Great size villa, well equipped kitchen & super comfy beds.
We had a couple of issues such as a broken Sun lounger, we reported it to Renato & a new one was delivered within an hour!! We had to contact him a few times but very quick responses & issues resolved very quickly.
The access to Champions Gate was often very slow but this isn’t to do with the property, just to give you a heads up
We had a mix of guests from 5 - 50 & there was plenty for everyone to do.

The house was in excellent condition! Aria was attentive and always available if I reached out with a question or minor issue. The only thing(s) I would suggest is that the outdoor front entrance area be cleaned up a bit better; there was a dead frog and paper outside upon arrival. Also, one of the closet doors fell upon an older family member; the door was not on the track. Lastly, the spa would be cool at times. Other than that, I would definitely come back to this property again; I was so grateful that I was clean and spacious. There was 13 of us that stayed and we enjoyed every bit of our stay.

I have visited champion gates for 6 years and this is by far the best property yet. Very well kept, kitchen stocked well. Property very clean. The management was very helpful and accommodating. The property owner was awesome guys. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Loved the house and the owner was easy to work with, although he did not respond to over 24 hours to my request to have the pool heat turned down. Overall a very pleasant place to stay.

20th Annual Guys Golf Trip. House was tremendous! Each member of our group had their own bedroom and there was plenty of room for hanging out after a round of golf. Very neat and clean - the accommodations exceeded our expectations.

Absolutely wonderful. On days when we were not doing the parks -we felt we were at our own little 5 star resort! The house exceeded our expectations, as well as the amenities available at the Oasis.

Beautiful home but not family friendly neighborhood
The house was perfect! Lots of room for our 16 family members. The pool was a great size, the jacuzzi wasn't working but the host had it fixed right away. We couldn't have asked for a better host from the time we first reserved the house until check out. We were disappointed with the clubhouse, it was showing signs of wear. The houses are very close together and on either side we had large parties coming for one or two nights partying and playing loud music until very late. The smell of weed was very strong, day and night. We stayed for 17 days around July 4th so the time of year may have contributed to the partying. Getting to the parks was a nightmare too, they were 11 miles away but took us 45 minutes in bumper to bumper traffic. I wish Champions Gate would not allow one and two night rentals.

This house was PERFECT for me and my family! The house was exactly as pictured and the extra amenities (cookware, small appliances and access to the club house) was a great bonus. Of course everyone loved the pool 🤩. My family of 13 adults and 3 children would definitely love to visit this home again. Thanks!

Although all related we brought 5 families together and this villa was perfect for our stay.
Loads of room, separate bathrooms for each group, plenty of bedrooms
The property manager was brilliant. Thank you Aria for all your help and assistance you were fantastic.
The only downside was the journey to the theme parks and the traffic on the I 4 coupled with the roadworks travel time was excessive.
Once they ( the roadworks) are completed it should be easy to get to any Disney park in 15-20 minutes, SeaWorld and Universal in 30.
Absolutely no one’s fault at the villa just modern life.

Great Vacation House
Great house for a group or family on vacation. Photos should be updated for the few changes made inside the house. Need a pizza cutter! Spa is not a hot tub, same temp as pool if you choose to heat it. Great communication with the host with any issues that arose, lost internet/TV for a few days, but was a problem with outside cables needing to be updated. Make sure to bring washcloths, hand soap, and all paper products. I know most places you rent you need to provide these, but might be helpful to list and remind people. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the clubhouse was a nice addition, the lazy river could be a little warmer for the cooler days. 😀

My stay at this property was excellent I really enjoyed myself everything was in tiptop shape.
This house was exactly as the pictures described it everything was nice and clean. I really look forward to renting it again next year. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the TVs didn’t work in a couple of the rooms and the washcloths was really thin but other than that it was perfect.

Thanksgiving was a blast!
Great property. Very spacious and clean. The kids loved the warm pool. Owner very responsive. Heat would not kick on, I texted and sent a picture and he walked me through how to get it to start. Only issue we had was there were no face towels. We purchased 2 packs at Walmart. We loved that we could all sit and eat together. Overall we had a wonderful Thanksgiving. It was a nice touch that there was a Christmas Tree. Thanks, Renato!

Florida Getaway
This property worked well for our extended family. The home had a great layout, was clean and nicely decorated. There was one night when a large noisy party continued past midnight a few houses down the road but that happens sometimes. Owner was very responsive and we had a great time. I would recommend. Kids LOVED the pool!

Such a wonderful house!
This was our first house rental and we had such a wonderful time! Pool was perfect and location is awesome. House very clean and had a lot of amenities. We took a red eye flight from Seattle and we were able to check in early which was amazing. We really enjoyed our first home rental! Stay here if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation close to everything there is to do in Florida!
