About this house rental
There is room for up to ten guests in this outstanding Put-in-Bay vacation home. There are three bedrooms and two full baths. Pull into your own driveway with space for two cars. Guests step up on the side porch entering through a convenient coded door. Passing a washer and dryer, the kitchen awaits with all of the tools needed to make a wonderful culinary creation. The living room has a comfy seating area and a television with satellite service. There is a dining area that has a sliding door that exits to the rear deck. Here, there is a propane grill and picnic table. Two other sliding doors exit from the living room out to the brick patio. There are golf cart rentals available on site. Golf carts are the preferred way to see Put-in-Bay. The Island Club on PIB is the best place to stay on the bay. The advantages to renting a home are numerous. You get much more space and greater amenities, making your stay as comfortable as possible. This home can be rented with neighboring homes to accommodate the largest groups. The weekends at Put in Bay Ohio are popular for the nightlife and getting away from the daily work grind without going too far from home. During the week, you can relax and enjoy Put-In-Bay's slower pace in a family friendly atmosphere. With Island Club Rentals, you can visit Put-in-Bay and enjoy your own home and you can even rent a golf cart onsite to get around. When we got to the house, it looked like it was in pretty good condition. However as we continued to stay inside it, we quickly realized how dirty it actually was. You could see dust layered on the coffee table’s bottom piece, and dirt all over in the corners of the bathrooms. When we actually swept before we left, there was dirt that was not from us. I should have expected that when my feet left prints in the shower the next morning. Was it so bad that I wouldn’t go again? No, but they could be cleaned better. There was also water damage in one of the front windows and from the skylight.

Furniture was great, overall it was ok but all the doors need oiled and shaved down as all doors and kitchen cabinets squeeked so bad it woke everyone up. Bathroom door had to almost be slammed to get it to shut. Blinds need updated as some broken or in poor shape. No sponge to wipe anything down or cleaning solution so if you ask people to clean before they leave you should supply the materials, no dustpan. Back stairs are loose and patio was filthy dirty. Room sizes are sufficient but no small tables in between the beds so you have to set your things on the floor.

We had a great time at the Island Club. The cabin was great and the pool was nice. The one thing we were disappointed in was we rented Linens and paid $100 and only received six top sheets. There were no fitted sheets and they bundled and all the girls and it up on the nasty old mattresses. That was disgusting. Do not waste your money bring your own sheets.

Everything about the description was accurate. It was in a nice location with lovely surroundings and just enough space away from your neighbors. I was a little disappointed with the cleanliness. While it wasn't dirty, one of the bathrooms and the kitchen floor needed some more attention. I'd go back again!

The amount of bugs crawling around our place was disgusting. When we left on Sunday and stripped the beds we found bugs in the beds. Will not be staying here again for that reason. Also, there was a broken chair and a broken couch.

The Island is a fun place to go for a few days and they have added several good restaurants since our last visit. We're out of the 18-34 demo, so we selected Sun.Tues for or time.The cottage hasn't been updated since, well a long time. It's dark dingy & old. Lots of dead bugs on the wall. It's very much like an old Motel 6 only larger. Everything but the toaster worked & the shower did have plenty of hot water. The management team was polite & helpful when we had a couple questions. We've stayed in cottages elsewhere & they beat these.

Nice, clean place when we arrived. Taxi service was in and out of the place which made it very easy to get from point a to point B. Wish the place was a little updated inside but overall was very spacey.

If you expect a 5 star hotel experience you're a moron. It's a cabin. It's just what you would think. It was clean, and nice, everything worked. The only problem we had was that there was something in the walls, some kind of woodland creature, scratching and gnawing. I never called to report it because I was the only one who heard it the first night. Everyone made me think I was crazy. But the second night it woke everyone up, by then we were checking out so still didn't report it.

everything was fine, inside was very clean, had a few problems, grill was filthy and covered in grease, we asked twice for it to be cleaned, no one ever came, so we had to clean ourselves,also our cart never showed up at checkin, had to sit and wait on deck and call 3 times to finally get it, when we get it they requested to physically HOLD my credit card, last problem, due to weather we considered staying another night on monday, talked to woman who said she was the manager to get availability and price, she never called back, so we just ended up staying another night. this was the second year we stayed here, will probably consider upgrading next year. in the end you get what you pay for.

Staff is very willing to help with anything. However the house was not very clean. We had to wash all dishes b4 using them. The shower head in 2nd bathroom is pulled out of the wall. Skylight in same bathroom leaks. Curtain rod for front sliding door is broken and hanging. The only screen was in the front sliding door. All the rest are either missing or ripped.

When we were told to bring our own towels, I didn't think about needing kitchen towels and dishrags. We had a dishwasher in the kitchen, but did not bring dishwasher soap. We were supposed to be able to connect to the internet at the pool area, but it did not work despite repeated assurances that it would be fixed. The airconditioning did not keep the house cool during the day. It would catch up late in the evening. We did not have keys to the golf carts when we arrived, but someone brought them to us within 15 minutes of our call. Overall, the house was okay, but more run down than we expected. We ate at 6 different restaurants and enjoyed them all. We did not run out of things to do or interesting places to go. The pool area was really nice and well maintained, with the exception of the lack of the promised internet. We probably will return to Put-in-Bay and will recommend it to our family and friends.

Everyone was really nice and helpful. The only thing I would say that needed fixed was to have the carpet and floors cleaned more. Our feet were black from how dirty it was, but to be fair it is in the wooded area. I would return again, nice place to stay.

The rental was very spacious and clean. We would definitely do this again. I got the deal through Living Social. This unit comes with plates, glasses, bowls, silverware and a dish washer. Next time I would bring my own food to cook. I didn't enjoy the dining experiences at the local restaurants. The unit comes with a washing machine and dryer as well. You will need to bring detergent.

Very comfortable for our large extended family. Because we cooked all of our meals, the kitchen was our center and it was great. The pictures do not justify the lovely furniture and lay-out. We were missing a few things upon arrival. A quick call was made and within ten minutes our needs were met! The appliances were more than adequate, we never ran out of hot water and we certainly enjoyed the benefit of that nice new central air system! My small grandchildren were asking about "the next time" we were coming shortly after we arrived. The boys caught some huge fish off downtown pier and our favorite store was the Del Sol. The new owners are so kind, friendly and were very kind to the children. Would certainly hope anyone reading this would visit their shop.

We had a great time. The house clean and was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the island, especially the winery. We were all dissappointed in the Menus this year. He did not sing as much, there was a lot of breaks in his songs, he didn't change outfits like he used to and his music choices are not as fun. We made the reservation several months ago. As we prepared for the trip and read other reviews on the web, we became concerned that the house might be in terrible shape. We were shocked in how nice the place really was. We had a couple of minor problems, all taken care if live as we were moving in. In general the furniture was very good, a new large flat screen with satellite service, relatively new refrig, stove, microwave, and new mattresses. Blew us away. Other than an island wide invasion of MayFlies--the vacation was great and over too soon.

we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Dottie was extremely nice and accomodating. The grounds were clean, as well as the pool. It is an out of the way spot, but close enough to many things. The cabin was nice and clean when we checked in. My only suggestion would be to clean the deck. I mopped it and dusted it when I checked in because it was a little dirty and covered in cob webs. But, I didn't mind. Again, my family and I had a great time.
