Stunning 6 Bedroom 4 Bath Home with, South Facing Pool in Highly Sought after Windsor Hills Resort. This house is only ONE of a handful with an EXTRA LARGE pool area allowing seating allowing seating all around the pool. Pool lanai has a cable TV. On the first level, the sixth bedroom with a private bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped and spacious. Downstairs is the family and living rooms and a dining area that comfortably seats 6. Upstairs you will find two master suites with private bathrooms. There are three additional bedrooms: one with a King double bed and two with two bedrooms with twin beds. All bedroom) have a cable TV! The family room is equipped with comfortable seating, a cable TV, DVD, You can relax with the additional living room. The garage has been converted into a lavish games room with a slate-bed pool table, darts games and games console. We provide free WiFi and free long distance phone calls. The Clubhouse and resort pool is a 5 minute walk. BOOK TODAY. The gated community: Some of the magnificent features of this 24-hour Man-Gated community include a luxurious heated lagoon-style pool with fountains, waterslides, water jet and a Jacuzzi, children’s water play area with water slides and a separate toddle pool, lot of cushioned loungers, and many more features to enjoy as you soak in the Florida sunshine. The lighted tennis, basketball courts and sand volleyball courts, as well as a newly opened golf practice putting/chipping green area. Next to it, there’s a fabulous “Castle” play area and children’s playground. The unique, castle themed playground has something for everyone. A dragon guards the drawbridge over the moat and once inside, children and imaginations run wild! Whether it’s a quiet game of jumbo chess or rescuing a damsel in distress from the castle dungeon, boys and girls of all ages are sure to find a one of a kind play experience and they will come back again and again. Parking is a mess on property and property manage not available after 1 on Saturday and not at all Sunday and Holidays. All toilets leaked main toilet broke and could not reach property manager. All shower floors are mushy and squeak loud enough that they wake the house. Supplied 1 roll TP each bath, 1 roll paper towels, etc so plan to get your own soaps, paper products, etc. House needs lots of maintenance!!!!

Place was located close to all the Disney parks. The gated community was awesome with lots to do for our little ones.
The house needed some TLC as far as cleanliness as the fans were covered in dust & there was some mould in the showers.
We were travelling with a 3 year old and 7 month old and it was disconcerting to find a small blue pill on the carpet in the front bedroom upstairs.
Would have been nice to have a couple of blankets for the couch.
Overall it was a really nice property and we would definitely stay there again.

Location is perfect for those wanting to be close to parks. Owner is very communicative and responsive and the house has plenty of room and amenities.

First, I would like to say that the owner, Paul Rudkin, has a wonderful house to rent. It is very clean and has all that you need - even strollers to use for trips to Disney. The pool attached to the house is a plus after a day at the parks and the water park that is within walking distance was great for the children as well as the adults.
Second, I would definitely recommend this house as it is soooooo near Disney - just off route 4 and west on 192. Walmart is close and has all you need.
Sleeping quarters and all cooking materials were excellent. Our pool was heated and that we really appreciated.

This is the perfect location for an Orlando vacation. The house was close to all of the parks we visited during our stay. The pool and hot tub were perfect for our “rest” days so we could entertain the kids without leaving the property. The host was great to respond to any questions we had in a very timely manner. The only reason we did not score it a 5 all the way across the board were the showers. We felt like they were pretty dated which made them appear as if they were not as clean. Other then that the property was amazing! We traveled with 6 adults and 4 kids and everyone had plenty of space.

We had multiple families staying and it was great to each have our own bathrooms and areas in the house. Large main area for gathering together. Location was great for accessing the parks. It was also nice to stay away from the parks and have the private pool for winding down after busy days!

We've rented vacation homes for 15+ years, and this was the cleanest home we've ever stayed in. Beds were comfortable, you can tell it's a well cared for home. We'll definitely book again when we return to Orlando.

We had a great vacation. The only thing I would mention that is negative is that there was nothing like coffee filter, extra toilet paper, soap, paper towel, laundry detergent, I mean just starting supply that of course we plan on going to the store but it would’ve been nice if we didn’t have to do immediately, especially if arriving late???

This is our 4th year using rental properties to visit Disney and this one was by far the best experience! It was super close to all the parks. Paul is so wonderful and his property management was fantastic for any needs that came up during our stay. I definitely recommend this home!

The Perfect Place…
Staying at this property was the best decision. Paul was very easy to communicate with and made sure everything was perfect. His responses was quick, which I liked a lot. The property itself was big, very spacious and clean. We simply enjoyed our time there.

Excellent Villa!
We loved our stay at Windsor Hills! We wanted a Villa large enough to house my wife and I, our children and their spouses together with 2 granddaughters, and this Villa really hit the spot.
The location is perfect for Disney (15 mins max away) and close to shops and restaurants on the 192 for eating out.
The Pool was perfect for both the adults and the children to play in, and having the extended patio area made the whole outside area seem far more spacious than previous Villas we have used.
All our party really enjoyed the use of the Villa which contributed to the overall enjoyment of our holiday to celebrate my 60th birthday.
Communication with Paul was excellent; and I would readily return on my next visit with the family.

The pool area at the house is excellent, it has a really large area around the pool which most other properties lack. It’s cleaned twice a week and nice and warm.
Windsor Hills is a great complex, it’s very secure and has a really nice pool and water park.
Paul, the owner, is brilliant! He makes sure you have all the information needed for your stay and is quick to answer any questions you have. Definitely the best owner we have rented from.

Great Place
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The resort is nice and well maintained, quiet neighbourhood. Paul was very quick to respond to messages and questions. We also very much enjoyed the extended pool deck and extra space as most of our time was spent around the pool. I do think it would help to have the closet in the kitchen for guest use as there was no place to store food/drinks that didn’t need to be refrigerated and it would have kept things tidier and more organized. Overall a good experience and enjoyed our vacation!

Everything we hoped for
8 of us stayed at this property and it was perfect. The house was more than enough space for everyone, the pool and spa were perfect and so warm and the Windsor Hills resort is amazing for families.
Paul answered all questions I had in a timely manner and everything was so organized upon arrival!

Great family vacation house!
Spacious light filled space for 4 families (11 people total)! Hot tub highly recommend after day at the parks. 15 minutes from Disney but felt closer. Great location close to stores and restaurants. Able to have groceries delivered was a bonus. Clubhouse amenities excellent. Host is incredibly fast at answering questions. Highly recommended!!

This was a great base for our Florida vacation! All Orlando activities are just a short drive away, and the pool was nice for those lazy days when we just lounged. The house was clean and it has plenty of space.

"Our family loved this rental house, we had 11 people and had more than enough room for everyone to spread out. The house was beautiful, clean and kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed to cook large family meals. Even though we went to Disney, Legoland and Sea World the kids loved coming back to the pool and family time. The pools and slides at the resort are also amazing.We did a day trip to Cocoa Beach and shopping trips to the local outlet malls and gift shops. Walmart was less than a 5 minute drive which was so convenient since we cooked most of our meals at the house and enjoyed family time.I would highly recommend this rental and our family was sad to leave. Paul, the owner was very responsive and even replied to my questions while golfing.During our stay we did notice a torn screen on the patio veranda. I messaged Paul and it was repaired by the next morning.I cannot say enough about this owner and how wonderful the rental process was. Our family absolutely loved our stay at this house!! It was very clean and spacious! It has a big pool and hot tub with a big patio! It’s not far from Disney world too! The community was very nice and secure! The owner was awesome to work with and was available for any questions! We definitely will come again next year if this property is available!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here in April. The house is spacious, clean and close to everything. Close to the resort pool, exit and entrance to Windsor. Walmart is a 2 minute drive. Disney is only about 10mins away. All Linens provided including towels for the pool and bathrooms. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, glasses. Communication will Paul has been excellent. We will be booking here again in the future.

Lots of room for large groups/families to stay, and entertainment for the kids and adults in the backyard pool, outdoor TV area, and garage game-room. Enough tools in the kitchen to make food for our week, although the pantry storage area is locked and unavailable for use, so there is limited storage available in the kitchen area. The home was clean, although the upstairs rooms, bathrooms, and carpet could use a good deep cleaning. Property manager was able to help with a couple of minor issues in a reasonable amount of time. Temperature of home was perfect and adjustable to meet our needs. Great location to the community pool. While beach towels and bath towels are provided, no hand towels, washcloths or kitchen towels are provided (not mentioned in listing), so keep that in mind if you use the home and bring your own. High chair, pack n' play, and floatation devices/rafts available, which was great for the infant staying with us!
