everything. The pool was a nice touch after long days at the beach. Mike was also responsive when I sent messages. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend that spot .

Loved this apartment so much! It is perfectly located, so close to wonderful restaurants, and a few steps from the beach. Our kids splashed in the pool every day. The terrace is gorgeous, we were outside every morning and overlooked the stunning view. Mike is super communicative and made our stay easy. Hoping to come back again some day!!

We were 2 couples looking for some relaxation and this provided the perfect place to do that! The house was very comfortable and we loved having coffee and breakfast, as well as cocktails and dinner on the rooftop terrace, where we could enjoy watching the surfers. We loved being able to walk to the beach and appreciated that there were beach chairs and towels for our use. We we unaware and surprised to find out that you couldn’t really swim at any of the nearby beaches because of the rocky footing made it challenging to get into the water at low tide.
We would definitely stay there again!

Michael, was very helpful. We had 7 adults and there was more then enough room for everyone. Since the kids are all getting older we needed room for them their friends and significant others. The walking distance to everything in Rincon is perfect.

This was a GREAT stay. The property location was right off parking lots surf break. Coffee, beer, food very close by. The gated neighborhood kept the riff raff out and provided a feeling of security. 10/10 recommend.

What an amazing property. Check in was easy. The location is minutes from the Beach, two restaurants, two surf shops, and 10 minutes from downtown. The property was spacious, clean, well managed, and had everything we could possibly need and more. Lights went out in the bathroom- no problem-extra lights were available. Door hinge on spice door was a little loose - no problem-screwdriver in the hall closet. The neighbor was very helpful for the delivery of the new washer and dryer (even though we didn't get to use the dryer-no big deal, the balcony was SO big I lined dried all my clothes. No one else will have to do that after my stay-but it's breezy all the time for wet beach towel drying). Between Michael and Iris helping me get in, and being there every step of the way for little things, I had a wonderful time. This property has a pool, and direct line of sight to the most serene and epic beach area I've ever seen. You WON'T be disappointed! And you will be amazed by the sounds and sights of the local flora and fauna in the area.

This home is clean, efficient and serves a small group well. Unfortunately our timing was terrible and we were here during Hurricane Fiona. Our vacation was ruined, but the house kept us safe from the storm, the homeowner was very helpful in navigating what to do, and we are eager to go back when it’s not peak storm season.

We stayed to visit family! The house was great, clean and spacious! There was water toys for the kids to use in the community pool which is located right outside the rental! We could send the young teens to swim and still watch them! The rooftop was our main "hangout" with beautiful views of the ocean and we could watch the surfers! Rincon which is the main town is close to the location and easy to find! We ate, played and shopped in town! The locals speak English and were all so helpful and welcoming! We also found out that even the natives vacation in Rincon, it's the place to be! So happy with our experience! The house manager Iris was very sweet and helpful, and we even had regular communication with the owner of the property who was willing to help if needed. Definitely recommended!! Thank you! Overall it was a great time spending a family vacation at this property. The property was clean, comfortable and spacious. A little bit of LTC would make the place more attractive. Like the closets doors in the master room were not working/sliding. The table in the porch could use an update. But in general the place is very nice. Only 10-12 minutes from the center of the town. The beaches in the are were fantastic. The restaurants on the strip by the property were all really good. The owner and the property manager were very attentive. I would come back for another family vacaiton.

Safe, Walkable Area VERy Close to the Beach
This place is very spacious and beautiful. It had everything we needed for our week long stay in Rincon! They had beach chairs, beach noodles and even a basket with goggles. The washer and dryer were great to have and they literally had about 40 towels for us to use during our stay (as a mother of 4 I really appreciated that). Kitchen was well stocked with spices and even olive oil. Beautiful terrace as well with the best ocean views! I would definitely book again! 😎

Great Place
Stayed at this home for 12 nights with friends and family. Super comfortable, everything you need is provided. Check in process was easy, parking couldn’t be closer. Two minute walk to Sandy Beach, five minute walk to great restaurants and bars. The rooftop is a great place to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee, or at night with board games. Would highly recommend!

We loved it here. Every morning I would sit on the roof deck to have my coffee. The home was fully stocked with anything you could need and we were all very comfortable. A short walk took us to some great bars and restaurants. Steps away from the beach and pool. I look forward to renting your home again.

Great location with close, easy access to many beautiful beaches and delicious restaurants. We had plenty of space for 5 of us. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop terrace with grill. Lots of beach toys, chairs, towels, umbrellas, and accessories on premises. Owner was very friendly, patient, and helpful with minor issues. We would highly reccommend this location .
